Three former police officers appeared before the Magistrates Court charged with attempting to pervert the Course of Justice.
Damian Ernest Cerisola, Anthony Charles Bolaños and Sean Reyes face a charge of conspiring to submit a false statement to a supreme court judicial review hearing in May 2022.
Mr Bolaños faces a further charge of, in July 2015 and May 2022, creating a false day book entry with the intention of submitting it before the Supreme Court.
The three men were represented by lawyer Chris Finch.

Their appearance in court was before the Justices of the Peace who granted bail in the sum of two thousand pounds.
The matter will now come before the Supreme Court on 29th February.
