The Chief Minister said today's meeting in Madrid, which he joined remotely, show that the UK, EU, Spain and Gibraltar are moving closer together.
Fabian Picardo said we are also seeing areas of disagreement.
He said Gibraltar would not accept joint use of the Gibraltar airport, but Mr Picardo said there is a commitment to enhanced use.
