MEPs notify WHO that IHR amendments âadoptedâ in 2022 are null and void in the absence of evidence of a vote having taken place

12 Members of the European Parliament (âMEPsâ) wrote to the World Health Organisation demanding âconclusive and unambiguous evidenceâ that International Health Regulations (âIHRâ) amendments âadoptedâ by the World Health Assembly in May 2022 were correctly executed by way of a majority vote.
Should Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus fail to send the required proof by 30 November, the MEPS declare that the IHR amendments âadoptedâ in May 2022 are null and void.
At the time of writing, there had been no update as to whether Tedros had provided evidence of a vote having taken place to adopt the amendments.
As Eva Vlaardingerbroek explained on Twitter, the amendments made to the IHR might be null and void due to violation of basic procedural rules by WHO.
On 28 May 2022, the World Health Assembly quietly agreed to reduce the period during which nations have to opt out of future amendments to the IHR. âIt now turns out, that that vote might have not been lawful,â Vlaardingerbroek said.
On 28 November, 12 Members of the European Parliament, led by Dutch MEP Rob Roos, wrote a letter to WHOâs Director-General after they uncovered that the basic procedural rules for the correct formation of a vote had been violated by WHO to speed up their attempted power grab.
According to the MEPs, the 2022 amendments were not validly adopted because there is no evidence that the vote of its 8th plenary meeting on 28 May 2022 to âadoptâ these changes was correctly executed with the required majority vote as foreseen under Art. 21 in conjunction with Art. 60 lit. (b) of the WHO Constitution.
Breaking the news on Tuesday, Rob Roos MEP tweeted: âWHO wants to change international law on pandemics. To push it through, they are now attempting to break the rules. I, together with colleagues in the EU Parliament, formally object to this. We submitted this letter to Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.â

Philippines notifies WHO it rejects the amendments to International Health Regulations âin totoâ

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives (âHORâ) of the Republic of the Philippines passed a resolution to reject the World Health Organisationâs (âWHOâsâ) amendments to the International Health Regulations (âIHRâ) adopted by the World Health Assembly (âWHAâ) on 27 May 2022. Additionally, the resolution rejected proposed amendments that are âcurrently being negotiated in secretâ by the WHA and due for adoption by member states in May 2024.
Immediately following the passing of this resolution, Representative S. Dan Fernandez, who submitted the resolution to the HOR and is also the Chairman of the Public Order and Safety Committee, notified WHO in writing that the Philippines House of Representatives rejects the IHR amendments adopted in 2022.

The World Health Organization welcomed todayâs historic commitment shown by global leaders, at the UNGA, to strengthen the international cooperation, coordination, governance, and investment needed to prevent a repeat of the devastating health and socioeconomic impact caused by COVID-19, make the world better prepared for future pandemic, and get back on track to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Neither the UN nor the WHO statement mentions the number of world leaders or heads of state, who approved the crucial WHO documents, the severely revised (more than 90 points of revision) International Health Regulations (IHR), including the Pandemic Treaty â which is actually no longer a treaty, as it is planned to ram it through during the next World Health Assembly (WHA) in May 2024 â making the new IHR effective without a vote. WHO is run by McKinsey Consulting â Dr. Stuckelberger has seen the contract â and by the bought media.
They, âthe Beastâ, will invent a public emergency, either ânaturalâ or a plandemic of a monster epidemic, to spread fear and lock people down.

Top Cardiologist: Vax-Pushers Are âComplicit in Crimes Against Humanityâ

One of the worldâs leading cardiologists has spoken out to warn those behind the push to vaccinate the public with Covid mRNA injections that they are âcomplicit in a crime against humanity.â
The warning was issued by Dr. Peter McCullough, one of the most published heart specialists in the world.
McCullough has been raising the alarm for some time regarding the shotsâ impact on public health.
The top expert has been calling for the injections to be banned over concerns that Covid mRNA shots are responsible for recent spikes in blood clots, strokes, heart failure, and sudden deaths.
Now McCullough has issued a direct message to those involved in the public rollout of the injections.

