The new guidance regarding “unforeseen events” including “public health emergencies, conflicts, and mass acts of violence” has fueled speculation about what exactly Google is preparing for…and with the update scheduled for February 2024, there’s a limited window of time to figure it out.

Israel attacks Iranian embassy in Syria to provoke Iran, rope U.S. into WWIII
04/03/2024 / Iran has promised a very "harsh" response to Israel's latest attack on its embassy and consulate in Damascus, Syria.
Iran's foreign minister slammed the attack as "a violation of all international obligations and conventions," with Syria itself calling what Israel did a "terrorist attack."
The attack reportedly occurred at the very moment a high-level meeting was taking place at the facility. Hossein Akbari, Iran's Ambassador to Syria, was present for the gathering but was not injured.
Iranian Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi did not survive, though. Zahedi was a senior commander in the elite Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Reports indicate that an additional two top IRGC commanders may have also been among the slain.
"Tasnim reported that Zahedi's deputy was also killed in the strike," a regional media source also confirmed.
