Is Picardo an Eugenicist like Huxley?
Does Picardo think the world is overcrowded? Does he think Gib is overcrowded?
Fabian Picardo claims the reason these elderly in Gibraltar died is not related to the vaccine. Yet, worldwide other countries are owning up to the fact that they are related; and if they aren't owning up to it, they are pausing and investigating. How can Picardo make the claim he did without any investigation? He is deceptively trying to affect public perception.
When the elderly and frail die after receiving the COVID vaccine:
The clinical trials of the COVID vaccine have not used the frail and elderly as volunteers. Therefore, there is NO evidence that the vaccine is safe or effective in that very large group. There is zero evidence the COVID vaccines work in elderly and frail populations.
Doctors are obviously worried about people dying as a result of the vaccine. They know it’s going to happen. They’re thinking out loud about what they can do to stem the tide of public outrage—particularly from the families of those who die. The best idea they can come up with is: “these people die anyway.”

Gibraltar's situation is similar to Norway's, yet Norway admits it:

It's happening in the States.
The Epoch Times’ Zachary Stieber reports that fifty-five people in the United States have died after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, according to reports submitted to a federal system. In addition to the deaths, people have reported 96 life-threatening events following COVID-19 vaccinations, as well as 24 permanent disabilities, 225 hospitalizations, and 1,388 emergency room visits.
Again, the eugenicist organizations and their minions knew they were going to take out the weak and the elderly. What do you think eugenicists do?
Even Dr. Malcolm Kendrick, a GP for the UK’s National Health Service, warned you, claiming that AstraZeneca’s vaccine is not particularly effective for people over 65. He was asked was he concerned about nations lining up the elderly and vulnerable if the jab is not effective for people over 55. He said, "The mortality rate of people under 70 is .005, so realistically it’s got to work for the elderly or it’s like a busted flush." Looks like it is a busted flush.

Why does Picardo (and the others) want you to put your HOPE in vaccines or in a brave new world?
They tell you why they give hope in their propaganda: They give you enough hope to stop you rebelling.

The removal of hope leaves only one possible response, and that response is desperation. People can respond to desperation in different ways. Basically, only two roads are open to them. One is the road of passivity, apathy, and ultimately the conclusion that life is not worth living. But there is another road. Hope is given – then pulled away. Lockdowns will end – no they won't. Vaccines will end lockdowns and mask mandates – no they won't, because these restrictions will continue. (Read the headlines).
