The Chief Minister and Opposition Leader believe Gibraltar's evolving and maturing relationship with the UK should be reflected in an updated constitution - although the former Chief Minister Sir Peter Caruana does not believe there is much scope for change.
The trio were speaking on last night's Viewpoint about the role of the Governor and the Constitution. They were joined by Deputy Chief Minister Joseph Garcia who provided a historical context.
