But Matt Hancock’s abandonment of the elderly and vulnerable didn’t end there. Whilst the NHS was busy discharging patients who required medical treatment into care homes under his directive, Matt Hancock and the Department of Health were busy trying to source them all a certain drug known as midazolam. At the end of January, much was made of the UK passing 100 thousand deaths, the first nation in Europe to do so. However, less coverage was given to the simultaneous occurrence of Gibraltar becoming the worst place in the world for Covid-19 mortality, per head. Over two thousand per million had died – considerably more than in Belgium.
A critic might argue that a few dozen deaths do not amount to much when the global death toll from Covid is over two million. Such adverse events would hardly be noticed in larger countries. But the proportionately high mortality in the small community of Gibraltar strengthens the argument for urgent enquiry.
At present there is little sign of this being taken seriously. Gibraltarians regard the vaccination programme with pride, and daily progress is reported with a propagandist tone. Like Stalin’s tractor production figures, the vaccine is regarded as an achievement regardless of whether it works.
For government ministers and regulators to dismiss legitimate concerns with outright denial is not acceptable. How can they be so sure that those older people who died after vaccination were not cases of iatrogenic harm?
There is plenty of evidence that rather than saving lives, the authorities in Britain and other Western countries have allowed thousands of elderly to die unnecessarily.
Older people are the most vulnerable to covod-19, as they are to influenza and other seasonal respiratory infections. Unsurprisingly the majority of those recorded as dying within 28 days of a positive covid-19 test are aged over 70. However, a high percentage of the total of 128000 deaths in the UK is likely to be due to comorbidities; furthermore, covid-19 testing is riddled with false positives.

Several things happened at the beginning of the alleged pandemic, and they were all planned years in advance.
The Government changed the law under the guise of the coronavirus act on certifying deaths.

The law on visiting loved ones in care homes also changed.

World’s Elderly Population Targeted with 3rd COVID-19 Shot for Those Who Survived the First Two
Can we please stop pretending that this is not a eugenics genocide plan to get rid of as many in the elderly population as possible?
And now The Telegraph out of the UK is reporting that the UK will also roll out “booster shots” for COVID-19, targeting the people over the age of 50.
Booster vaccines are to be offered to 32million Britons starting early next month with up to 2,000 pharmacies set to deliver the programme, The Telegraph can disclose.
Amid fears that the efficacy of the vaccines may begin to decline, ministers are planning to deliver an average of almost 2.5million third doses a week starting in the first week of September.
Pharmacies will be at the forefront of the vaccine programme so that GPs and other NHS staff can focus on the growing backlog of patients waiting for other treatments.
All adults aged 50 and over, as well as the immuno-suppressed, will be offered the booster jabs.
The campaign could start as soon as Sept 6, which would see the rollout completed by early December if it goes to plan. It is hoped the timetable will leave at least a fortnight for the final people vaccinated to benefit from the jab’s effect before Christmas.

The deceased was a man aged 80-85 years old, who died this afternoon of COVID-19 pneumonitis. The deceased had underlying medical conditions and was fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Gibraltar Government confirmed the death of a resident of Gibraltar from Covid-19, bringing the total
number of deaths in Gibraltar related to the virus to 96.
The deceased man was aged in his early 80s and was fully vaccinated but had underlying medical conditions. He died on Sunday afternoon of Covid-19 pneumonitis.
The death will be recorded in Monday's statistics as a death from Covid-19, the government said.
"It is with deep regret that we announce a further death of Covid-19, our second this month," said Chief Minister Fabian Picardo.
"My most sincere condolences go out to the family and friends of the deceased."
"Today’s devastating news is a strong reminder that the battle against this virus is not yet over."
"It is also particularly concerning to note that this individual was a fully vaccinated fellow Gibraltarian."
"Please continue to follow all public health advice, wash your hands, and call 111 at the first sign of
symptoms."
Another seven cases of Covid-19 were detected on Sunday, six of them vaccinated individuals including one visitor.
Of the six new resident cases in Gibraltar today, three were close contacts of existing active cases.
There were 142 active cases of the virus in Gibraltar on Sunday, including 12 visitors.
Four people were in the Covid-19 ward of St Bernard's Hospital and there were two people in the critical care unit.
August 26, 2021 – Government confirms the death of visitor to Gibraltar from COVID-19. The total number of deaths related to COVID-19 in Gibraltar is 97.
The deceased was a man aged 50-55 years old who was unvaccinated against COVID-19 and had been a patient in the CCU for a significant amount of time. He died this morning of multi-organ failure and sepsis as a result of SARS-CO-2 infection. This will be recorded in tomorrow’s statistics as a death from COVID-19.
Seasonal flu vaccines will be offered to those attending their Covid booster shots as from Monday.
The first cohort to be offered the boosters - the over 50s and health and care staff, will be offered the flu shots when they turn up for the Covid vaccines.
There is no need to register separately for the flu vaccines. The jabs will be administered fifteen minutes apart from each other.
The Director of Public Health says the vaccines have been confirmed to be safe to be administered together.

A visitor to Gibraltar has died from complications caused by Covid-19, the Gibraltar Government confirmed on Friday.
The man, who was not vaccinated against the virus, was in his early 50s and had underlying health conditions.
He died on Thursday of respiratory failure arising from Covid-19 pneumonitis and associated myocardial infarction.
He is the 98th person to die in Gibraltar linked to the virus. His death will be recorded as a death from Covid-19.
“It is with great sadness that we must confirm the death today of a visitor to Gibraltar with Covid-19,” said Chief Minister Fabian Picardo.
“We mourn his passing and my deepest condolences go to the family and friends of the deceased.”
“Today’s terrible news is a profound reminder of the worst consequences of Covid-19.”
“We know that vaccination provides the best available protection against severe Covid-19, hospitalisation and death.”
“In Gibraltar, our original vaccination programme has proved extremely successful in reducing the number of infections and reducing the severity of infection.”
“In my own personal experience, when I learned that I was positive for Covid-19 I had great peace of mind having been vaccinated, and I did not develop any severe symptoms.”

A man in his early 70s died on Sunday from pneumonitis caused by Covid-19, bringing the number of deaths on the Rock related to the virus to 100 since the start of the pandemic.
The death was confirmed by the Gibraltar Government, which said it represented “a stark reminder” that Covid-19 continued to present a grave threat to this community as the effectiveness of initial vaccines wanes.

There was one covid death during the Christmas period. This brings the total number of deaths to 111.
37 new cases have been reported in the last seven days. There are 13 cases in Elderly Residential Services, and one case in Critical Care in the hospital.
