A dope is someone who willfully disregards the truth, a person who believes everything they see on television or hear on talk radio. Basically a dope is someone who chooses to live outside of reality.
Take note that there is no correlation between IQ and being a dope.
Because dopes willfully reject the truth, and because God is truth, they are willfully rejecting God. If someone is bound and determined to reject God and spend eternity in hell, then there's very little that you or I can do about it. It's sad to say, but if they don't come to their senses, they'll just have to burn in hell.
