This however does not mean that graphene oxide is an ingredient in the vaccine.
Graphene oxide is a material used in the imaging of the protein. They use it as a kind of grid on which a frozen sample is placed when doing electron microscopy study.

No the one I quoted was not looking at this particular case where GO was used for analytical purposes. They are wrong as usual. GO doesn't have to be black or dark brown so Reuters statement on this is meaningless.
