Mega-Drought & Mega Food Shortages – Dane Wigington

Climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington contends the severe drought unfolding in the Western United States is only going to get worse. It’s being called a “Mega-Drought,” and it is no act of nature. Wigington says this extreme drought is being caused by geoengineering, which is manmade weather modification. Wigington explains, “The gravity of what’s unfolding on our planet when we have this type of intervention in the Earth’s life support systems is beyond grave. The threat is very immediate. The drought monitor data, as bad as it looks (from the U.S. government), is being falsified to the downside. It’s actually far worse than the (drought) map even reveals. This is the worst drought in 1,200 years in the U.S. West. It can be directly attributed to the ongoing climate engineering and aerosol spraying operations.”

Is the United States going to have big food deficits this year? Wigington says, “There is no question about that. In California, in my region, Northern California, it’s getting more difficult to grow anything. We have almond orchards that are being sprayed around the perimeter to try to protect it from UV. They are trying to use what limited water they have now. Lake Shasta is in my backyard, and we are here in spring and the lake is nearly empty now. The Sacramento River has been a trickle because they are letting out as little water as they can to try to retain that water in the lake.”

In closing, Wigington says, “How many of the pieces of the puzzle do we need before the population wakes up and realizes we are in a fight for life? They are cutting off our food supply. .

The health crisis was a walk in the park compared to what’s coming…

by Financial Argument via Financial Argument

The global food crisis of 2021 has begun. After I tell you about the latest news and signs regarding serious water, food shortage, and even seed shortages in this video, if you are not already prepared, you should begin immediately.

Take 2021 very seriously while there is still time. Many countries, especially China, which knows the great disaster that the food crisis will cause, are preparing accordingly.

If you think that vital skills like fishing, growing your own food, and so on are just hobbies, you’re wrong. These so-called hobbies will help keep you alive in the coming years.

If you think it’s unnecessary to keep your pantry sufficiently stocked with water and emergency food, you’re wrong again.

After seeing the panic shopping and empty shelves at supermarkets for over a year, you’d have to be willfully blind to think the preppers are crazy. In fact, if you believe that the recent enormous shortages in Texas in recent times are just temporary and everything will be restored to normal, then you are wrong again.

The global food crisis of 2021 has begun.

Hackers hit JBS, the world’s largest meat processor, in ransomware attack

Company officials disclosed the attack to the White House and have called the breach an extortion attempt by a criminal group likely based in Russia

JBS, the world’s biggest meat supplier, was forced to suspend operations at its nine beef processing plants across the country after it was hit by a ransomware attack, according to the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.

All JBS meatpacking plants in the United States also experienced some operations disruption, according to union officials. The union counts 25,000 JBS meatpacking workers as members.

The company’s pork plants are still operational, the union said. JBS did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the shutdowns.

Company officials disclosed the attack to the White House on Sunday and have called the breach an extortion attempt by a criminal group likely based in Russia.

The cyberattack is the latest to target a crucial supply chain or large institution in the United States.
Hackers walked away from the ransomware attack on Colonial Pipeline with $4.4 million, according to chief executive Joseph Blount. Federal officials have linked the attack to a Russia-based black hat group called DarkSide that researchers say has extracted $46 million in ransom payments this year alone. Despite the controversial decision to pay off bad actors, which may incentivize them to pursue even more attacks, Blount described the payment as “the right thing to do for the country,” given the critical importance of his company’s infrastructure.

“Rolling Shortages” Of Food? UK’s Meat Tax And Food Riots

The UK is now experiencing “rolling brownouts of food supply,” as advisors warn there may be “food riots” in the weeks ahead as food prices escalate to unaffordable levels and shelves are emptied.

This is coming soon to the USA and Europe. In the “new normal” of the Great Reset, you will take whatever lab-grown meat is made available to you — or will you start growing your own food now?

The Kratky method is a version of deep water culture hydroponics that just happens to eliminate all of the electrical components that can make a deep water culture setup an expensive venture to dive into. Removing the pumps and air stones from a traditional deep water culture garden takes the setup from an active system to a passive one.

Supply Chain Problems Becoming Critical: UK Farmers To Cull 120,000 Pigs Amid Labor Shortages – Global Transport Systems Collapse Looms

Britain may be entering a prolonged period of crisis now, one that may be on par or even exceeds the emergencies of the late 1970s. Brits face a gasoline shortage because of the lack of truck drivers, dwindling natural gas supplies, and [soaring power bills]

There’s also been food shortages and panic buying of essential goods that have driven up prices and made the situation much worse.

A more extended crisis is occurring within the country’s food supply chain. The latest figures from the National Pig Association (NPA) warn 120,000 pigs will be culled because of labor shortage.

We are within a couple of weeks of having to consider a mass cull of animals in this country. We think our backlog is in the region of 100,000 to 120,000 as we stand today. And it is growing by around 12,000 a week. This is happening on pig farms all over the country ; they are backed up and running out of space to keep animals.”

The food industry is just one of the many industries experiencing severe disruptions and chaos that could trigger a “winter of discontent” for many Brits.

Workers Who Maintain Supply Chains Issue Bone-Chilling Warning Every American Needs to Hear

In an open letter released this week, international transport groups spelled out the stakes of continued delays caused by pandemic protocols. They asked the UN, the World Health Organization and anyone else listening to intervene to prevent a “global transport systems collapse.”

According to the leaders of the shipping industry, nobody is listening, and a global disaster could be the result.

