Thank you
That was interesting
I used to live with constant music playing in the background. I love music, I love singing and I love dancing, but lately I crave silence.
The sound of the birds outside are the perfect soundtrack for my soul in the midst of the chaos the world is experiencing.
I no longer enjoy the so-called 'music' of our time. I know I sound like a grandma, but lately most contemporary music sounds like it's all coming out of the same algorithm; a potpourri of past hits, reblended, remixed, regurgitated. There's no soul to it, no humanity to it.
For now, silence is preferable in a world full of noise and dissonance. The birds will keep me company. - Laura Aboli.
Kind a reminds me of lots of cities now
especially those that have been ravaged by fire recently
Like Myrtle Beach

⫠Winds at our Backs ⫠by the Sasek family with Johannes BrÀndli
Johannes BrĂ€ndli's latest song âRĂŒckenwindâ (Winds at our backs )
The actual title of the song is "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". And thank-you for sharing a music video, but that is the song and performer (Prince) I was referring to here in this post, so, I will have to avoid listening to it again. That melody, after listening to it, stuck in my head for a week (or more); it being so rhythmic, catchy and melodic; but, it was cause for annoyance as continuous background sound until it stopped. The lyrics are actually quite simple and supposedly based on the writer's (George Harrison's) expression of disharmony amongst the Beatles at that time. Since that occurrence, I remain more careful and cautious as to the music I give my attention to because there is something about music (not necessarily with lyrics) that affects the soul and I seek to be careful about what I 'let in'. Music (sound) is highly personalized to its effects. There is an interesting story about the guitar too that Prince used for that performance: Tom Petty and more on the story behind Princeâs âWhile My Guitar Gently Weepsâ solo â and the mystery of the disappearing guitar | GuitarPlayer
