Concluding Remarks
Based on this third and final volume of The Navarro Report, and as Figure Eight demonstrates, it should be clear that there are far more questions raised about the potential illegality of the 2020 presidential election than have been answered. Clearly, the case, evidence, and statistical receipts presented in this report provide a strong case that the 2020 election may well have been stolen not just from President Trump but also from the 74 million Americans who went to the ballot box in good faith in support of President Trump.

In light of this evidence, it is impossible for anyone to claim that President Trump was in any way wrong in stoutly raising the question of election fraud and irregularities in the weeks following the November 3 election and in calling for his supporters to PEACEFULLY protest. Indeed, for the president not to rise to defend the integrity of the ballot box would have been a betrayal of the 74 million Americans who voted for the president thinking they were participating in what may well not have been a free and fair election.
In light of this evidence, it is also irresponsible – in the extreme – for the Democrat Party and its leadership, or journalists in the mainstream media, or RINO Republicans to claim there is no evidence of election irregularities. That’s absurd on its face. As this report shows, there is an abundance of evidence – a virtual cornucopia of potentially poisonous election irregularities.
In light of this evidence, this must also be said: Those American citizens who are now questioning the potential illegality of votes cast in the 2020 election should NOT be subjected by cable news networks, social media platforms, or the print media to the kind of abhorrent behaviors that we are now observing – social and political behaviors that are far more worthy of Communist China authoritarianism than American democracy.
From public shaming to de-platforming, doxing, and public calls to punish and shun all those who have supported the president or worked in his administration, these types of behaviors are not the American way. Rather, this is Orwell, Kafka, and Xi Jinping all rolled up into the death of the First Amendment and the death knell of our democracy.
Based on the analysis and the granular, documented quantities of illegal votes in this report, the only thing that must happen now as we engage in a peaceful transition of power is a FULL investigation of this matter.
• The Department of Justice should immediately appoint a Special Counsel BEFORE the Biden administration begins.
• State legislators and Attorneys Generals in the battleground states, particularly Republican states, must launch similar investigations.
Absent a full investigation, we as a nation run the risk of institutionalizing a rigged electoral system in which a large segment of America will no longer have faith in. That’s why clearing the air about the 2020 presidential election is not just about Donald J. Trump but rather about something much larger and of far more import —the future of our election system, the public perception of that system, and ultimately the future of our free and democratic Republic.
WHY is this happening? And of equal significance, why is this happening NOW?
Is pointing out this obvious fraud on an unprecedented order of magnitude somehow choosing between political parties? Or is it merely pointing out the FACTS of the matter, so that people can perhaps finally see that the entire system is corrupt beyond repair?
The reason why this is happening should be self-evident: we need to experience fraud at this unprecedented order of magnitude so even the most stiff-necked and spiritually asleep among us are awakened to REALITY. And our reality is simple: WE HAVE ALL BEEN DECEIVED (Rev. 12:9).
If one takes an honest look at each and every man-made institution on Earth, what will invariably be discovered is they all have one, irrefutable common-thread running through them: they are all based on ILLUSIONS, i.e. LIES. Sadly most on this planet prefer lies to the truth (Isa. 30:8-15).
The reason this is happening now is to provide a final opportunity before Judgment Day for people to awaken spiritually, so those precious few who have a genuine love for the truth will finally find what they have been seeking for millennia.

Divide and conquer strategy has been successfully employed against us for thousands of years precisely because people have allowed themselves to be led by their human emotions instead of by spiritual reason and common-sense.

Joe Biden’s Inauguration has been cancelled, President Trump would remain in office and the Chinese Communist Party propaganda media outlets of ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox News, CNN and MSNBC would soon be off the airwaves according to President Trump.

President Trump invoked the Insurrection Act after another assassination attempt on him last Sat. morning 9 Jan. By law with the Insurrection Act in effect, Trump would remain President indefinitely until all domestic enemies were arrested. He would soon take down the Main Stream Media.

A corrupt Mass Media has refused to report anything but their Left Wing agenda believed paid for by the CCP. Thus, the President has announced he would soon activate the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS). This was expected during what has been referred to as Ten Days of Darkness, or media outage.
With the EBS everyone would get alerts on their phones, TV, radio and Internet that would override other broadcasts for several hours at a time. The broadcasts would explain the silent war happening across the globe between the Cabal and Alliance.