Agreed. Biden’s 1.9 trillion-dollar American rescue plan has done little to build back better but simply designed to usher in their satanic agenda's, collapse the whole system, while they sit back smiling handing out killshots, making billions, pretending to be good Samaritans, yet history has never seen such evil. What a horribly sick upside down world we live in. Believe it or not, as sick as all of this is, it's unfolding exactly as it should, according to the Bible (Desiderata). Sad to say, but true, after thousands of years and chance after chance to believe and fight for the truth most believe the lies pumped out daily by media and then run and hide from the truth. Truth is, this world was made for many, but the world to come for few (2 Esdras 8:1).

Why Shortages Are Permanent: Global Supply Shortages Make Fantastic Financial Sense

by Charles Hugh Smith
of two minds.com

The era of abundance was only a short-lived artifact of the initial boost phase of globalization and financialization.

Global corporations didn’t go to all the effort to establish quasi-monopolies and cartels for our convenience–they did it to ensure reliably large profits from control and scarcity. Not all scarcities are artificial, i.e. the result of cartels limiting supply to keep prices high; many scarcities are real, and many of these scarcities can be traced back to the stripping out of redundancy / multiple suppliers of industrial essentials to streamline efficiency and eliminate competition.

Recall that competition and abundance are anathema to profits. Wide open competition and structural abundance are the least conducive setting for generating reliably ample profits, while quasi-monopolies and cartels that control scarce supplies are the ideal profit-generating machines.

The incentives to expand the number of suppliers, i.e. increase competition, are effectively zero. America’s corporations spent $11 trillion buying back their own stocks over the past decade; that’s equal to the combined GDP of Japan, Germany and Italy. If adding new suppliers to the global supply chain were profitable, some of that $11 trillion would have exploited those vast profits.

The financial reality is attempting to compete with an established cartel that has captured regulatory and political mechanisms is a foolhardy waste of capital. If firing up a new supplier of essential solvents, etc. was so captivatingly profitable, the why wouldn’t Google and Apple take a slice of their billions in cash and go make some easy money?

The barriers to entry are high and the markets are limited........

Agreed.

The warnings are everywhere you turn.

Biden issued an odd edict to farmers offering them one and a half times the value of their crops to destroy them, while threatening to remove their federal farm subsidies if they don't. A week later democrats in California drained the state's massive open air reservoirs into the sea. A seven year supply of rain water used by both the residents of California and the farmers for growing America's food. When asked why they would do such a thing during the worst drought in state history, the democrat appointed officials said, "to see if the salmon would swim up stream again". Communism, corruption, incompetence, repression and starvation. ( criminally insane)

Supply chain crisis, vaccine mandates and omicron surge are about to cause the COLLAPSE of America’s food systems

Tuesday, January 25, 2022 by: Arsenio Toledo

(Natural News) America’s food systems are on the brink of collapse due to the strain caused by the post-vaccine omicron variant of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), labor shortages caused by vaccine mandates and other unresolved supply chain issues.

Economic analysts and food industry executives believe that supply challenges are currently at their worst since the pandemic began nearly two years ago. Now, these shortages are being caused by a combination of unresolved supply chain problems and vaccinated workers calling in sick.

At least part of this problem comes from COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Natural Products Association President and CEO Daniel Fabricant said: “Vaccine and testing mandates will only slow delivery times and drive up costs for consumers, retailers and manufacturers and damage the ability to keep products on store shelves that consumers have relied on to stay healthy for the past 20 months. We don’t need the vaccine mandate when the country is already plagued by concerns of rising inflation and product availability.”

Experts warn that the situation could persist for weeks or even months, and the eventual waning of the current COVID-19 wave won’t be enough to resolve the slowdown of food production. (Related: Omicron cripples labor force of highly vaccinated New York City.)

Eddie Quezada, a produce manager at a Stop & Shop in Northport, New York, said the post-vaccine omicron wave has caused more staffing shortages in his department than any previous wave of the pandemic. Around one in every five members of his staff contracted COVID-19 this January.

Quezada said his store is also having trouble procuring goods due to delivery drivers being laid off due to the mandate or vaccinated drivers contracting COVID-19. Earlier this month, he received less than half of the strawberries he ordered. “There is a domino effect in operations,” he said.

Keith Milligan, the owner of several Piggly Wiggly franchises in Georgia and Alabama, said about one-third of his employees who organize and load products into trucks at the grocery chain’s distribution centers were out sick with COVID-19 during the first week of January.

Milligan said his stores are still struggling to keep food stocks due to staffing issues. Frozen vegetables and canned biscuits are running dangerously low, he said.

Vivek Sankaran, CEO of grocery chain Albertsons, said his company was expecting supply issues to be resolved by now. “Omicron has put a bit of a dent on that,” he said. He expects more supply challenges to pop up over the next month or so.

In-stock levels of food products at American retailers are down to just 86 percent of what is normal, according to data from market research experts. This is lower than last summer when stocks were at around 90 percent of normal.

Restaurants not faring any better

The supply chain disruptions are affecting the restaurant industry as well. Some of the country’s largest employers in the industry, like McDonald’s, Starbucks and Chipotle, are being forced to reduce their working hours in response to the labor shortage and the ongoing coronavirus surge, which are wreaking havoc on their fully vaccinated workforces.

According to CEO Chris Kempczinski, operating hours of McDonald’s locations across the country are now around 10 percent shorter on average than before the pandemic.

Starbucks recently announced that nearly 9,000 of its more than 15,000 stores in the U.S. will be modifying their store hours due to the number of workers currently out sick due to COVID-19 and other “concerns over customer and worker safety.”

“We will always make proactive decisions that prioritize the health and well-being of our customers and our partners,” said Starbucks in an email. The company warned that customers may experience a lack of specific products, a slowdown in mobile ordering and reduced payment options due to staffing shortages.

“We saw about an average of one-hour reduction in operating hours at Popeyes during this quarter relative to pre-pandemic levels, said Jose Cil, CEO of Restaurant Brands International, which manages several fast-food chains like Popeyes and Burger King.
