Stress, fear, anger, hatred, doing evil to others, ALL lead to disease, pain, and suffering.
Most prisoners on prison planet Earth look to each other (other prisoners) for solutions to their problems, rather than to their Creator FIRST.
If they only knew (believed and understood), that their dis-ease is a result of their own thoughts, which very likely resulted in them acting on those thoughts, actually led to their discomfort and illness, then maybe they would actually change their thinking and behaviour to live in harmony with the way Father really wants us to live. Healthy, happy, harmonious, and at peace with them selves and others.
If people actually asked Father what caused their dis-ease, rather than look outside them selves for other "remedies" - that are only distractions and roads away from the Truth, then maybe, maybe, the world would become a nicer, more pleasant, thus, more healthy place to live in.
Many people go to meditation (and meditation music) and put their beliefs in those man-made remedies for peace of mind, which actually does have a positive healing effect, because they are not spending that time in a state of worry, stress, and "stinking thinking".
If people seek a "better" way to spend their time than destroying them selves (through focusing their attention on unGodly subjects, and getting negatively emotive from that time spent performing that thought/activity), they would naturally begin to tip the balance towards health. Father (through cause and effect - Divine Justice) rewards and penalizes thoughts and actions by bringing suffering and pain to those who perform evil, and health and peace of mind to those who meditate on, then do good. This is why people who perform evil unGodly acts are actually miserable and hollow inside. This ultimately leads to Hell-Fire.
If people simply chose to spend their time in meditation (sitting in silence, or performing a contemplative task / work / project) with Father in mind (meditating on what Love is and how to apply it in one's life), Father would know if the effort is sincere, and would reward accordingly in direct relation to the amount of faith and sincerity the person put in.
Many people "pray" for something when they are suffering. Unfortunately, they then walk off, terminate the conversation, and return to the behaviour that caused their dis-ease. Then they complain that God doesn't answer their prayers, and they lose faith in Father. If they instead, they simply spent time, focusing their mind and spent their God Given talents on how to spread God's Love around, by helping others in any infinite number of ways, Father would show them (intuitively) how to resolve their problem (thinking/behaving), and they would heal.
A healthy spirit results in a healthy body - no Big Pharma required. The Lord, taught us this 2000 years ago when He was asked about the Kingdom of God. The Lord said "Behold" (look at the One you are asking the question and become like Him). People didn't understand what He meant because they didn't know, really, what the Kingdom of Heaven is - peace of mind. The YODAs teach us that the Kingdom can be had here, even in Hell, if we only change our focus and meditate on God (good), like The Lord Did and Does. It's very simple, so simple, a child can (and does) do it. This is why The Lord tells us that we must stop being evil men and become like a child - not be childish.
If someone spent 14 minutes a day contemplating good, Father would reward that behaviour. No man-made music or computer necessary. If someone spent 14 hours a day contemplating good, Father would reward that behaviour and true miracles would begin to happen for that person. If someone invested 14 days spending 14 hours per day in contemplation of God (Love), their life would transform is ways that would be very noticeable to those around them.
If people would actually DO what The Lord Taught 2000 year ago, and even today, and prayed (meditated on God/Love) CONSTANTLY, they would be able to do things even greater than The Lord Did, as He Told us 2000 years ago.
Unfortunately this is not as easy as it sounds to do for us evil prisoners. This demonstrates the necessity of discipline and self sacrifice. The self wants to do its own evil unGodly habits, which result in dis-ease. If we used our God-connected spirit to control our human's brain thinking away from bad thought habits, our lives would instantly change.
Change your mind... no-one can do it for you.

These are audible sound waves, not therapeutic electromagnetic fields like those used in clinical research (e.g., pulsed EMFs or transcranial magnetic stimulation).
The very simple, synthetic unnatural, created with man made synthesizers sounds on that video don't do anything, it's just very simple synth sounds of various frequencies and the suggestive video images are kind of "brain washing".
There is no credible scientific source that supports the idea that listening to these specific tones causes regeneration, stem cell activation, or large-scale genetic changes. The figures mentioned—400% stem cell growth, 175 aging genes downregulated—are unreferenced and likely fabricated. While electromagnetic fields can have biological effects under tightly controlled lab conditions, none of that translates to casually listening to sound on YouTube.

That is an interesting comment coming from you with the "no human made tech needed" part. You are the defender of AI tech in many ways and often tout its benefits. Have you changed your position about AI and recognizing that Father is all the intelligence anyone needs?
Thank-you for bringing attention to the value and importance of "sound". I have not listened to the videos posted (no offence), and use loads of discretion as to what I do hear when given the option. Sound most definitely can have a beneficial effect. I cannot explain how it works, but the results speak for themselves if none other than clearing the mind and promoting relaxation. And what about the "ringing in the ears" that occurs. I'm not talking about tinnitus, but that ringing tone that is expressing an affirmation. Clearly, the body responds to frequency and whilst we the beings are not the body, we cannot deny we are in one ( as distressing as that reality may be) and the effects of sound (not necessarily defined as music) can have profound effects on the being and then subsequently the body we inhabit.

To lead you to ponder upon this from a certain viewport I will only say the words "neccessary evil" and point out that you've typed your message on a computer.
As a nurse -you can possibly understand the profound effects ( of course if one believes) what an effect it can have on your body.
I'm speaking from a place of personal experience, as the Lord allowed me to be moved positively by the healing powers of music.

So often it is the presumptuous behavior of the elders themselves that leads others to despise their rule. Such is the case of those who claim to speak for the Lord when He has not in fact spoken to them.
Deuteronomy 18:20-22:
But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?

Presumptuousness equates to competition with God, following in the footsteps of Satan. The antidote to presumption is to 1) submit to God, 2) remain humble, and 3) wait for Him to exalt us.
