The body regenerates after 14 minutes ( Healing with sound therapy Alpha waves)

For what ever it's worth: Be careful who you trust. "Questioning the ways of this world is The Way, isn't it?" One is taught to bring every question to Father while properly defining between spiritual and the ways of this world.
Seek the tried and true way of healing by striving to fast the mind in purity of thought while trusting to spiritual healing, thus the physical. Think your thought-way into My KINGDOM. It's proven the energy-Being has more healing POWER than the body ever will. Why not feed the soul for spiritual healing, then comes healing from with-in manifesting it's self in the outward show of a healed body. Fear of not being healed, have NO fear God is the Master MIND Engineer Healer and knows exactly how HE built the body and repairs it through His Divine Healing Power. Man and his insane ideas have proven harmful even though they may sound helpful, think again, are they keeping us from at-one-ment with Father?
One example of satan's LIES in a seemingly unbearable situation: “it's always going to be this way”. NO, NOT so.
Situations are always changing and none of us know what tomorrow will bring for good reason. Living in the moment builds faith and perfect trust in our Maker, why not seek Him first?
Is there worry for the future. Then instead we can calmly (test, no wondering drifting mind) stay in the moment, focused on what we're doing (rather than worrying about the future), striving to see Father's purpose, and knowing that He is working out the shortest and easiest possible route for our personal healing of the body, soul, mind, and our salvation (AND that He is there with us at all times to help us every step of the way), it places everything thought or decision in a different light. Recognizing Him in our thoughts illuminates His Guidance back to the narrow path. Father Communicates with calm spirits. Satan blocks His/our line with fear and loathing.

Study and live out ALL The Lord's Work and Guiding YoDa’s. While weeding out suggestive dead-end detours meditating on The Word keeps the mind pure. Pure mind, thoughts, words, and pure (good) works, equals pure habits, which create pure character (making our raiment white), which should be like The Lord, in turn improves the world around us which will lead us Home.

The Lord tells us in TWH. CONSTANT PRAYER with Father, our Best Friend, who is with us 24/7, which no human could possibly be, is The Way to healing.

Hopefully the compassionate suggestions shown in pursuit of the truth by others proves helpful. For that, thank-you.

Ultimately, it's up to each of us to face and embrace the work we have ahead of ourselves.

May Father be with you always.

It's obvious that people (their humans) cannot comprehend that the body and soul can work together ( link up)
Yes it's true not everyone is capable of such experiences
And so bloviated dialogue...
Words words words...

It's not that difficult to connect the body
to the spirit through mystical, musical means...

Instead of telling others what they are capable of one should perhaps give it a whirl
Who knows
Maybe The Lord will sing to you one day...
( Your spirit)
Then again - you have to believe

What do you mean, please?

Do you mean that those messages are presumptiuous?

Or did you post the document about the word because @GodTaughtMeHow presumed one thing in his message. It contained 4 important notes about a video that you posted.

Your document about presumptiousness appears to be partially taken from WHAT ARE PRESUMPTUOUS SINS? — Grace Bible Fellowship.

It would be good to mention the source so that anyone reading your messages know what they are reading.

I remember quite well being told face to face by JAH, over 20 years ago, that we should be listening to The Music of Heaven instead of earthly music.

I believe that when we are in DEEP contact with Father no earthly (matrix/hell) music or anything with connotations to earth is of ANY interest at all and is a vexation.

However, I am someone who enjoys some intelligent beautiful music from time to time and understand its calming, focusing and uplifting effects etc, that have been discussed on this thread.

However the “scientific” teaching in this thread of certain frequencies etc I do not believe are good, as I explained in another message.

What and whom are you referring to, please?

Thank you for your message @PersistentWidow

In the spirit of being helpful; a short review

Your message starts with:-

Making me wonder and unclear of what/why referring to and exactly how it is linked to this discussion.

The first half of the text is missing spacing so because of a this it appears as a solid wall of text and teachings and is therefore overwhelming, confusing, even though it contains valuable lessons.

