Another reminder of who thinks Gibraltar belongs to the Government:

And he (Cortes) added that the Government had not ruled out making the wearing of masks in public places compulsory, nor the resumption of full lockdown if necessary.
The Director of Public Health, Dr Sohail Bhatti, is now advising that masks be worn in crowded locations even in the open, such as on Main Street when it is busy.
Bhatti knows full well face-masks are symbolic and keep people reminded to "be fearful".
So is this what T.H.E.Y. want – to remind you to FEAR?
