Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion
Empowering Public Conscience through Natural Law
‘Injustice to One is an Injustice to All’

We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings.
This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders,
organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.
Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.

This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion.
Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law.
This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.

The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures.
They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.

The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations" which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.

The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world's population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.

The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal,
will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity.

The ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion´s investigation´s purpose is twofold: On the one hand it is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity.
And on the other hand it is – through showing a complete picture of what we are facing, including the geopolitical and historical backdrop - to create awareness about
the factual collapse of the current, hijacked system and its institutions, and, as a consequence
the necessity for the people themselves retaking their sovereignty, and
the necessity to first stop this plandemic´s measures by refusing to comply, and
the necessity to jump-start their own new system of health care, education, economics and judiciary, so that democracy and the rule of law on the basis of our constitutions will be reestablished.

To the people that seem to be confused about the purpose of this grand jury process. This is not “fake” and it is not simply a PR exercise.

So this amazing team of experts, lawyers and judge are providing the entire prosecution model including format, evidence, expert testimony etc. so this can be cut and paste across courts globally with all of the evidence needed for convictions. If the current legal system fails and doesn’t bring justice this is especially important as we the people can begin private prosecutions at a very low cost. This is a VERY smart approach.

Patrick Wood will be addressing the international Grand Jury, Court of Public Opinion on two consecutive Sundays: first (Feb. 22) on the intentional economic destruction caused by the orchestrated pandemic and secondly (Feb. 26) on eugenics and transhumanism. Spearheaded by international attorney, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, and the Corona Investigative Committee, the Grand Jury intends to determine if Crimes Against Humanity have been committed during the 2020-2022 pandemic period and if so, by whom?

According to a 2-5-22 press release,

Following the Grand Jury model proceeding to date, I'd like to point out the following:

"We are committed to independent, transparent and evidence-based analysis," states the Corona Investigative Committee website. Nevertheless, it took until the 90th session to finally talk about the fundamental question of whether viruses exist at all. Invited from the small faction of "virus deniers" were Dr. Stefan Lanka and Dr. Andrew Kaufman. Up to 40000 viewers in the Livestream showed that the topic met a large interest.

The viewers had to experience then that on the part of the Corona committee obviously no large interest in the scientific arguments of Dr. Lanka and Dr. Kaufman existed, who had to wait besides very long, until they came to word. In particular, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, who was also present, prevented important gains in knowledge and understanding through his interactions, coupled with a certain stubbornness.

"I want to have the topic off the table today," said Wodarg, for whom disease-causing viruses must exist because, after all, people get sick. He even demanded that Dr. Lanka prove the non-existence of viruses, which is a logical impossibility because only something that exists can be proven.

It was the first time that guests were treated unkindly in the Corona Committee. This suggests that here opponents of the infection theory should be silenced in a concerted action by the lawyers and Dr. Wodarg to protect mainstream medicine. Dr. Reiner Füllmich obviously prefers to take the complicated route and attack the ineffectual PCR test than to go to the root not only of this pandemic but of all other viral crises. In this respect, unfortunately, no virus critics have their say in the ongoing Grand Jury proceeding either.

Nevertheless, it may be interesting to hear how Dr. Thomas Cowan, Dr. Andrew Kaufman and Dr. Stefan Lanka evaluate the 90th meeting of the Corona Committee:

Terrain Theory versus Germ Theory

Both are theories and neither are perfectly correct. The terrain theory trumps the germ theory (in my opinion) and one of the doctors makes a good point in questioning the court room as the best place or venue to determine science. The doctor says it is not, but under present times it may have to be. The germ theorists present their theory as factual, but science (so-called) is often incorrectly presented as factual even though only a theory, but that is part of the global societal programming. The germ theory mentality supports big pharma. Going up against that will meet resistance.

There is this extremely informative and educational thread by @A_Freeman on the Vigilant Citizen Forums.

From a legal perspective:

The theory that would have to be brought down in court is the infection theory. This does not require coming up with a better theory at the same time. The refutation of the virus theory must be separated from the question of the actual causes of the disease. But it is indispensable to provide evidence to the court.

A scientific theory is only valid until it is falsified. The refutation of the virus theory succeeds with the execution of actually prescribed control experiments, which the virologists regularly do not carry out. A judge could question mainstream virologists under oath as to whether they have performed and documented the prescribed control experiments.

Dr. Lanka has already performed these control experiments for the SARS COV-2 virus and provided them to the committee. He has been in contact with Viviane Fischer and Reiner Füllmich for more than a year and there has been enormous public pressure to finally hear Dr. Lanka. A judge could order control experiments to be carried out again at any time.

In addition, the court must be confronted with 169 opinions so far from health institutions around the world that have no evidence of a novel SARS COV-2 virus. A judge could once again ask for official information.

If this virus is nowhere to be found, then of course there can be no mutations and variants of it, then of course there can be no test for it, and then of course there can be no vaccinations against it.

The court must also be confronted with the measles virus case already won by Dr. Lanka in 2016, which was upheld by the highest German civil court in 2017 and is thus already established in court.

With just these few considerations, it looks to me that the virus critics would probably not be defeated in court. The matter must not end up in court in the first place. And that is exactly what the Corona investigative committee seems to want to prevent.

I was the first to declare war on Technocracy on December 18, 2015:
