Russia Readies Its “Poseidon” Doomsday Weapon As The World Stumbles To The Brink Of Nuclear Conflict
In a game of “nuclear chicken”, one of the potential outcomes is that everybody loses. We have reached a point where nuclear annihilation is just one mistake away, and that should deeply alarm all of us. But as I discussed in a previous article, most people don’t seem to care. Instead, most people just seem to assume that our leaders have everything under control and that they know exactly what they are doing. Unfortunately, the truth is that they are completely nuts. They just decided to escalate the war in Ukraine again, and they are dragging us to the brink of nuclear conflict. Of course once a nuclear war starts, the option of choosing new leaders will be gone.
This week, it is being reported that the Russians have just completed the construction of the “first batch” of Poseidon doomsday weapons…
A first batch of Poseidon nuclear-capable underwater drones for the Project 09852 special-purpose nuclear-powered submarine Belgorod has been manufactured, a source close to the Russian military and defense industry told TASS on Monday.
“The first batch of Poseidon ammunition has been manufactured and will be soon delivered to special-purpose nuclear-powered submarine Belgorod,” the source said.
Up to this point, military experts were concerned about what Poseidon drones could potentially do someday if they were ever built and deployed.
But now they are on the verge of being operational.
When most people hear the word “drone”, they think of something very small. But these Poseidon drones are actually the largest torpedoes that have ever been created in the history of the world by a wide margin. In fact, we are being told that each one is more than 60 feet long…
According to Russian sources and Western intelligence, it’s enormous. It weighs more than 200,000 pounds, has a diameter of around 6 feet, and a length of more than 60 feet. It’s so big that the Belgorod can only carry six of them. This would make it the largest torpedo ever developed and deployed by any country in the world.
These giant drones have been designed to carry nuclear warheads, and they can quietly travel underwater for thousands of miles until they reach their destinations.
If we have a nuclear war with Russia, the Russians will almost certainly use them against us. The following is a short excerpt from my new book…
The “Poseidon” is actually a submersible drone. It can travel underwater for more than 5,000 miles, and once it arrives at the target it can simply park there until it is given the command to detonate.
In fact, there could be”Poseidons” parked right off our coastlines right now and we would never know it.
It has been reported that some Russian officials have said that the Poseidon “can be equipped with a 100 megaton weapon”.
If such a weapon was detonated underwater, it would create an absolutely massive radioactive tsunami that would go inland for many, many miles.
Theoretically, the Russians could deploy Poseidons to all of our major coastal cities and detonate them all simultaneously.
Just take a few moments to think about what that would mean.
Such a weapon could destroy New York City in the blink of an eye.
If such a conflict were to occur, it would mean the end of our civilization as we know it today.
So you would think that leaders on both sides would be looking for a peaceful solution to this crisis while it is still possible.
But instead, both sides just continue to escalate matters.
On Wednesday, it was being reported that the United States has decided to send 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine, and Germany will be chipping in with 14 Leopard 2 tanks.
45 tanks will certainly not turn the tide of the war. In recent days the Russians have advanced on several fronts, and at this point they have captured the entire town of Soledar…
Ukraine confirmed on Wednesday its troops had withdrawn from Soledar in eastern Ukraine, almost two weeks after Russian troops said they had captured the small salt-mining town.
“In order to preserve the lives of service personnel, the Defence Forces withdrew from Soledar,” military spokesman Serhiy Cherevatyi was quoted as saying by state broadcaster Suspilne.
Even if the Ukrainians can figure out how to properly use them, 45 new tanks will not stop the Russians from continuing to advance.
But these new tanks will definitely make the Russians even angrier.
Originally Germany was not planning on sending any tanks, and now that they have reversed course Vladimir Solovyov is suggesting that military bases inside German territory are “legitimate targets”…
‘It’s time to send a clear, resolute message that we now consider Germany a direct party to the conflict, rekindling memories of WW2.
‘German tanks appearing will definitely mean we consider German territory, military bases and other sites as legitimate targets.
And Russian television personality Yevgeny Satanovsky has just said that he believes that it is time to flatten the Bundestag…
He said: “German tanks with crosses on their armour will again march across Ukraine attacking Russian soldiers.
“I have a natural reaction to this – the Soviet Union bombed Berlin in 1941.
“And to me this is a signal that the Reichstag, or Bundestag, which now replaces the Reichstag, simply should not remain standing any longer.
“Flat, slightly radioactive, melted-down ground [will remain in its place].”
Of course many in the western world are making highly irresponsible statements as well.
For example, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock made headlines all over the globe when she publicly admitted that “we are fighting a war against Russia”.
What an incredibly foolish thing to say.
How did someone like that get into such an important position in the first place?
Of course the same thing could be said about dozens of our most important officials in Washington.
We currently have the worst collection of leaders in the history of the western world, and they are telling us that there is no other option other than complete and total military victory in Ukraine.
On the other side, the Russians truly believe that they are facing an existential struggle for the future of their society. To give you a better idea of what the Russians are really thinking, let me share with you an excerpt from a transcript of a speech that Vladimir Putin gave just a few months ago…
“In fact, they spit on the natural right of billions of people, most of humanity, to freedom and justice, to determine their own future on their own. Now they have completely moved to a radical denial of moral norms, religion, and family.
“Let’s answer some very simple questions for ourselves. I now want to return to what I said, I want to address all the citizens of the country – not only to those colleagues who are in the hall – to all the citizens of Russia: do we want to have, here, in our country, in Russia, parent number one, number two, number three instead of mom and dad – have they gone made out there? Do we really want perversions that lead to degradation and extinction to be imposed on children in our schools from the primary grades? To be drummed into them that there are various supposed genders besides women and men, and to be offered a sex change operation? Do we want all this for our country and our children? For us, all this is unacceptable, we have a different future, our own future.
“I repeat, the dictatorship of the Western elites is directed against all societies, including the peoples of the Western countries themselves. This is a challenge for everyone. Such a complete denial of man, the overthrow of faith and traditional values, the suppression of freedom acquiring the features of a “reverse religion” [the opposite of what the religion is] – outright Satanism. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus Christ, denouncing the false prophets, says: By their fruits you shall know them. And these poisonous fruits are already obvious to people – not only in our country, in all countries, including many people in the West itself.”
The Russians believe that they simply cannot afford to lose this war.
Western leaders also believe that they simply cannot afford to lose this war.
And both sides are armed with nuclear weapons.
This isn’t going to end well.

