Overnight, extraordinary developments took place inside Russia, leading many to conclude an actual Civil War is erupting there. A Military Base and one Headquarters are now under control of Wagner PMC and no one is sure if they have access to nukes. US/NATO may strike Russia with a nuclear first strike if control of Russian nukes is questionable.

Russian State Media Reports Putinâs Concessions to Rebel Mercenary Leader to Stop Advance on Moscow

- June 24, 2023Russian state media is reporting President Vladimir Putinâs concessions to rebel mercenary leader Yevgeniy Prigozhin in order to halt his advance on Moscow and avoid unnecessary bloodshed.
âAccording to Russian State Media, Major Changes to the Leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense including changes to the current Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu and Army Chief of General Staff, Valery Gerasimov have reportedly been Agreed upon in order to Stop the March of the Wagner PMC Group towards the Capital of Moscow; these Negotiations have also reportedly included the assured âSecurity of the Wagner Groupâ,â OSINT defender reported.
âThese Negotiations are also reported to have included a âStipulationâ that the Majority of Wagner PMC Forces will be Redeployed out of Russia and Ukraine to Africa,â he added.

"I have just come from the frontline, where our troops, our commanders, our soldiers, our fighters, volunteers are carrying out the task, fighting the enemy to the death, with the superior forces of the enemy, suffering losses, but standing on their positions. I appeal to the leadership, to the commanders and fighters of the Wagner PMC. Together with you we have passed a difficult, hard way, we have fought together, taken the risks, suffered losses, we have won together. We are the same blood, we are warriors. I call you to stop. The enemy is only waiting for our domestic political situation to deteriorate. We must not play into the hands of the enemy at this difficult time for the country. Before it is too late, we must do something - we must obey the will and order of the President of the Russian Federation, who was elected by the people, we must stop the columns, return them to their permanent bases and areas of concentration, and solve all the problems only peacefully, under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federationâ. We appeal to the fighters of the Wagner PMC assault units. You were tricked into Prigozhin's criminal gamble and participation in an armed insurgency.
Many of your comrades from several detachments have already realised their mistake, asking for help in ensuring that they can return safely to their permanent bases. We have already provided such assistance to all of these fighters and commanders.
Please show discretion and get in touch with representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defence or law enforcement agencies as soon as possible. We guarantee everyone's safety."

After getting its troop columns within 125 miles of Moscow, rogue CEO of PMC Wagner, Evgene Prigozhin, announces that he turned his troops around and is going back to bases, and taking other steps to de-escalate tensions with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Press Secretary Peskov Said That The Criminal Case Against Prigozhin Will Be Dropped
Press Secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, said that the criminal case against the head of Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, will be dropped, and he will go to Belarus.
The official did not specify what exactly Prigozhin would do in the former Soviet republic.
Earlier, the press service of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko reported that Prigozhin accepted the proposal to stop Wagnerâs advance through Russia and take further steps to reduce tensions. It was clarified that âa profitable and acceptable option for resolving the situation with security guarantees for the groupâs fighters is on the table.â
After that, the head of the Wagner PMC said that his columns returned to the field camps.
Last night, the FSB Center for Public Affairs reported that all the information spread on social networks on behalf of Yevgeny Prigozhin about âmissile and bomb attacks by the Ministry of Defense against the rear units of the Wagner PMCâ is not true and is an informational provocation. The same was said in the Ministry of Defense. The FSB department opened a criminal case against Prigozhin under Article 279 of the Criminal Code (âArmed riot organizationâ).
President Vladimir Putin, in his speech to the Russians, said that anyone responsible for the attempted rebellion will inevitably be punished and accountable before the law and the public. He also noted that decisive steps will be taken to stabilize the situation in Rostov-on-Don, where the work of civil and military authorities has been de facto hindered.