Nothing Else Matters

@no.one,

Agreed. Heaven's music is healing and the best for our soul. We would all do well to listen to Him.

Music with meaning, a profound truthful message is enjoyed.

You're welcome.

Specifically referring to be careful about what, or who, you place your trust in such as healing with sound therapy.. The body regenerates after 14 minutes ( Healing with sound therapy Alpha waves). How could worldly teachings heal the spirit Being? Healthy spirit=healthy body.

At first glance this video, The body regenerates after 14 minutes ( Healing with sound therapy Alpha waves). was seen as ungodly breaking God's law by displaying nudity which to me was a sign not to enter. Then it implies sound therapy can heal. Where in The Lord's Teachings is it conveyed sound therapy, rather alpha waves are in fact healing?
Doesn't God's real lasting healing come from with-in, from spending time with Father, Pure LOVE? Why waste precious time on mans inventions?

Thank-you for suggestions and pointers.

I looked up the word bloviated:-

To discourse at length in a pompous or boastful manner.

I hope the following isn't just bloviated words words words.

Please, if you are able to recognize a pompous or boastful manner, then in the spirit of being helpful, don't merely imply/state that someone is pompous but explain who you mean and how he/she is pompous, so that both that person and others can see it, recognize it, and understand it and to better their ways and not be pompus or boastful in the future. Thank you.

I'm striving and hoping to write this not in the spirit of hate, pride, domination, etc but in the spirit of peace and love.

I encourage you all to very carefully go through this whole discussion with a finecomb and look at the matters that turn up and what they are and how they should be dealt with.

I encourage you to understand and discuss how these scripture quotes and the relevant quotes about the difference between men and women written in twh.pdf about women.

TWH 3:109 Men are SUPPOSED to love God first, and women second; keeping women under control and teaching them, by setting them a good example, as well as by words and advice (1st. Corinthians 11:3 & 1st. Timothy 2:11-12).
3:110 THAT is why God said, from the beginning, that women can NEVER be equal to men, until they EARN their own right to be a man (Gen. 3:16)(1st.Cor. 11:1-3)(Sura 2:228 & 4:34). Read the Gospel (truth) of Thomas in log 114:20-26 / King of kings’ Bible, Thomas ch.16.

Please look and listen at the very first video which started this whole thread and discussion. "The body regenerates after 14 minutes ( Healing with sound therapy Alpha waves - Healing with 432Hz + 528Hz Sound...).

Read B1's claims, pseudoscientific claims along with mine and @GodTaughtMeHow's messages concerning this.

What do you think please; is this human-made synthesized pseudoscientism "frequency" good and something that you would encourage readers of this forum to listen to to be "healed" please?

I did look into the study. It's by NASA. Here: https://evolutioner.com/ is a page where it's mentioned. I believe @B1 copy/pasted it from there.

Evolutioner appears to be a company making easy money with a simple app pseudoscientific app. Backed by this research....

A NASA study has shown that certain electromagnetic field signals stimulate neural stem cells. These particular signals were able to increase growth of stem cells by 400%. It was also discovered that DNA was dramatically improved where 175 maturation (aging) genes were downgraded, and 150 growth and cellular proliferation genes were enhanced. More detail on this study can be learned directly from the Studies page.

The study was done in vitro. They exposed human neuronal cells in petri-dishes with electromagnetic fields. Electromagnetic fields and not music.

Are there tell-tale signs that this is good or bad?

But I believe that this doesn't really matter as much as some other things going on in this thread.

Does anyone else see and understand what I mean? Should it be discussed, understood, cleared up or simply ignored and buried under a bunch of other messages and forgotten about, please?

I've pasted some snippets from the guidelines below (with an included addition to be proposed)

We did not construct the guidelines for nothing.

...Please study our new guidelines. We hope this gives everyone more clarity on the purpose of Defending-Gibraltar.net, as well as explain our focused direction in maintaining a high standard of conduct...

...waking people up to the Truth and organizing them to re-instate our Creator's Perfect Law...

...a platform to share Light, Love and Laughter....

