Mask Wearing Exemptions “Can Only Be Issued By Director Of Public Health”

The Government is advising the public that exemptions for mask wearing “can only be issued by the Director of Public Health.”

The Government says that, with effect from Tuesday 21st December 2021, a person claiming to be unable to wear a mask because of any physical, mental illness, impairment or disability must be in possession of a letter of exemption from the Director of Public Health. Any person who is already in possession of a letter issued by a private medical provider exempting the use of a mask must also apply to the Director of Public Health who will then make an assessment based on the medical evidence provided.

A statement ended: “It is important to note that exemptions issued by the Director of Public Health Gibraltar are only valid in Gibraltar. If intending to travel outside Gibraltar, the individual must seek advice from the relevant country they will be visiting.”

"In a "Not Sanctioned by God" Magistrate's Court hearing held in Gibraltar on 12th July 2021 in which I, Tony Farrell, refused to attend, it is my understanding that in my absence, five unlawful warrants were issued for my arrest by the "Not Sanctioned by God" Magistrate Karl Tonna. All five unlawful arrest warrants were linked to my repeated non-compliance with the health-harming face-mask regulations, including all the "Not Sanctioned by God" unlawful (Deuteronomy 4:2; 12:8; 12:32) fixed penalty notices and unlawful court summonses to which I had been repeatedly subjected."

Point 23) Eventually, DC Gache was instructed by a higher ranking officer to issue me with a fraudulent Fixed Penalty Notice of £100. The officer obeyed his instructions and issued me with a FPN in an attempt to steal money from me. I let a muzzled-up DC Gache know that this wasn’t the first fraudulent FPN I had received for my none health-harming face-nappy wearing stances.

Point 30) I explained that I wanted to ascertain if any other protester besides myself, would be prepared to stand-up and be counted. The Chief Inspector, who knew who I was, advised, listened, and even verbally acknowledged receipt from me of an earlier email sent to 70 RGP officers about health-harming face-nappy-masks."

LETTER SENT TO RGP

After receiving his second Fixed Penalty Notice for not wearing a facemask in Gibraltar, Tony Farrell wrote the following letter to the RGP officer and copied over 70 of his work colleagues.

WHY are the RGP officers IGNORING all of the EVIDENCE that masks do NOT stop the spread of diseases, and that they make healthy people sick? WHY? Especially when they have been GIVEN the Evidence.

One Man Arrested at the Anti-Mask Protest Non-Event on November 20

Tony Farrell was the only man standing at Friday evening’s non-event – and he was the only one arrested.
