Russia adds 11 remaining British Overseas Territories to sanctions list
Moscow previously introduced sanctions on Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Gibraltar

Russia expanded its sanctions list on Sunday to include all British Overseas Territories, accusing them of "unfriendly actions" against Moscow.

"Another 11 British Overseas Territories have been added to the list," said a statement from the Russian government, adding that they supported sanctions imposed against Moscow by the UK.

According to the statement, the list was expanded to include Bermuda, the British Antarctic Territory, the British Indian Ocean Territory, the Cayman Islands, the Falkland Islands, Montserrat, the Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Akrotiri and Dhekelia, and Turks and Caicos.

With the latest 11 additions, all 14 British Overseas Territories are now on Russia's list.

The UK has been one of the leading countries in sanctioning Russia since it launched its war on Ukraine in February. It has also been one of Kyiv's staunchest supporters.

Sevastopol: Unmanned surface vehicles hit Admiral Makarov, flagship of Russian Black Sea Fleet

At least three ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, including the Admiral Makarov flagship, were damaged as a result of the unmanned surface vessel [USV] attack on 29 October.

Source: GeoConfirmed, a volunteer-managed outlet mapping the war in Ukraine based on geolocations, on Twitter

Details: GeoConfirmed investigators have analysed footage from the unmanned surface vessels [USVs are speedboat-size vessels that can pack hundreds of pounds of explosives – ed.], which roamed the harbour and the sea near Sevastopol.

The investigators released footage of an attack on an Admiral Grigorovich-class frigate. They concluded that the Admiral Makarov is the only one that matches this description in the Black Sea. The footage stops when the USV hits the vessel and explodes.

Another video suggests that the Ivan Golubets, a Natya-class minesweeper, was also attacked. The Russian Ministry of Defence said that the minesweeper sustained "minor" damage.

One of the videos shows a USV roaming among the docked ships in the harbour, possibly looking for a target. The footage stops when the USV hits the vessel and likely explodes. The footage suggests that the USV was positioned next to at least four vessels and had made almost a complete U-turn to carry out the attack.

GeoConfirmed believes that all the available footage indicates that between six and eight USVs were deployed in the attack, hitting at least three Russian vessels.

GeoConfirmed said that Ukraine was operating the USVs.

Quote from GeoConfirmed: "Based on all available footage, it's highly likely that:

  1. USV's penetrated THE Sevastopol harbour defence
  2. 6 USV's were used
  3. At least 3 ships were struck with an USV.

Background:

  • On 29 October, explosions were reported in the Russian-occupied city of Sevastopol on the Crimean Peninsula; Russian ships were allegedly "repelling a UAVs attack".

  • The Russian Ministry of Defence stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had allegedly attacked Sevastopol with drones at 04:00 on 29 October. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation confirmed the damage to the Ivan Golubets minesweeper.

  • Russian Defence Ministry accused the British Navy for allegedly having planned and carried out "terrorist attacks" on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream-2 gas pipelines. The Ministry announced that preparations for the "attack" on Sevastopol were carried out under the guidance of members of the British Navy, who are allegedly currently in the Ukrainian city of Ochakiv.

  • The southern defence forces of Ukraine suspect that failed launches of air defence missiles by the Russian invaders could be a reason for explosions in Sevastopol on Saturday.

  • The Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs announced that Russia was suspending its participation in the Black Sea Grain Initiative for an indefinite period.

An Inconvenient Opinion from Europe

Belgian Alain Grootaers asks "Where have all negotiations gone?" regarding USA, NATO, Ukraine, and Russia.

Bob Dylan was just passing through Europe, so it seemed appropriate to start with some lyrics from All Along the Watchtower.

These days, anyone advocating de-escalation in the war between Russia and Ukraine is quickly portrayed as a right-wing (!) Putin friend. When Elon Musk and Donald Trump suggested last week that it might not be a bad idea after all to see if we could avoid a nuclear war through negotiations, they were rebuffed. In Kiev, the giant posters of Elon Musk, which Ukrainians had first put up to thank him for his internet satellite connections, were taken down. He can now surely forget that square with his name and a statue in Kiev. Nothing should put spokes into the wheels of the propaganda war, on both sides, of course. That is why it is a pity that the Russian propaganda channel RT can no longer be watched in Europe: it is always enlightening to compare one propaganda with another.

