Dear @sogourner Thank-you for sharing. Know what you mean, most are scared of the truth, dust themselves off and run the opposite direction, why, they would have to look at themselves first, face their arrogance and ego, and that is a humbling experience..

No Other Name. - September 13
My Name is the Power that turns evil aside, that summons all good to your aid. Spirits of evil flee at the sound of "Jesus." Spoken in fear, in weakness, in sorrow, in pain, it is an appeal I never fail to answer, "Jesus."
Use My Name often. Think of the unending call of "mother" made by her children. To help, to care, to decide, to appeal, "mother." Use My Name in that same way - simply, naturally, forcefully. "Jesus."
Use it not only when you need help but to express Love. Uttered aloud, or in the silence of your hearts, it will alter an atmosphere from one of discord to one of Love. It will raise the standard of talk and thought. "Jesus." So never take it in vain.
"There is no other Name under Heaven whereby you can be saved."

Surah 71. Noah
71:1. We sent Noah to his People (with the Command): "Do warn thou thy People before there comes to them a grievous Penalty."
71:2. He said: "O my People! I am to you a Warner, clear and open:
71:3. That ye should worship God, fear Him and obey me:
71:4. So He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a stated Term: for when the Term given by God is accomplished, it cannot be put forward: if ye only knew."
71:5. He said: "O my Lord! I have called to my People night and day:
71:6. But my call only increases (their) flight (from the Right).
71:7. And every time I have called to them, that Thou mightest forgive them, they have (only) thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, grown obstinate, and given themselves up to arrogance.
71:8. So I have called to them aloud;
71:9. Further I have spoken to them in public and secretly in private,
71:10. Saying, 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord for He is Oft-Forgiving;
71:11. He will send rain to you in abundance;
71:12. Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you Gardens and bestow on you Rivers (of flowing water).
71:13. What is the matter with you, that ye place not your hope for kindness and long-suffering in God,-
71:14. Seeing that it is He that has created you in diverse stages?
71:15. See ye not how God has created the seven heavens one above another,
71:16. And made the Moon a light in their midst, and made the Sun as a (Glorious) Lamp?
71:17. And God has produced you from the earth growing (gradually),
71:18. And in the End He will return you into the (earth), and raise you forth (again at the Resurrection)?
71:19. And God has made the earth for you as a carpet (spread out),
71:20. That ye may go about therein, in spacious roads'."
71:21. Noah said: "O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, but they follow (men) whose wealth and children give them no Increase but only Loss.
71:22. And they have devised a tremendous Plot."
71:23. And they have said (to each other), 'Abandon not your gods: abandon neither "Affection" nor "Woman", neither "Bull" nor "Horse", nor "Eagle"';-
71:24. They have already misled many; and grant Thou no increase to the wrong-doers except in straying (from their mark)."
71:25. Because of their sins they were drowned (in The Flood), and were made to enter The Fire (of Punishment): and they found - in place of God - none to help them.
71:26. And Noah, said: "O my Lord! Leave not of the Unbelievers, a single one on Earth!
71:27. For, if Thou dost leave (any of) them, they will only mislead Thy devotees, and they will breed none except wicked ungrateful ones.
71:28. O my Lord! Forgive me, my parents, all who enter my house in Faith, and (all) believing men and believing women: and to the wrong-doers grant Thou no increase except in Perdition!"

"Few will listen to Elijah" because the vast majority of mankind with the exception of a handful (if that many) are completely out of touch with who they really are (soul-beings) and their source of Good/God. Reading TWHOFTF is essential, but even doing that does not provide an automatic understanding for some, eventhough TWHOFTF provides essential / basic information needed. The Way is narrow, and it is straight/Strait; and thereby few who will find The Way. (Matt. 7:14). Everyone here (Earth) with the exception of The Lord is downright crazy (in varying degrees).

Grow Like Me. - March 3
Think of Me. Look at Me often, and unconsciously you will grow like Me.
You may never see it. The nearer you get to Me, the more will you see your unlikeness to Me. So be comforted My children.
Your very deep sense of failure is a sure sign that you are growing nearer to Me. And if you desire to help others to Me, then that prayer-desire is answered.
Remember too, it is only struggle that hurts. In sloth, spiritual, or mental, or physical, there is no sense of failure or discomfort, but with action, with effort, you are conscious not of strength but of weakness - at least, at first.
That again is a sign of Life, of spiritual growth.
And remember, My Strength is made perfect in weakness.