...relating these to Scripture in our daily lives or to one of The Lord’s websites should be carefully considered. Defending-Gibraltar is a unique forum and we want to change the standard on how people treat others hus guidelines and directions are presented below...

...It [and the behaviour of the participants] should also be an example to the world....

...Treat others the way you’d like to be treated, or preferably even better. Interact with them as you were interacting with The Lord....

...Matthew. 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done [it] unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done [it] unto me....

...Matthew 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me....

Are we really following the forum's guidelines on how to treat and talk to each other, or are we just reacting to "models" that we've built in our minds - shaped by past experiences, assumptions, misunderstandings, and parts of our "selves" that we may not even be aware of?

What I see going on in this thread is that the problems with the pseudoscientific sound stuff were precicely and kindly pointed out but were completely ignored and the thread was further confused/complexed by further posts of different music and claims/ accusations, all that I believe go against the guidelines of the forum.

So a question again is, are the guidelines nothing serious and can we do as we please here on the forum?

Furthermore, do you happen to know who has written and created these images "counter witchcraft" video are they/is it true, please?

Could it perhaps be an AI content farm, similar to the ones documented here ?

Should x-tian church music / vibes be shared here freely or does GodTaughtMeHow have valid points and are there problems with promoting them freely without disclaimers (against religion, churches, rites etc)?

Here I am

Therapeutic Effect of Music

Since ancient times, music has been recognized for its therapeutic value. Greek physicians used flutes, lyres, and zitters to heal their patients. They used vibration to aid in digestion, treat mental disturbance, and induce sleep. Aristotle (323–373 BCE), in his famous book De Anima, wrote that flute music could arouse strong emotions and purify the soul.

We know of the protoplasmic movements of single cells, described by botanist Robert Brown (1773–1858), as Brownian movement/motion, and although random, the movements are rhythmic and produce music. In one of his romantic dissertations, Brown said the “motions are so musical…”

Researchers began to systemically study the application of music in medicine and healing near the end of the 19th century. Studies reporting the effects of music on physiological responses, such as cardiac output, respiratory rate, pulse rate, and blood pressure (BP), were originally reported by Diogel (late 1700s) of Salpetriere Hospital in Paris (the same hospital in which Princess Diana died

Diogel had soot-coated drums with a stylus to measure BP and pulse rate of his patients. Diogel would bring live musicians in his laboratory by his patients’ bedsides to conduct his experiments and record his findings. (Remember! There was no recorded music at this time.) His first paper, a seminal scientific work, was published in 1880. Diogel showed that music lowers BP, increases cardiac output, decreases pulse rate and, in general, assists the work of the parasympathetic system. This work was replicated by Corning of America in 1880 and later by Tarchanoff (1846–1908) of Russia. Tarchanoff, a professor of medicine at the University of Moscow, often called on his colleague, Dr. Alexander Borodin (1833–1887), a professor of medicine and chemistry and also a musician and composer, to play for Tarchanoff’s patients while he recorded the effect of music on their vital functions. Tarchanoff published his paper in 1903 and dedicated it to Borodin.

Music is a part of the cycle of natural life. Music is based on rhythm and harmony. Human life is based on rhythm. Day and night, seasonal changes, and all physiological and biological functions are rhythmic. We inhale and exhale, our hearts beat in systole (contraction) and diastole (expansion or relaxation.) Sleeping, eating, menstrual cycles, walking, talking, and other, if not all, functions of life are rhythmic.

A UC Davis neuroscientist, Petr Janata, in a recent paper “The Neural Architecture of Music-Evoked Autobiographical Memories,” (published in 2009 in Cerebral Cortex ) linked medial memory to music. He discovered that the region of the brain where memories of our past are supported and retrieved also serves as a hub that links familiar music
For millennia, man has composed and enjoyed music without knowing the scientific reasons why he would do so. We have used music to enhance spirituality, to get closer to our maker, to unite us for a cause, to marshal us in wars, to swell us with pride, and to mourn and resolve sadness and grief. Additional data-driven discoveries in the past 60 years show us the promise of music in healing.