Video has emerged showing German "Leopard-2" main battle tanks and "Marder" Infantry Fighting Vehicles, on a train entering Poland, destined for Ukraine. These are the very weapons which Russia has said could trigger World War 3.

This train was seen earlier in northern Germany, and is shown above after having entered Poland.
Among the ammunition used by these weapons systems is Uranium-core shells; which Russia has already announced, "will be viewed as a dirty nuclear bomb being used against Russia, with all the ensuing consequences."

A Russian Oil company has publicly announced it will pay a reward of five million Rubles, which equal fifty thousand US Dollars, for the "First Kill" by a Russian Soldier, of either a U.S. "M1" or a German "Leopard-2" Tank in Ukraine. Subsequent kills of such weapons systems will result in reward of five-hundred thousand Rubles, which equals five-thousand U.S. Dollars.

ANALYSIS -- The most peculiar part of the reporting above is that the Embassy of Azerbaijan, in Tehran, is being EVACUATED right now. So I found myself asking, WTF?
Then I recalled, Azerbaijan is having a tiff with Armenia (again) and the Iranians (Shia Muslims) are backing (Christian) Armenia. So I started wondering if tonight's attacks inside Iran might actually have something to do with Azerbaijan?
I note as well, that both Russian and Iran state media are reporting, almost from gitgo, that tonight's attacks "are suspected to be from a NATO or NATO-Linked Country." Would that be Azerbaijan?
Just yesterday, the head of security at the Azerbaijan Embassy in Tehran was murdered. It is now being RUMORED (unconfirmed) that he was part of an operation to smuggle micro drones into the Embassy, and those drones might be what's attacking inside Iran tonight. These RUMORS (again, unconfirmed) go on to claim that Iran found out what was coming, couldn't do anything in time to prevent it, so they allegedly outright murdered the Head of Security for the Azerbaijan Embassy.
All very convoluted.

8:24 PM EST -- News is coming that the Internet has been TOTALLY off in Iran
Here’s what we know so far about Saturday night’s attack on Iran: as of this moment, mysterious explosions have taken place in at least four locations.
The first explosion took place in the city of Isfahan, where, according to an official report by the Iranian Defense Ministry, a quadcopter drone attack on a defense industrial complex failed. In a statement released early on Sunday, the Ministry said that “one of three drones attacking the defense equipment manufacturing complex in Isfahan was downed by a defense system stationed inside the facility and two others exploded after being caught in traps set by the defense system. According to Iranian press reports, the factory was damaged but there were no casualties, “thanks to God’s blessing.”
Another explosion took place in the city of Khoy in West Azerbaijan, northwestern Iran, Saturday night, but it may have been an earthquake (and not one caused by a drone attack). An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 on the Richter Scale struck the area, killing at least seven and injuring 440.
Speculations of drone attacks mixed with an earthquake followed another explosion that occurred in the city of Azarshahr in East Azerbaijan Province, about 100 kilometers from Khoy. According to reports, an ignited a fire at a motor oil factory.
The final explosion was heard in the city of Kharj, west of Tehran. Several explosions were heard there, but no further details are available.
There were other reports of explosions in Iranian cities. In addition, in the early morning, fighter jets were heard flying in the sky over the capital Tehran, and videos show smoke in one area of the city.
The deputy governor of Isfahan province, Mohammad Reza Jan-Nesari, said on TV there were “no casualties” from the attack, and “the cause of the incident is under investigation.”

