The UK Government is to protest an incursion by Spanish navy vessel, the SPS Centinela, into British Gibraltar Territorial Waters on Wednesday.
The Serviola-class patrol boat was escorted out of BGTW by Royal Navy Gibraltar Squadron vessel HMS Cutlass.
A spokesperson for the Convent told GBC the UK Government has no doubt about UK sovereignty over British Gibraltar Territorial Waters and airspace, adding incursions are a violation of sovereignty, not a threat to it.