So anyone now advocating negotiations and de-escalation is suspect. Indeed; according to specialists in Washington, the demand for de-escalation just leads to escalation. For the war apologists, the reason for this is simple: "whoever negotiates now shows that he is scared of nuclear war" according to Washington's influential Yale professor Timothy Snyder. To me, it just seems perfectly sensible to be terrified of a nuclear holocaust, potentially wiping out the entire human race, but that attitude is already being described as cowardly. I must be very old-fashioned. And besides, not a Yale professor. Where it used to be called nuclear balance that prevents nuclear war, the reasoning is now being reversed by the hawks: we must not be deterred by nuclear blackmail. What used to be called balance is now called blackmail. Where during the Cuba crisis Khrushchev and Kennedy came to an agreement and spared the world a nuclear war, today they would be labelled cowardly and weak.

These are worrying evolutions, especially since this Ukraine war was waged here in our European backyard and -for example- not in Mexico on the US border or in Cuba. Surely such a geographical difference makes a big difference in thinking.

According to the usually well-informed publication Defense News, a new US law is now coming -backed by Democrats and Republicans- to free up even more money for multi-year contracts with arms manufacturers to help Ukraine and replenish US stockpiles. Excellent news for the US war industry, which is already operating at full capacity, with record profits for Lockheed Martin, among others, which produces the famous HIMARS missile system.

The Pentagon would also be allowed to partner with NATO to buy weapons en masse for its members, and for contracts related to Ukraine, the legislation would relax some key legal restrictions on Pentagon purchases until fiscal year 2024 - a sign that lawmakers see the war dragging on.

"The intent of the legislation is to encourage the Pentagon and industry to be more aggressive by removing bureaucratic obstacles, not only in view of Russia but also in view of a possible confrontation with China over Taiwan" , a senior congressional aide told Defense News. In light of this, the Senate also wants to release $10 billion for military aid to Taiwan. So here we see identically the same mechanism that also played out with Covid and made Big Pharma even richer than they already were: a problem is created, the solution is provided and the urgency is invoked to pass legislation quickly.

Preparations for conflict with China are also being made at another level: last week, the Biden administration banned the export of high-tech equipment to China, leading, for instance, Dutch semiconductor manufacturer ASML to order its employees to stop working for Chinese customers. Producers such as Apple, Samsung, Google, Amazon and Microsoft saw the scare for some time and have since moved their production to other Asian countries such as Vietnam or India.

It looks very much like the US is preparing an offensive on several fronts (not to mention Iraq). Europe is standing by, watching it and shivering for a cold war winter. It is high time we named that elephant in the room, before it is too late.

"And this is not our fate
So let us not talk falsely now,
the hour is getting late"

Alain is not alone in his opinion. About half of all Dutch people are also concerned about being caught being the “monkey in the middle” of a surrogate nuclear conflict between Russia and the United States.

Half of Dutch people fear Russia will use nuclear weapons in war with Ukraine

Nearly half of Dutch people surveyed fear that Russia will use nuclear weapons in its war on Ukraine. Another third believe that Western European countries, including the Netherlands, could be impacted by these nuclear weapons.

The survey of 2,638 Dutch people by I&O Research comes on the 60-year anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, when the United States and Soviet Union seem poised for nuclear war. The research shows there has been a significant increase in Dutch people who believe there is a chance Russian President Vladimir Putin will resort to nuclear weapons. However, the public is divided on what the consequences could be for the Netherlands.

And the concerns about irresponsible escalation of tensions are not limited to Europe.

Ex-CIA chief’s greatest concern in the Russia-Ukraine conflict is escalation ‘spiraling out of control’

The greatest worry for David Petraeus, a former CIA director and retired U.S. Army general, concerning the war in Ukraine is the potential for unbridled escalation that would result in catastrophic consequences, he told CNBC on Tuesday.

Asked what his top concern was with regard to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, in which the U.S. is heavily supporting Ukraine to the tune of billions of dollars in military aid, Petraeus replied, “just as a general category, it’s just [the risk of it] spiraling out of control.”

“I think it is legitimate for U.S. leadership and for leadership of other countries to avoid starting World War III, as the phrase has been termed,” the retired general told CNBC’s Hadley Gamble at the Warsaw Security Forum in Poland.

Petraeus concludes:

“So again,” the former CIA director said, “it’s really about the situation just spiraling out of control in some way. Which is why it’s so important that as our national security advisor in the U.S., Jake Sullivan, has publicly stated, it’s very important that we have communicated in advance to the Russians, ‘if you do this, you can expect something along the lines of this’ — noting that obviously, there will always be a range of options presented to the president. And it depends specifically on you know, what happened, all this, that would determine what a response would be.”

“But we don’t want to start getting into some kind of climbing the nuclear ladder with Russia,” he stressed, “which could spiral out of control.”

