The Junta de Andalucía has rejected the development of seven renewable energy projects in the Campo de Gibraltar with resolutions published in the last few days in the regional Official Gazette (BOJA). These are six photovoltaic plants and a wind farm located in Los Barrios, Tarifa and San Roque.
In the case of the municipality of Barrios, three photovoltaic plants have been refused prior administrative authorisation by the Territorial Delegation of Economy, Finance and European Funds and Industrial Policy and Energy in Cadiz.
In all cases, the authorisation was refused because of "the impossibility of proposing in the authorisation the conditions necessary for the protection of the environment".
This authorisation was refused to Delta BB1 Planta Solar S.L., for the high-voltage electrical installation PSFV Cañuelo I; to Arunalec Energía S.L., for the high-voltage electrical installation PSFV Arunalec Costa de la Luz; and to INTI Energías Renovables, S.L., for the high-voltage electrical installation PSFV INTI Costa de la Luz.
In the case of Tarifa, the application of Global Solar Energy Dos, S.L. for the high-voltage electrical installation PSFV Global 2 photovoltaic solar plant; Paloma Power, S.L. for the high-voltage electrical installation PSFV Los Alcornocales 1 photovoltaic solar plant; and Jarico Energía 1, S.L. for the high-voltage electrical installation PSFV Jarico 1 photovoltaic solar plant were rejected.
Finally, the request by Enerfin Sociedad de Energía, S.L. for the installation of the El Cortijo Phase II wind farm and its evacuation line in San Roque and Manilva (Málaga) was rejected.
