Agreed. Fasting is a very powerful weapon in Spiritual warfare.
Father knows our true intentions, and The Lord has Commanded us to crucify the self daily. This is one of the best ways, especially on Sabbaths.

That's great.
The Bible tells of how God uses hunger to humble the human, especially as a punishment for not listening to Him and obeying His Law.
Father also, as your video shows, uses it as a litmus test to see what is in people's heart and gives precedent to those who pray (in private) and fast the body in reverence to Him.

Thank you for compiling, it's actually fasting that purged out the deadly poison that the enemy fed me with the intention of unaliving this human.
Glory back to Father and the Holy Spirit for the knowledge of fasting.
I intend to do Esther's fast too for repentance especially against grieving the Holy Spirit.