Stimulation of the ventral nucleus of hypothalamus by 70 millivolts of electricity would throw the subject into rage. If one played soothing classical music while stimulating this region, the patient would not show anger. Clinical experiments at Columbia Hospital in the 1950s and early 1960s showed that patients with a propensity to religious orientation and enjoyment of classical music were a third faster to respond and heal postoperative retinal detachment than those who were not.

Manfred Clynes (born 1925), a neurophysiologist whose family fled from Austria to Australia, published extensive data documenting the relationship between music, brain, and mind. His classical textbook Music, Mind, and Brain , published in 1982, is the benchmark of excellence in the field. The limbic system, consisting of thalamus, hypothalamus, amygdala, hippocampus, mammary bodies, and fornix, all subcortical structures in the brain, comprise the “anatomy of emotions.” They are responsible for the autonomic or the vegetative functions, such as breathing, appetite, body temperature, and moods (e.g., anger, sorrow, love, hatred, violence, compassion, sadness). Music brings about the excitation of the limbic system with corresponding changes in neurotransmitters, such as catecholamine, indolamine, dopamine, endorphin, and the latest, neuron growth hormone.

A Japanese geneticist and musician, Susumu Ohno (1929–2000), author of the seminal work Evolution by Gene Duplication (1970), was the first to propose the hypotheses of the Barr body and human paleopolyploidy and also contributed articles to the journal Immunogenetics . Ohno observed that music is like deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in repetition and development. For example, each organism’s genes are composed of strands of DNA, which are made up of four nucleotides containing the four amino acids—adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine. The order of these bases of repeated four is far from random. Indeed, within a gene, certain oligomers, which are short chains of bases arranged in a set sequence, frequently occur in a predictable manner. Ohno stated that this is hardly surprising because recurrence is rampant in nature. According to Ohno in his classical paper Genomes and Music , “evolution relies on gene duplication; very much like music, it requires changes in variations on themes. All and all, truly new coding sequences generated by modern organisms recapitulate the first prehistoric coding sequence of eons ago…” When Ohno assigned notes to each of the four bases—cystine for do , adenine for re and mi , guanine for fa and sol , thymine for la and ti , and cytosine again for do , the genes made music. And that music wasn’t just melodies repeating endlessly, because in genes, wrote Ohno, “the monotony created by the endless recurrence of these decamers, hexamers, and their derivatives is broken by refreshing appearances of tandomly recurring base oligomers that are not directly related.” For example, a section of the ribonucleic acid mouse gene for polymerase II sounds like music from genes that encode cell adhesion molecules, which sound like a musical score Debussy would have written. And the sequence of human X-linked phosphoglycerate kinase (the enzyme for breakdown of glucose) played on violin is hauntingly melancholy, as though reflecting the Weltschmerz of the gene that persevered for hundreds of millions year ago.

What makes music therapy effective?

The science behind music therapy

Like all forms of therapy, the benefits gained from music therapy depend on the condition, symptoms, and goals of the client seeking it. Music therapy has been an organized and respected profession with accredited educational programs since 1950 – the oldest and most sustained in our state being here at OHIO, starting in 1951. Music has been long recognized as an effective form of therapy and tool to provide an outlet for emotion. After all, as Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote, “Music is the universal language of mankind.”

Music therapy is deeply rooted in scientific principles. At its core, it harnesses the power of music to stimulate various regions of the brain, facilitating emotional, cognitive, and physical healing. The brain's response to music involves complex neural networks that are activated during listening, performing, and creating music. This broad activation explains why music can evoke strong emotional responses and memories, providing a unique pathway to emotional processing and healing.

Research in neuroscience has shown that music can influence brain chemistry by releasing dopamine, the pleasure hormone, and reducing cortisol, the stress hormone. These biochemical responses help to explain the therapeutic effects of music therapy on mood regulation and stress reduction. Additionally, functional MRI studies have demonstrated that music engages areas of the brain involved in attention, memory, and motor control, which underpins its effectiveness in addressing a variety of mental and physical health conditions.

