Gentle With All. - April 13
Love and laugh. Make your world the happier for your being in it. Love and rejoice on the grey days.
There are wilderness days for My disciples as well as mountains of transfiguration, but on both it is duty, persistently, faithfully done, that tells.
Be gentle with all. Strive to see the heart I see, to know the pain and difficulty of the other life, that I know. Strive, before you interview anyone, or speak to anyone, to ask Me to act as interpreter between you two.
Just live in the spirit of prayer. In speaking to Me, you find soul-rest. Simple tasks, faithfully done and persisted in, bring their own reward, and are mosaics being laid in the pavement of success.
Welcome all who come here. I Love you.
What does it matter to YOU what others think, say or do? What YOU should be concerned
with AT ALL TIMES is what YOU are thinking, saying and doing. THAT is what matters.
People concern themselves with the thoughts, words and actions of others for two primary
reasons:
- so the “self” can deflect critical attention away from itself; and
- so the “self” can exert control over others, to manipulate them.
The self always looks out at others, searching to see what in its opinion are their faults, so
it doesn’t have to look inside at its own. Beam and mote (Matt. 7:1-4 ).
“Sticks and stones may break my (body’s) bones ( Matt. 10:28 ), but words can NEVER hurt
me.”
The “self” goes after the mote in the other’s eye first, blinded by its own arrogance/ignorance
of the beam in its own eye. When removing first our large faults/beam
first then we can see clearly enough to help another with the mote/speck in their eye.
The timing and delivery of correction are often times just as important as the message itself.
By unburden yourself of what others may think, say or do, you will be free to focus on
your responsibilities, which will make it easier to do them even better than before. Focusing on making Father and The Lord happy is time well spent.

True Humility. - February 6
If I, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet, you ought also to wash one another's feet.
How My followers have misunderstood this. They interpret the required attitude to be one of service. In service there can be condescension, there can be a total lack of humility.
I sought to teach a lesson to those who would approach Me to partake of that wonderful Union with Me, vouchsafed to those who worthily eat of My Flesh and drink of My Blood.
I desired to teach them that they must come to Me in the Spirit of humility towards others. No sense of superiority, especially Spiritual superiority. True humility. Learn this lesson in daily Companionship with Me. "For I am meek and lowly in heart."