Empires in terminal decline leap from one military fiasco to the next. The war in Ukraine, another bungled attempt to reassert U.S. global hegemony, fits this pattern. The danger is that the more dire things look, the more the U.S. will escalate the conflict, potentially provoking open confrontation with Russia. If Russia carries out retaliatory attacks on supply and training bases in neighboring NATO countries, or uses tactical nuclear weapons, NATO will almost certainly respond by attacking Russian forces. We will have ignited World War III, which could result in a nuclear holocaust.
U.S. military support for Ukraine began with the basics — ammunition and assault weapons. The Biden administration, however, soon crossed several self-imposed red lines to provide a tidal wave of lethal war machinery: Stinger anti-aircraft systems; Javelin anti-armor systems; M777 towed Howitzers; 122mm GRAD rockets; M142 multiple rocket launchers, or HIMARS; Tube-Launched, Optically-Tracked, Wire-Guided (TOW) missiles; Patriot air defense batteries; National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS); M113 Armored Personnel Carriers; and now 31 M1 Abrams, as part of a new $400 million package. These tanks will be supplemented by 14 German Leopard 2A6 tanks, 14 British Challenger 2 tanks, as well as tanks from other NATO members, including Poland. Next on the list are armor-piercing depleted uranium (DU) ammunition and F-15 and F-16 fighter jets.
Since Russia invaded on February 24, 2022, Congress has approved more than $113 billion in aid to Ukraine and allied nations supporting the war in Ukraine. Three-fifths of this aid, $67 billion, has been allocated for military expenditures. There are 28 countries transferring weapons to Ukraine. All of them, with the exception of Australia, Canada and the U.S., are in Europe.
The rapid upgrade of sophisticated military hardware and aid provided to Ukraine is not a good sign for the NATO alliance. It takes many months, if not years, of training to operate and coordinate these weapons systems. Tank battles — I was in the last major tank battle outside Kuwait City during the first Gulf war as a reporter — are highly choreographed and complex operations. Armor must work in close concert with air power, warships, infantry and artillery batteries. It will be many, many months, if not years, before Ukrainian forces receive adequate training to operate this equipment and coordinate the diverse components of a modern battlefield. Indeed, the U.S. never succeeded in training the Iraqi and Afghan armies in combined arms maneuver warfare, despite two decades of occupation.
I was with Marine Corps units in February 1991 that pushed Iraqi forces out of the Saudi Arabian town of Khafji. Supplied with superior military equipment, the Saudi soldiers that held Khafji offered ineffectual resistance. As we entered the city, we saw Saudi troops in commandeered fire trucks, hightailing it south to escape the fighting. All the fancy military hardware, which the Saudis had purchased from the U.S., proved worthless because they did not know how to use it.
NATO military commanders understand that the infusion of these weapons systems into the war will not alter what is, at best, a stalemate, defined largely by artillery duels over hundreds of miles of front lines. The purchase of these weapons systems — one M1 Abrams tank costs $10 million when training and sustainment are included — increases the profits of the arms manufacturers. The use of these weapons in Ukraine allows them to be tested in battlefield conditions, making the war a laboratory for weapons manufacturers such as Lockheed Martin. All this is useful to NATO and to the arms industry. But it is not very useful to Ukraine.
The other problem with advanced weapons systems such as the M1 Abrams, which have 1,500-horsepower turbine engines that run on jet fuel, is that they are temperamental and require highly skilled and near constant maintenance. They are not forgiving to those operating them who make mistakes; indeed, mistakes can be lethal. The most optimistic scenario for deploying M1-Abrams tanks in Ukraine is six to eight months, more likely longer. If Russia launches a major offensive in the spring, as expected, the M1 Abrams will not be part of the Ukrainian arsenal. Even when they do arrive, they will not significantly alter the balance of power, especially if the Russians are able to turn the tanks, manned by inexperienced crews, into charred hulks.

It's too late for NATO to win the war against Russia... here's why
While the prostituted propaganda media absurdly claims that Russia is retreating and NATO forces are winning the war in Ukraine, the truth is far more sobering: NATO has already lost the war with Russia.
A land war with a major military power is a long, drawn out slug fest that requires the sustained expenditure of enormous quantities of munitions: Artillery shells, rockets, missiles, small arms cartridges and so on. But the United States and NATO lack the commodities, the factories, the labor pool and the manufacturing infrastructure to build all those things.
Based on admissions from weapons industry executives and experts, the United States would take 3-5 years just to expand munitions production, and it would take a decade to reconfigure supply chains to use domestic resources.
Yet Russia is likely to launch its next major offensive in Ukraine in a matter of weeks, not months or even years. While the USA and NATO might be able to fight Russia in the year 2033, the war is happening right now in 2023. And NATO has already lost.

We Are About To See The Biggest Escalation Of The War In Ukraine So Far
We are getting dangerously close to a point of no return. For months, both sides have been continuously escalating the war in Ukraine, and now it appears that we are on the verge of the biggest escalation of them all. As I have been repeatedly warning my readers for weeks, the Russians have been gathering hundreds of thousands of fresh troops for a massive winter offensive. The exhausted Ukrainian forces are already stretched incredibly thin, and the losses that they have been suffering over the past couple of months have been nothing short of catastrophic.
