Changes in local wind flow around July 4 & 5, would cause wind from Zaporozyhe Nuclear Power Plant to blow from east to west, carrying radiation into Europe and NATO Countries . . . IF . . . an "event" there caused a leak. Meanwhile, the US sent a nuke-sniffer plane over there . . .
Word is spreading like wildfire that Ukraine plans to attack the Zaporozyhe Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) on July 5 or 6, blame the attack upon Russia, and that NATO will then use the radiation leakage into NATO countries as cause to declare "an attack upon NATO" has taken place.
If NATO makes that decision, then Article 5 "Collective Self Defense" may be invoked by NATO, against Russia, thereby bringing NATO into the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Russia has repeatedly made clear that if NATO declares Article 5 against Russia, that NATO's conventional troop strength is superior to Russia, which would force Russia to use its own superior nuclear forces. Put simply, nuclear missiles would fly.
Quite "coincidentally" last week, Ukraine began telling citizens to have Potassium Iodate/Iodide or straight Iodine to take "in case of a nuclear incident."
On Friday night into Saturday, the US sent a Nuke Sniffing plane, called "Constant Phoeniz" to the island of Crete in the Mediterranean Sea, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Ukraine.
On Saturday, Ukraine began "permanent evacuation" of places within 16km of the ZNPP. Later Saturday, Russia told the people at the ZNPP, which it controls - they must evacuate the area and "be out BY July 5." Russia suggested they head to Crimea. Russia also instituted a 15KM evacuation of the Kherson region, on Saturday. So all the civilians on both sides in the area of the ZNPP have been told to leave.
All the pieces are now in place for someone to deliberately CAUSE a radiation leak at the ZNPP, and if such a leak takes place, NATO has already said they will deem it an attack upon NATO, brining NATO into the war. If NATO comes in, Russia says they go nuclear.
In related news, more and more countries of the world are applying to join the new BRICS organization. BRICS stands for Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa.
They have been openly talking about creating and using a new currency for settlement of international trade, to get away from the US Dollar. The Dollar being used for all international trade has made the Dollar a financial weapon, which the US then uses to impose Sanctions upon other countries, to get those countries to bend to the Will of the US. Many countries are tired of US interference, but have been stuck with it because they need the Dollar. If BRICS comes online with a new reserve currency, US control will collapse.
Some people speculate that the US - and its gloablist Bankers - would rather burn the world to the ground, than lose control of it.
Thus, the NATO effort to find an excuse to come into the Russia-Ukraine fight, which will serve to burn the world to the ground.
Finally, for anyone thinking there might be a negotiated settlement to this situation, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky declared that he will not participate in any peace negotiations with Vladimir Putin until Russian forces have left the occupied Donbas region and the Crimean Peninsula.
Casting doubt on the prospect of bringing the conflict in Ukraine to an end in the foreseeable future, President Zelensky stated that his country will not entertain a diplomatic solution until Ukraine’s 1991 borders are re-established, meaning that Russia would have to retreat from its heavily entrenched positions in the Donbas and Crimea.
That, is not going to happen.

Desperate to overcome recruiting shortfalls, the US Army and Air Force are making a major push to recruit immigrants, using the enticement of citizenship granted in a matter of weeks.
The Marine Corps is the only branch that's on track to make its 2023 recruiting goal. The dismal situation has the Army and Air Force setting its sights on legal immigrants, luring them with not only the standard pitches about training and education benefits, but also with the promise of taking a major shortcut to American citizenship.
“We have large populations of legal U.S. residents who are exceptionally patriotic, they’re exceptionally grateful for the opportunities that this country has provided,” Maj. Gen Ed Thomas, commander of the Air Force Recruiting Service, told the Associated Press.
Through a new program, immigrants are enrolled in the citizenship system upon their commitment to service. An accelerated process then kicks in once they arrive at their basic training installation, with the goal of swearing them in as citizens when they graduate.
The Army and Air Force recruiting commands are seeking target-rich environments in areas of high immigrant concentration and, where possible, are attempting to assign recruiters with matching ethnicities, and social media is one of the preferred avenues of attack.
“It is one thing to hear about the military from locals here, but it is something else when it’s from your fellow brother, from the country you’re from,” new Army reservist and native Nepali Esmita Spudes Bidari told AP. Bidari was targeted by a Nepali US Army recruiter via a Facebook group to facilitate connections between Nepalis in America. “That brother was in the group and he was recruiting and he told me about the military.”
Of the Army's 2,900 immigrants recruited this fiscal year, most are from Jamaica, then Mexico, the Philippines and Haiti. Many others came from Nepal, Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
Recruiting immigrants involves extra red tape, with another layer of security screening and coordination with US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Among the associated headaches for recruiters is helping people with a limited command of English navigate and comprehend the paperwork.
...then again, given recruiters' long-standing reputation for dishonesty, perhaps they find the language barrier comes in handy.

Cluster bombs are widely banned around the world.
In fact, more than 120 nations have agreed to ban them.
They agreed not to use, produce, transfer or stockpile the weapons and to clear them after they’ve been used.
The United States, Russia and Ukraine are among the countries that have not signed on.
Sarah Yager, the Washington director at Human Rights Watch, called the U.S. decision to send these weapons to Ukraine “devastating.”
“They are absolutely awful for civilians,” Yager told Al Jazeera in a television interview. “I think when legislators and policymakers here in the United States see the photos coming back of children with missing limbs, parents injured, killed by our own American cluster munitions, there’s going to be a real awakening to the humanitarian disaster that this is.”