The comments from McCullough come after he has been continually warning world governments about the side effects of the shots.
In November, McCullough warned the public and government officials, in no uncertain terms, that Covid shots are dangerous and ânot safe for human use.â
Dr. McCullough testified before the European Parliament during a hearing hosted by five Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), as Slay News reported.
The hearing sought to address concerns about the power grab of the globalist World Health Organization (WHO).
âThe path forward is, clearly, for no one to take another shot â no one,â McCullough declared.
âThe COVID-19 vaccines and all of their progeny and future boosters are not safe for human use.â
âThe WHO is standing behind these vaccines,â he added.
âItâs my belief that the European Union, the United States, and all major stakeholders should actually completely pull out of the WHO.â

We are constantly hearing about how the United Kingdom and the other alleged Member States of the World Health Organization (WHO) will soon be subject to medical and political tyranny under the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) amendments and the so-called âPandemic Treatyâ. However, there is really good news as our new research has shown that the UK is unlawfully in the WHO and we have the evidence to prove it. It is likely that all the other countries are also unlawfully in the WHO especially as the alleged circumstances of the establishment of the WHO is exposed as being a fraud.
It was claimed that China and Brazil wanted the WHO and put forward a joint âresolutionâ and âdeclarationâ for it at the 1945 San Francisco UN Charter conference when really this came from US government/ Rockefeller Foundation âplantâ Dr Szeming Sze a Chinese/ American who then went on to help force the WHO into place by manipulation and scheming and was well rewarded for his efforts. This is in addition to many other unlawful actions that were carried out to the detriment of the UK and the other alleged member states as detailed below.
The Facts Behind Alleged UK Membership of the WHO

It is claimed that the WHO was formed in 1948, however this is an outright lie as the Constitution of the WHO was signed by the UK and other nations in 1946 when people, including Parliament, were distracted with the aftermath of the War. The WHO had already been agreed and planned in 1945 when finalising the UN Charter so even this was just working out the finer details. There was then an âInterim Commissionâ of the WHO from 1946 that just went seamlessly into the permanent WHO in 1948 after the alleged âratificationâ of this âConstitutionâ by the alleged Member States.

The myth of the WHO is that it was suddenly proposed at the San Francisco at the UN Charter conference in April â June 1945 as it was alleged that health had not even been thought about. But two top public health doctors from Brazil and China (and another from Norway) just happened to be there as hangers-on (this lie is exposed from just this as why would these top public health doctors even be there if health had been forgotten!) and proposed a global health organisation. Further research into these 2 doctors exposes them both of having extensive Rockefeller Foundation links and loyalties. Dr Geraldo H de Paula Souza of Brazil is also exposed as being an ardent eugenicist who wrote a major paper on eugenics (âEugenics and Immigrationâ) in 1928. Dr Szeming Sze is exposed as working in a top job for the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRRA) in 1945 based in
Washington DC, who went on to be rewarded with a Rockefeller Fellowship and a top job at the UN. In fact BOTH Sze and Souza were great friends working together in 1945 for the UNRRA in Washington and were clearly happy to collude with both each other and the US government/ Rockefeller Foundation and make everyone believe their respective countries wanted the WHO not just them as they were bought and paid for by Rockefeller money.

Legal action for the UK to defund and exit the WHO is launched; how we can help?

Efforts to expose the World Health Organisationâs nefarious Pandemic Treaty (Pandemic Accord) and its ugly sister the amendments to the International Health Regulations are being ignored by those elected to protect citizensâ rights to life, liberty and freedom.
Although at this time we cannot rely on our government to protect and defend our rights and freedoms, there appears to be hope, Dr. Tess Lawrie writes.
That hope lies in a recent discovery by researchers that the UKâs membership of the World Health Organisation (âWHOâ) is unlawful. Based on this, The Peopleâs Lawyers have launched an injunction to reject the proposed amendments to the IHR and the Pandemic Treaty.
The Peopleâs Lawyers are also seeking to halt the UK governmentâs funding of WHO and related organisations and get the UK to exit the WHO.

