The Council of Europe has recently adopted key resolutions concerning AI and its intersection with media and journalism.
Should computers write the news? What about AI-controlled newsfeeds? If AI tools remove deliberately misleading information, is that an infringement of freedom of expression, or does it protect public discourse?

This might be an incentive for local Gibraltar media to actually "do journalism", because by being a propaganda arm of the government and publishing/broadcasting the government and global narratives is just one-step away from being obsolete.
By helping bring in the technocracy, they've just written themselves out of a job.
