Maybe people are wise to the fact that these measures didn't work in Venezuela. Milk became almost non-existent in Venezuela; and powered was used, plus yogurt (imported). Farmers stopped raising diary-cows because of government caps on the price of milk. They couldn't recoup their costs. Evil controlling politicians! Maybe THEY know it would further then agenda to create a man-made famine.
