On August 16, Public Health Director Sohail Bhatti tweeted a report about the importance of filling in death-certificates accurately.
This was further promoted by Together Gibraltar’s political party when Marlene Hassan asked for clarification in the local media:
“Together Gibraltar has called on the Government to clarify comments made by the Director of Public Health on Twitter at the weekend regarding accurate death certification. The political party says Dr Sohail Bhatti had suggested being unable to provide accurate death certification because of ‘a rumour that certain agents said no’, and believes he had insinuated potential wrongdoing. Marlene Hassan Nahon says these accusations are too grave to ignore given Dr Bhatti's important role, especially in the light of the current pandemic. She says the Government should clarify these assertions, and explain if there have been any inaccurate reports of death since the start of the Covid pandemic.”
You may think this is a criticism, but given TG’s leftist, alarmist-stance during the plandemic, it would seem they want this area expanded upon and highlighted.
Is Marlene Hassan Nahon showing her hand in colluding with Bhatti – by seeming to ask something that sounds like opposition, but is one that actually furthers the agenda? Are you enjoying the political show, or the great game? Was he being too vague for her liking?
What’s likely going on is T.H.E.Y. are setting up for the play. Moves and countermoves.

Are the reported deaths of Covid19 really because of Covid19? We need to talk about death-certificates, because they are the basis of the so-called death-rate of Covid19. Decisions are being made due to these figures, despite the fact they are flat-out wrong, based on data that is insufficient and often inaccurate.
Dr. Bukacek has been filling out death certificates for over 30 years. Whatever we put on the certificate is entered into a vital-statistics databank that is used for statistical analysis which give out inaccurate numbers; and these numbers get accepted as factual information. When it comes to Covid19, there is the additional data-skewer that there is no universal definition of Covid19 death. As of 4 April 2020, CDC said mortality-data includes both confirmed and presumptive positive cases. Translation: CDC counts both true and speculative guesses the same. They automatically over estimate the numbers.

Does this make sense? Are we following the science? California is getting rid of doctors and nurses, because they don’t have the volume. Because Covid is the focus, they aren’t focusing on other illnesses. You usually quarantine the sick; not the healthy. Our testing shows it’s similar to flu.

But cases don’t mean what you think (nor do they account for the same people getting tested more than once). The common-cold is a coronavirus, and who hasn’t had a cold in their lifetime?

“Death certificate data are used to monitor local, regional, and national mortality trends to improve public health and public safety. Accurate death-certification related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is vital to understand the extent and progression of the pandemic. Death-certificate data can inform the public and policy makers on the progress of the COVID-19 pandemic and provide important information about who is dying, where they are from, and what were their associated medical conditions. Public health mortality data are only as good as the quality of the death-certificates, but proper death-certification has been a long-standing challenge in the US. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted shortcomings that may compromise an accurate count of COVID-19 deaths.”
From his tweet, we can gather he supports getting “Covid19” on the death-certificates, even as a “related” cause.
What this addition would do is help them with their statistical models and analysis, by at least being able to say – Covid was “related” AND this would allow them to keep up the scare-tactics and restrictions, based on the data. Remember that Dr. Annie Bukacek points out (above) that this data becomes known as fact.
Since, they’ve been caught hiding the real cause of deaths – as most are actually dying of other diseases or complications – they need to establish a new way to record them – so they go for the second-best option which is to put “Covid” as a secondary cause of death.
We’ll probably see them use language like “5,000 deaths were Covid19-related”. It says related, not the cause.
See where this is going? They are crafty little devils. They had to change their tactics because they got caught.
The numbers were so inflated and they have been so exposed, that now they are rethinking how to report them.

The article is interesting, but advocates covid-related deaths should be counted as part of the pandemic.

T.H.E.Y. are encouraging doctors to put Covid in another area of the form.
And they still chime in about how to fill the death-certificate out:
“The document states Covid-19 may be mentioned in another area of the form relating to indirect causes of death 'should the doctor wish'. However, the guidance then reiterates that pneumonia - a known complication of Covid-19 - can be written down. It says 'pneumonia would be appropriate on a MCCD' as the direct cause of death. The guidance appears to contradict official guidance on the issue from coroners and the NHS which says 'it would be satisfactory' to give Covid-19 as the cause of death even if it is only suspected and no confirmed test results are available. The official guidance says Covid-19 'is an acceptable direct or underlying cause of death for the purposes of completing the MCCD'.
Remember, it’s going to help Bhatti’s statistical analysis to have death-certificates include Covid as the cause, or the secondary cause.

Seems like Bhatti might have been prevented by persons above his pay-grade (whom he calls agents) from adding this to the death-certificate. That’s like the pot calling the kettle black – an agent calling other people agents.