It is time we stop, children, and look whats going down.

Stating the obvious: Here in the United States, the commander in chief is far past his intellectual prime, and prone to petulant retaliation against those who disagree with him and his policies. Biden is no Kennedy. His administration has jumped Constitutional guardrails in many areas, and increasingly acts as a Globalist lapdog, just as we have seen happen in current WEF-influenced Canadian, UK, Australian, and New Zealand political leadership structures.

US Nuclear saber rattling in Europe will further damage the cohesion of the European Union, NATO, and is adding to the profound geopolitical insecurity and instability of the entire region as it heads into what looks like a truly “Dark Winter”.

One has to wonder, what are the US National interests in Ukraine which merit this level of risk?

If there is not a clear and compelling US National interest in the region, has the US Military and NATO merely become tools for enforcing a Globalist agenda seeking to punish Putin for incursion into what has become a US/WEF puppet territory?

The Belgian people and most Europeans still remember Flanders Fields. I only wish that Joe Biden could.

The capture of Kyiv and Washington: Satanovsky named two necessary conditions for making peace
According to Yevgeny Satanovsky, a temporary peace on half terms will end badly for Russia

A well-known political scientist, economist and orientalist Yevgeny Satanovsky named two necessary conditions for making peace between Russia and Ukraine.

“The capture of Kyiv is condition number one. The capture of Washington is condition number two. Everything, ”the Pravda.ru portal quotes him as saying .

The expert is sure that peace will come only if Russia wins. According to Satanovsky, if Moscow does not dare to go all the way and agrees to a truce on half terms, this could end very badly for the country: at first, the conflict will stop, and some time later, it will resume with renewed vigor.

NATO chief seeks to push Russia deeper into conflict with Ukraine — MP

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told the NATO Parliamentary Assembly on Monday that the alliance wants to achieve a peace settlement that would be acceptable for Ukraine and to this end it should beef up arms supplies to Kiev

MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. NATO’s chief seems to want to drag Russia deeper into the conflict with Ukraine, a senior Russian lawmaker said on Monday.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told the NATO Parliamentary Assembly on Monday that the alliance wants to achieve a peace settlement that would be acceptable for Ukraine and to this end it should beef up arms supplies to Kiev.

"NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s latest statements only prove his paranoid obsession to drag Russia ever deeper into the conflict. And he interprets it as a justification for expanded supplies of military equipment and weapons to Kiev," Grigory Karasin, chairman of the international committee of Russia’s Federation Council (upper parliament house), wrote on his Telegram channel.

"So, who is to be called a war party now? I think the answer is obvious," he added.

Flights conducted almost daily! Is Xi delivering weapons to Putin? Russia actively supplies something from China with An-124 cargo planes almost every day

Flight tracking services record regular flights of the An-124 Ruslan heavy cargo transport aircraft of the russian company “Volga-Dnepr” to China. At the same time, russia’s planes do not always turn on the transponder, which makes it difficult to track them. In general, we are talking about about ten flights over the last week.

The very activity drew attention in China itself, where local spotters posted a video of the russian company’s An-124 Ruslan landing at Zhengzhou airport. The comments to the video also explain that the plane arrived to pick up “military aid, namely equipment, body armor, helmets, clothes, etc.”

Also, flight tracking services, in particular Radarbox, show nine An-124 flights to China and only three in the return direction over the past seven days, which directly indicates that the transponder was turned off during some of the flights. Airplanes of aircraft numbers RA-82074, RA-82044, RA-82081 are involved in transportation.

The standard flight runs along the route Moscow-Novosibirsk-Zhengzhou-Novosibirsk-Moscow. The final destination of one of the flights was Urumqi. Overall, Zhengzhou is a powerful logistics and industrial hub and a powerful industrial high-tech zone, including units of Chinese defense giant Norinco. Urumqi is also the production site for a number of industrial giants.

Such regular flights, especially with the An-124 Ruslan aircraft with transponders turned off, as well as posts on Chinese social networks lead to the conclusion that the russian federation is sending aircraft for military cargo. Moreover, for the one that is urgently needed right now and cannot wait for it to be delivered by rail.

It is also worth noting that the flights found are definitely not all that the russian federation made to China with a similar purpose. And only what got into the services of monitoring the flight of civil aircraft. We can only guess about the possible activity of the military transport aviation of the russian federation on similar routes.

So if China were to start supplying arms to the Kremlin, that would probably be a turning point. Russia is already receiving weapons from abroad, such as drones and presumably missiles from Iran. However, China’s army is far larger and massively better equipped and could deliver the Russian troops with state-of-the-art weapon systems.

