It would probably just take a few T-90's for them to be able to accomplish such a task, and encountering little resistance.
Unless the US starts to divert enough of its weaponry and tanks from going to the war in Ukraine by sending them to Africa instead. Somehow, not sure if that would happen though, as there may not be enough Ukrainians yet