Benefits of music therapy for mental health

Research shows that music therapy may help people improve their mental health. Emotionally, music therapy can help people relax, explore their emotions, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, ease stress levels, and regulate mood. There are also social benefits to music therapy including improved communication, speaking, language and social skills. Music therapy helps people strengthen their self-confidence and develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills.

Music therapy can help individuals navigate their feelings, offering a non-verbal outlet for expression. This is particularly helpful for clients who may find it challenging to articulate their emotions through traditional talk therapy. By engaging with music, individuals can explore their emotional landscape, identify and process feelings, and find relief from emotional distress. For those suffering from anxiety and depression, music therapy provides a soothing and engaging activity that can reduce symptoms and promote a sense of well-being.

And, the structured nature of music therapy sessions can help individuals develop coping strategies and improve emotional regulation. For instance, creating or playing music requires focus and coordination, which can distract from negative thoughts and reduce anxiety. The process of making music also encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness, fostering a calm and focused state of mind.

Music therapy for physical rehabilitation

Music therapy provides physical benefits as well. Some research indicates that music therapy can help reduce perceived levels of physical pain and improve physical coordination, motor functions, and movement. Overall, music therapy can really help improve a client’s quality of life.

Music therapy has significant applications in physical rehabilitation. Techniques such as rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) are used to improve motor functions in individuals recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, or neurological conditions like Parkinson's disease. RAS involves using the rhythmic aspects of music to retrain and enhance motor skills, facilitating smoother and more coordinated movements.

**Music therapy can also aid in pain management. Studies have shown that listening to music can reduce the perception of pain and the need for pain medication. This is partly because music can serve as a distraction, diverting attention away from pain sensations. Moreover, the relaxation induced by music therapy can lower muscle tension and promote physical relaxation, which can alleviate pain and improve overall physical comfort.

How music therapy techniques help meet clients' needs

Music therapy encompasses a variety of techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. One common approach is active music therapy, where clients engage in creating music through singing, playing instruments, or composing songs. This active participation can enhance self-expression, boost confidence, and provide a sense of accomplishment.

Another technique is receptive music therapy, where clients listen to music selected by the therapist to evoke specific emotions or memories. This can be particularly effective for relaxation, emotional processing, and cognitive stimulation. Improvisational music therapy allows clients to spontaneously create music, fostering creativity and enabling them to express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to verbalize. Finally, guided imagery and music (GIM) involves listening to music while engaging in guided visualization exercises, which can deepen emotional exploration and promote relaxation.

Music therapy for different age groups

Humans are musical creatures. We each have a rhythm to the way that we walk, the beat of our hearts, and a unique quality to our voice. Everybody has the potential to create and engage with music. When we engage with music by playing an instrument, singing, or even just listening to music, our brains are being lit up and activated on multiple levels. This response to music in the brain means that music therapy accesses all parts of the brain, which makes it an extremely effective method of therapy. Music therapy opens clients up to their more creative, expressive, and playful side. Methods of therapy like talk therapy don’t often tap into these attributes, which can turn music therapy into an empowering tool for clients.

Music therapy is adaptable to all age groups, making it a versatile tool in therapeutic settings. For children, music therapy can aid in developmental milestones, improve communication skills, and address behavioral issues. Interactive musical activities like singing, playing instruments, and movement to music can enhance motor skills, social interaction, and emotional expression in a fun and engaging manner.

In adolescents, music therapy can be a powerful outlet for self-expression and identity formation. Teenagers often use music to cope with the challenges of growing up, and music therapy can provide a structured and supportive environment for exploring their feelings and developing healthy coping mechanisms. For adults, music therapy can address a wide range of issues, from stress and anxiety to chronic pain and rehabilitation. In elderly populations, music therapy can improve cognitive function, enhance memory recall, and provide social interaction, especially for those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Accessing clients' creative, playful side can make music therapy an especially empowering tool for therapists. And, music therapy sessions often foster a sense of community and belonging, as individuals come together to share their love and appreciation for music, creating a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth. The versatility and universal appeal of music make it a valuable therapeutic tool with the potential to positively impact individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances
