Concerns voiced over possible Spanish election results

The timing of the Spanish election is unusual in that it's being held at the height of summer, when many of the country's 48 million residents are on holiday.

However, over two and half million have already cast their votes by post.

Although they have narrowed recently, opinion polls show right wing Popular Party as favourites to win. But in order to form a majority they may need to form a coalition with Vox, an openly anti-Gibraltar party that has threatened to close the frontier in the past.