On Wed. 13 Jan. in an urgent message to the American people President Trump called for peace. Intel sources were reporting that riots were planned in DC and across the nation. The question in the title is legitimate in light of the extraordinary and unusal letter signed by all members of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff condemning Trump supporters for insurrection and calling on the US military to remain ready for another attempt at sedition on inauguration day.
In the Joint Chiefs’ own words: “The violent riot in Washington, DC on January 6, 2021 was a direct assault on the US Congress, the Capitol building, and our Constitutional process.” US military chiefs condemn Capitol riot as ‘sedition’ & urge troops to ‘stay ready’ ahead of inauguration in rare political letter — RT USA News
There was no riot, no assault on the Capitol, and no insurrection. As the videos show, there was no “storming of the Capitol.” Police allowed rally attendees inside, and they walked in calmly in line. Instead of insurrection, there was a defense of the Constitution by Americans protesting what they believe to be a stolen presidential election, the result of which is to consolidate power over the people in the hands of a corrupt Establishment.
The Joint Chiefs know this as do the presstitutes, Nancy Pelosi, and the members of Congress. So why are the Joint Chiefs warning of an insurrection?
One answer is to add to the blackening of Trump’s reputation. The Joint Chiefs most certainly dislike Trump who intended to take away the “Russian enemy” on which the military/security complex’s budget and power depends. Let’s hope the Joint Chiefs’ gratuitous letter is just payback and not preparation of the public for a false flag insurrection staged for the purpose of putting the latest domestic terrorism bill that criminalizes dissent on a fast tract.
It is easy for the Establishment to dress up Antifa and BLM in MAGA hats and send them on a rampage that the presstitutes with script ready in hand can declare an insurrection. Or the FBI can use its provocateurs to create a situation. Muster ASAP at state level, but NOT at state Capitol. The newly formed county units must Muster in a friendly “red” county to establish comms and leadership connections for future. Establish protocols in case of lights out/comms down.
Beware of false flags and traps that are now being set. Be careful who you listen to and what events you attend. Expect attempts to lure you onto enemy controlled ground where they have time to set up false flags.

We’ve been fed a narrative by the media that Biden won the presidential election, claiming it was all on the up-and-up with “no evidence of fraud” and that, after the latest false-flag perpetrated on the 6th of January, it’s been necessary to bring in the national guard to surround both DC and the state capitols, to avoid another potentially deadly riot allegedly being planned by Trump supporters for the inauguration on the 20th of January.
The fact is there is only one person who can summon the national guard in this manner: the president of the United States. If you doubt this, then please look up how insurrection is addressed in 10 U.S.C., or see more below at the end of this message on the subject.
It should be self-evident this has nothing to do with ensuring the planned virtual inauguration or smooth transition to the Biden administration. There would be no need to mass tens of thousands of troops (at least 30k by some accounts) in and around the nation’s capitol for any of these reasons, much less around the state capitols as well (other than to prevent Antifa and BLM from possibly doing another false-flag on the 20th).
It would however make perfect sense if Trump has already invoked the insurrection act, and is planning on using the national guard to arrest hundreds of corrupt, criminal congressional members, government officials and agents, judges and justices, military leaders (e.g. the joint chiefs of staff), and members of the CIA-orchestrated media, etc., who have treasonously participated in this 4-year long criminal coup attempt, culminating in the most blatant case of electoral fraud in human history during the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
Having the national guard surround the state capitols would also mask planned arrests for the state legislators, staff and political party members involved in the ballot box stuffing and tampering, whereas sending the national guard only to the six swing states where there is ample evidence of fraud would be immediately recognized for its intended purpose.
This would also explain why Pelosi, the democrats and the RINOs were in such a hurry to impeach a president who supposedly had only a week left in office. Not surprising for these criminals to be running scared after the unlawful campaign spying Obama did on Trump in 2016, and the baseless “Russian collusion” hoax, predicated upon the exposed DNC-financed fake intel Steele dossier. All of which led to the desperate last-ditch international effort to massively undermine the integrity of the 2020 U.S. presidential election. And all because of the threat Trump posed by logically suggesting it would be in America’s best interest to normalize relations with Russia, something the multi-trillion dollar military industrial complex couldn’t accept.
And where is Biden in all this? How could we be two days away from his scheduled inauguration, virtual or otherwise, and no one has seen nor heard from him during this unprecedented and tumultous time? Why isn’t he addressing the nation in person, to assure the people all is well? Is he already under house arrest, with an ankle bracelet monitoring his position at all times, underneath the soft-cast boot? Does anyone else not buy the ridiculous dog-and-shower story for how his ankle was supposedly injured?
It isn’t as if Trump hasn’t exhausted every legal means of dealing with the fraud, and thus has been left with no other option to protect the country, its laws, people, his own life, that of his family, his staff, his legal team and even his supporters, all of whom have been threatened. What other option does Trump really have at this point? Does anyone honestly believe the Vatican/CCP puppet Biden and the democrat-controlled congress would ever stop going after Trump until he’s either in jail or in the ground?
As it appears the top military brass is also in lockstep with the congress, state legislators, and the foreign countries directly involved in the electoral fraud (e.g. France, Germany, Italy, and China), there is also the possibility of the U.S. army facing off against the national guard troops already in DC, which could rapidly turn this into a civil war.

§ 251 - Federal aid for State governments
Whenever there is an insurrection in any State against its government, the President may, upon the request of its legislature or of its governor if the legislature cannot be convened, call into Federal service such of the militia of the other States, in the number requested by that State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to suppress the insurrection.
§ 252 - Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority
Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.
§ 253 - Interference with State and Federal law
The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—
(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or
(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.
§ 254 - Proclamation to disperse
Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time.