However, Iran and China currently have one thing in common: Both countries are being shaken by protests, some of them massive. While more and more people are taking to the streets in Xi Jinping’s empire to protest against the ruling Communist Party’s brutal corona policy, thousands continue to demonstrate daily in Iran for more women’s rights and against the mullahs’ regime.

“Our nuclear forces are in a more advanced state than any other country in the world,” he [Putin] boasted at one point.

Putin: Risk of Nuclear War “Rising”, Will Defend Russian Territory “Using all Available Means”

On Wednesday Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a wide-ranging public war update during a televised session of his Human Rights Council, which at least one independent regional outlet said was tightly controlled in terms of the kind of questions Kremlin officials could ask.

Alex Jones discussed this & more on Wednesday’s broadcast:

https://www.infowars.com/posts/putin-risk-of-nuclear-war-rising-will-defend-russian-territory-using-all-available-means/

Among the more important topics he addressed related to the now 10-month long “special military operation” in Ukraine was future plans for broader mobilization and the prospect of deployment of nuclear assets. On the latter point, Putin lashed out at the United States and NATO, saying “Russia does not have tactical nuclear weapons in other countries, unlike the US.”

This was in reference to the fact that some NATO members in Europe, including extending as far east as Turkey, do act as host countries to many of the US’ tactical nukes under the NATO defense umbrella. “Our nuclear forces are in a more advanced state than any other country in the world,” he boasted at one point.

Importantly, given the ratcheting US-NATO arms pipeline to Ukraine’s forces, which has lately involved transfer of increasingly sophisticated and longer range missiles, Putin warned that the “risk of nuclear war in the world is rising.”

He further took the opportunity to restate Russia’s ‘defensive’ nuclear doctrine, stressing that nuclear weapons would be considered as a response to an attack on Russian territory, while also stating that he stands ready to defend Russian territory “using all available means”.

According to a translation of Putin’s remarks in Sky News:

“We didn’t speak about usage of nuclear weapons.” Then, he said: “Russia has not gone mad.”

“We have the most advanced weapons, but we do not want to wave it around.”

But in taking a swipe at Washington’s nuclear deployments in Europe, he seemed to suggest that it’s precisely the US side doing the nuclear saber-rattling.

“Yes, we will do this by various ways and means. First of all, of course, we will focus on peaceful means, but if nothing else remains, we will defend ourselves with all the means at our disposal,” Putin said.

Western mainstream media will more than likely run with the comments as a fresh “threat” that Russia stands ready to conduct a nuclear attack if cornered in Ukraine, and yet just like the previous time he made similar statements, the Russian leader was in fact articulating the defensive nature of the country’s official nuclear policy against ‘existential’ threats to Russian territory.

Among the more important new commentary from Putin, however, was the following:

In rare comments on the status of the war, Mr Putin admitted it would likely be a “long process” – suggesting Russia has no plans to abandon the conflict any time soon.

Last month into this month has already seen some ambiguous signals from Washington that the Biden administration could be ready to at least contemplate pushing Kiev to the negotiating table. Moscow too has said it remains “open” to talks – however, Putin’s projection of a “long” conflict strongly suggests the warring sides are nowhere close to establishing a process for ceasefire dialogue.

Elsewhere in the Human Rights Council meeting with top officials, Putin sought to quash persistent rumors of a second military mobilization across society next year. He expressed there was no need, after the prior 300,000 reservists which were called up for Ukraine operations.

He emphasized determination to see the operation through to achieve previously stated goals: “Russia could be the only guarantor of Ukraine’s territorial integrity. But it’s up to the new leaders of Ukraine,” Putin said.

US Set To Send Ukraine Patriot Missiles In Major Escalation

CNN's chief Pentagon correspondent is reporting the breaking news based on multiple anonymous US defense officials - including a senor Biden administration official - that the White House is currently finalizing plans to send Patriot missile defense systems to Ukraine.

"The Biden administration is finalizing plans to send the Patriot missile defense system to Ukraine that could be announced as soon as this week, according to two US officials and a senior administration official," CNN writes. "The three officials told CNN that approval is expected."

If approved, this could be a tipping point in the conflict leading to direct confrontation between nuclear-armed powers given transfer of Patriots would mark the longest-range missiles sent to Ukraine thus far.

Washington has so far been reluctant, despite Kiev officials since nearly the start of the invasion making repeat pleas for the US to help "close the sky" - as President Zelensky many months ago urged Congress.