Last night, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander and US admiral James Stavridis stated NATO may be planning to attack Russian ships in the Black Sea! Russia will also be preparing for NATO to attack! He said NATO ships should accompany grain carriers in the Black Sea and, if necessary, open fire in response to Russian warships.
Also last night, Ukraine President Zelensky publicly pleaded with NATO Secretary General to urgently convene Ukraine-NATO Council Against the background of the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Odessa and the loss of NATO equipment.
Zelensky asked NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to urgently convene the Ukraine-NATO Council.
Stoltenberg heard the request of the vassal. He has called a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council for 26 July.
The official agenda of the future meeting is consultations on the latest developments in Ukraine and discussion of the transportation of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea.
What is apparent to everyone right now is that something very, VERY, big is about to take place.

Large Scale Exercise 2023 Overview
25,000 Sailors, Marines to Prepare for Global Conflict in Large Scale Exercise 2023
The Navy and Marines are taking a second crack at an exercise that will simulate a massive global conflict and connect the actions from a single sailor at a radar console up through the decisions made by the Secretary of Defense, service officials announced on Monday.
Large Scale Exercise 2023 kicks off next month and will link 25,000 sailors and Marines across 22 time zones, seven fleets, six U.S. combatant commands in a blend of live and virtual training that will test the suppositions of key warfighting concepts for both services.
The Marines and the Navy believe the future of maritime conflict will require units to be spread across thousands of miles and have them strike adversaries simultaneously and then disperse.
“Distributing [the force] allows us to actually do more with that force so that it punches above its weight,” Fleet Forces commander Adm. Daryl Caudle told reporters on Monday.
Fleet Forces and the Marines folded in other training events like the amphibious exercises Bold Alligator and Dawn Blitz and Composite Unit Training Exercises for carrier strike groups to the larger LSE 23. So, if a sailor at a sonar console makes a tactical decision as part of the COMPTUEX for the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, it could affect the scenario across the globe as part of the live, virtual and constructive training.
In total, the exercise will encompass six carriers strike groups (two live, four virtual), three amphibious ready groups (one live, two virtual), 25 live ships and more than 50 virtual ships.
All those inputs will be routed to nine maritime operations centers and then to the central command node in Norfolk at the Naval Warfare Development Center. Just running the exercise will take more than a thousand people.
Getting all the pieces to work together is the key to exercise.
"The amount of military capacity and capabilities can be strained in any conflict with a near peer competitor, the ability to synchronize those operations is extremely important. There is an old boxing analogy that goes: precision beats power and timing beat speed every time,” Caudle said.
“To conduct high and modern warfare in a distributed maritime operational construct, you have to work on precision and timing. To do that, you got to link together these maritime operations centers so that we have the same operational picture.”
Based on the lessons of first exercise from two years ago, the services expanded the scope and added an additional command and control element to include 15 retired general and flag officers to act as senior leaders in the exercise – including former U.S. Pacific Fleet commander Adm. Scott Swift and former U.S. Naval Forces Europe commander Adm. Jamie Foggo.
“What you have to do is you have to fight with the force you have and then adjust its ability and its capabilities and its training and how you posture it and and how you train to it and teach the sailors and Marines to fight in the environment, Caudle said.
“Our ability to distribute our maritime forces, and ability to command and control that, because distributing that allows us to actually do more with that force. So that punches above its weight. But also, I’ve got a Marine Corps that I can bring to bear.”

Readers should note that back in 1962, the then-Soviet Union placed Medium Range and Intermediate Range nuclear missiles in Cuba with a five minute flight time to Washington, DC. This resulted in the "Cuban Missile Crisis" wherein then U.S. President John F. Kennedy, imposed a naval blockade of Cuba and began massing U.S. troops in Florida for an invasion of Cuba to destroy those missiles.
For the 13 days when the crisis erupted, the world stood on the precipice of actual nuclear war. The US had blockaded Cuba and was massing troops. The Soviets faced a choice with the missiles: USE THEM or LOSE THEM.
Back then, Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev agreed to dismantle and remove those missiles, and the US agreed to remove its "Jupiter" missiles from deployment in Turkey, where they were aimed at the Soviet Union.
Today, the U.S. wants to bring Ukraine into NATO . . . to place US missiles on Ukraine soil . . . with a five minute flight time to Moscow. Same situation as the Cuban Missile Crisis, but in reverse!
Russia told Ukraine "no." Ukraine ignored Russia. The Russian Army went in and is now smashing Ukraine.
The US and NATO are supplying Ukraine with weapons to kill Russians, so the Russians are now sending naval vessels to Cuba and Cuba says it is willing to accept Russian missiles.
Same type of crisis as in 1962, only this time, it was the US and NATO that started it by trying to bring Ukraine into NATO, so as to put US missiles in Ukraine.
This time, the prospect for actual nuclear war is very much greater because the fighting has already begun in Ukraine.
