Each situation in our lives give opportunity to learn, learn humility, selflessness and Godly obedience. We are not being trained to be submissive to man's ways and rules but to be obedient to the One and ONLY God, King of the Universe, "I AM" and the solution to all our problems. This high calling is being selfless and obedient to God's purpose.
A short video by Lincoln Rogers (just over a minute long) from images and video shot during the Colorado Agricultural Leadership Foundation's (CALF) annual Farm & Ranch Day on May 28, 2022 at the historic Lowell Ranch outside of Castle Rock, CO. Still ramping back up from the effects COVID and COVID policies had on the volunteer and visitor base, the annual event was smaller in scope but still saw a steady stream of families arrive to get up close and personal with animals, bees, and crops.
Lyrics to "Don't Know Much"
Look at this face
I know the years are showing
Look at this life
I still don't know where it's going
I don't know much
But I know I love you
And that may be all I need to know
Look at these eyes
They've never seen what mattered
Look at these dreams
So beaten and so battered
I don't know much
But I know I love you
That may be all I need to know
So many questions still left unanswered
So much I've never broken through
And when I feel you near me
Sometimes I see so clearly
The only truth I've ever known is me and you
Look at this man
So blessed with inspiration
Look at this soul
Still searching for salvation
I don't know much
But I know I love you
And that may be all I need to know
I don't know much
But I know I love you
That may be all I need to know
I don't know much
But I know I love you
That may be all there is to know
We can learn so much from the animal kingdom.
“Thick skin and a strong mind are essential if you want to survive in this world. Nobody can break you down if you don’t let them. -Unknown”
The video shows the alligator trying to crush the turtle between his strong jaws and after failing in its attempt, allowed the reptile to go away.
Not sure if it's actually an eagle but amazing nonetheless.
