California- On Saturday, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a level 2 Hazmat fire at the Martinez Refining Company in Martinez.
It was reported there was a fire, possibly flaring, coming from the refinery with a cloud of black smoke. Contra Costa County Fire protection District firefighters were dispatched to the facility.