As The Guardian reviewed of the dangers involved in sending the Patriot:

"Long sought by the Ukrainians, the missiles have a range of up to 300km, but so far the US and its allies, including the UK, have declined to supply them because they could be used to hit targets inside Russia. Supplying them would help "bring the war to an end as soon as possible", Johnson said.

Patriots have long been deployed in neighboring Poland, but Ukrainian leaders have been persistent in requesting them on their own soil amid a major uptick in recent Russian aerial attacks. Former UK prime minister Boris Johnson this week urged in a Wall Street Journal op-ed for the West to get serious about supplying Patriots and other anti-air systems, even including military aircraft.

It's likely to take some time to deploy the Patriots, given Ukrainians are expected to be trained on operating the sophisticated systems at the US Army base in Grafenwoehr, Germany, per officials cited by CNN. In the meantime Moscow is likely to react fiercely to the news, which could result in more intense and escalatory airstrikes on Ukrainian cities, and command and control bases. Washington, for its part will likely emphasize the purely "defensive" nature of the Patriot systems.

Russia Readying Nuclear Missile '12 Times More Powerful' Than One Dropped On Hiroshima

As the battle in Bakhmut eastern Donetsk rages on and the Commander of Donetsk militia, Alexander Khodakovsky, pushed for the use of tactical nukes to "win this war," it appears Russia's President Vladimir Putin may be readying a strategic nuclear missile "12 times more powerful than one destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki" during the World War II (1939-45). The atomic weapon was dropped on the Japanese city on August 6, 1945 by the American B-29 bomber. The world's first atomic bombing on Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki killed 70,000 and 35,000 citizens instantly. Thousands succumbed later due to the fatal atomic radiations.

Moscow 's nuclear missile weights 46,000 tonnes, has an operational range of up to 12,000 kilometers (7,456 miles) and can strike the United States or anywhere in Europe, according to the Moscow based tabloid newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda. The payload of the missile is up to 500 kilotons. Russia has suffered unexpected setbacks on the battlefield in the conflict with Ukraine that has soared tensions in the Kremlin about the war's outcome.

Russian Defense Ministry, shared a footage showing the new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) RS-24 Yars that can evade missile defense systems mounted on a silo launcher at the Yars missile complex in the Kaluga region. The three stage solid fuel missile RS-24 Yars, first tested by Moscow in 2007 [known as the SS-29 to the United States and NATO] is a heavier version of the RT-2PM2 Topol-M that is capable of carrying 10 warheads including the nuclear 150-200 kT, MIRV warheads, as well as penetration aids.

Russia is speculated to have at least 6-10 with 100 - 300 kT blast yield each ad the fire range of 12 000 km. It is both road-mobile and on the silo-based system and entered into service in February 2010 for Russian Strategic Missile Forces. RS-24 Yars ICBM was first deployed by Russian military in 2004 after its first successful flight test in May that year. By 2016, Russian Strategic Missile Forces deployed nearly 63 mobile and 10 silo-based Yars ICBMs with the Topol-M systems.

Upgradation of Doomsday plane

On Dec 14, Russia upgraded its ‘Doomsday’ plane Il-80VKP with a new ultra-long wave communication complex in order to maintain regular communication with submerged 'nuclear' submarines, according to the Naval Open Source Intelligence (NOSI). The communication complex would enhance the connection with an extended submersible communication antenna towed by the submarine. The Ilyushin Il-80VKP (Il-86VzPU), NATO code Maxdome, is the airborne command post of the Russian President that will acrivate in an event of a nuclear attack. it is also dubbed as the Flying Kremlin. Moscow currently has an estimated 4,477 deployed and reserve nuclear warheads. Of these there are 1,900 “non-strategic."

In a speech on the national television, Russian President Vladimir Putin had threatened use of tactical nuclear weapons during the ongoing offensive. “In the event of a threat to the territorial integrity of our country and to defend Russia and our people, we will certainly make use of all weapon systems available to us. This is not a bluff," he said, in a blatant warning to the Western military alliance NATO.

PREPARE: The NWO Wants Nuclear Annihilation

The New World Order, whether people want to believe it exists or not, has documented its coming extermination of the human race for decades.

The NWO is a force that has implanted itself into every aspect of our existence and as the architects push humanity toward global enslavement, they must cull our numbers.

That is why we are on the edge of a nuclear war with Russia.

That is why we are being led down this eugenics path as the corruption in Ukraine in league with our federal establishment leads the way.

Everything we are being told by the mockingbird media is an absolute lie.
