Have you heard of Nitrilosides? It is a special nutrient in the seeds of fruits and grasses (Gen 1:29) - apparently it is vital for our health and Father has a brilliant design for it in our bodies (and of course we've been lied to/scared away from it). This video does an excellent job explaining how it works. Not only is it great for our bodies, but it also hints at the health of animals and their meat/milk/eggs if they graze on grasses rich in this nutrient too.
