The Andalusian Government withdraws the map that recognised British jurisdiction over the waters surrounding Gibraltar

The Andalusian Government withdrew the map of bivalve mollusk and other marine invertebrate production areas on Tuesday, which had outlined a perimeter around the waters that Gibraltar considers to be British and, therefore, under its jurisdiction. The reaction from the Andalusian Administration comes hours after Europa Sur reported that the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Development still had the map, despite a complaint made by Vox in this regard at the end of last September.

This text tried to gather reactions in the morning through the mentioned ministry but received no response. Shortly after, during the press conference following the meeting of the Andalusian Government Council, the spokesperson, Ramón Fernández Pacheco, was questioned about this issue by a journalist from Grupo Joly. He responded that, concerning Gibraltar, "Andalusia's position aligns with that of the Spanish Government." Regarding the map recognising Gibraltar's waters, he stated that he was not aware of the specific case.