If those controlling the World Health Organisation (âWHOâ) get their way, the United Kingdom and other member states will soon be subject to medical and political tyranny under amendments to the International Health Regulations 2005 (âIHRâ), and the so-called âPandemic Treaty.â To date, citizen efforts to oppose these developments have been ignored. But suddenly it appears that there is hope!
New research has revealed that the UK is unlawfully part of WHO! Based on this discovery, a group known as The Peopleâs Lawyers are launching a legal action for an injunction to reject the IHR and proposed amendments, any âPandemic Treaty,â and all dictates from WHO, both now and in the future. They are also seeking to halt UK Government funding of WHO and related organisations and to have the UK exit WHO on the basis that its membership has been unlawful from the start.
How did this situation arise?
Time for legal action
WHOâs current desperate power grab clearly has a long history. Even before the signing of WHOâs Constitution in 1946, its progenitor organisations were already using public health as a means of expanding global control. The UKâs People and parliament were bypassed and deceived when WHO was created, and have continued to be deceived by the unlawful nature of the UKâs membership of WHO for the past 77 years. But now this immense fraud has been exposed and the legal challenge must follow.
Considering the above, The Peopleâs Lawyers assert that:
- The UK was unlawfully signed up to the WHO Constitution. It is therefore not legitimately a WHO member state and should not be subject to the International Health Regulations 2005, their recent amendments, or any âPandemic Treatyâ.
- The UK should not be subject to any dictates from WHO, nor should it have to
make any further financial contributions to WHO or any associated organisations. - Past contributions to WHO should now be refunded, as WHO knowingly allowed unelected advisors to unlawfully sign the Constitution, and this without ratification.
Recognising the depth of the fraud, other alleged WHO âMember Statesâ should now also examine how they ended up as part of WHO, without a referendum or even, in some cases, ratification. It is time for the people to hold WHO to account. Thanks to The Peopleâs Lawyers, there is now evidence we can use to dismantle this discredited organisation.

- The WHOâs complete ignore-ance of the thousands of written public comments [DETAILS ] and hundreds of video public comments [DETAILS] that have been submitted by people around the world in opposition to these negotiations.
The World Health Assembly consists of 194 sovereign member nations. In order for a âPandemic Agreementâ to be adopted, a 2/3 majority is needed, which amounts to 130 votes.
There are a total of 72 nations in the Africa Group and the Group for Equity who have proposed a comprehensive Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing system. This block of 72 nations is more than enough to hold a commanding position in the negotiations, because they can ensure that no agreement can be reached (194-72=122) without their cooperation.
The WHO Director-General (Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus) is right.
I have been saying for months that this is NOT really about national sovereignty.
That narrative is functioning as a decoy.
THIS IS MUCH MORE DANGEROUS, AND THE DANGER WILL CONTINUE EVEN AFTER THESE NEGOTIATIONS FAIL.

âHave you seen the statistics on how our deaths from various cardiovascular events have risen because of vaccinations?â Prime Minister Robert Fico asked the Slovak parliament.
âThe Slovak public simply needs an answer. Needs an answer about vaccination, what it actually was. Why people were vaccinated with various experimental vaccines. Why all sorts of drugs were pushed into people,â he said.
âWe have decided to create an Office of the Government Plenipotentiary to deal with these issues,â he said. Adding that the Plenipotentiary or Proxy, Dr. P Peter KotlĂĄr, who had been appointed âtodayâ had also been empowered to obtain information from various institutions.
âWe will publish and tell the Slovak public what really happened during this covid period,â Mr. Fico said.
âWe know one thing today: the previous governments have completely failed covid-19 and have 21,000 dead people on their hands and have made, apparently, a huge amount of money on the unnecessary purchase of various medical devices [supplies] and vaccines.â
We have been unable to definitively ascertain when Prime Minister Fico made his speech. The earliest post we could find was a tweet in German dated 23 January 2024. However, as you will read in the text below the video, Dr. KotlĂĄr was appointed on 18 January, suggesting that this is when Mr. Fico made this speech in parliament announcing an investigation into the âwhole covid circus.â
