They are telling you a resurgence is coming as is the global plan.
The Government of Gibraltar is letting you know it is in lockstep with the evil, by saying THIS – "Our children under 16 years of age, and some others are not yet vaccinated.”
They will be making life as uncomfortable as possible for the unvaccinated, as brought up in the GSD: Unvaccinated People Have Rights Thread; and slowly creating a Nazi "Us vs Them" scenario.
First the unvaccinated can't visit loved ones, now they will have to self-isolate based on parameters; what will be the next step?
Slowly but surely, they plan to make the vaccinated hate the unvaccinated, because all the coming restrictions will be blamed on them.
#2 Freedom will be dismantled

What they mean is freedom is going to be dismantled again and "letting their guard down" can be defined as opening up (Opening Gib Could Be A Plan For The Next Lockdown – Picardo would make Franco Proud) so that so-called variants can arrive. Letting their guard down can also be defined as "not ensuring everyone was jabbed".
They already plan to increase propaganda about the new variant/s throughout the summer so that they can lockdown in Autumn – THE INDIAN VARIANT – PERPETUAL LOCKDOWN
