In the video the man did not "burn snow" he used a flame thrower to spray burning/partially burning gasoline/diesel/thickening fire onto some snow. Is it not logical that this material does not burn, disappear completely but forms black exhaust on the snow?

I don't know the exact motivations for you doing so. Are you saying this is so, or are you merely showing an interesting link etc? I believe it might be good to always explain.

The claims in the video are extreme, things like

  • claiming the snow is fake, plastic, worse than styrofoam
  • that it has low water content
  • that it's programmable and forms snowballs by itself
  • Heavy Metal Contamination: Claims samples tested positive for Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, Lead, and Mercury at levels "1500 times the limit.
  • contains microscopic "sentinel" deities or parasites

Which are all very easy to explain, test, debunk if one looks at the carefully with open eyes.

Let's for instance look at 16:00

I watched the video once, and not planning to watch it again. Daniel (the presenter) compiled a number of videos he found and presented them not as fact, rather it was what others are sharing as their experience (or interpretation of experience). The "forms" shown under the microscope reminded him of the "bots" in the move The Matrix re: electronic Sentinels. I did not take it as factual, nor did he (but, you would have to ask him to know for sure).

Discernment is a positive attribute.

The reason I'm bringing this up in detail is that I believe that proper communications is very important and that words have specific meanings and should be used properly.

I don't believe this is true.

In no way does he indicate that he's just presenting them as interesting clips or for instance that he's just JAQ:inng "just asking questions" (common defensive pivot). He's claiming things.

He does not say they reminded him of the bots in the Matrix but has quite a long ramble about what he seems to believe. Something about them being self-assembling and in the snow but were also in the covid vaccinations.

If you or him did not take what he said as factual (the truth) then why post them?
