Neal gained national fame back in 2004 when he attempted to be a guest on the popular Dr. Phil show, and claims he was discriminated against due to his past history with mental health. He ended up suing Dr. Phil and the producer, Oprah Winfrey, successfully under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Neal was trained as a paralegal, and he won his lawsuit against Dr. Phil as a pro-se litigant.

Now, he is suing his former Mormon in-laws in Arizona with a $200 million defamation lawsuit, for what he claims has led to his two sons being medically kidnapped in Switzerland and held as political prisoners, as he attempted to become a whistleblower in Arizona to reveal child sex trafficking among the Mormon leadership there.

His former in-laws have responded to his pro-se lawsuit by hiring the former Solicitor General of Arizona, Dominic Draye, who is now practicing law at the Greenberg Traurig law firm, to defend them.

Mormons Reach Neal Sutz in Geneva Switzerland?

During the Medical Kidnap Show, Neal reveals how his powerful former Mormon in-laws allegedly used their influence to mastermind the medical kidnapping of his children in Switzerland, where he had moved to in order to try and escape them. Neal claims that they destroyed his career in Arizona because he tried to become a whistleblower and reveal decades of ritualistic sexual abuse in their family.

During the interview, Neal reveals how powerful the Mormon Church is politically, not only in Arizona and the U.S., but also in Switzerland. According to Neal, the Mormon Church has two seats in the United Nations, based out of Geneva.

Neal also claims that former U.S. presidential candidate and current Senator of Utah, Mitt Romney, received over $1 million in campaign donations from two Swiss Banks, and how he believes Senator Romney is tied into the rich and powerful family of his former in-laws in Arizona.

About 24 hours before Episode 2 of the Medical Kidnap Show was aired on KFNX in Phoenix, Mormon Paul Petersen, an adoption lawyer and Maricopa County Assessor who is allegedly the head of a smuggling ring that recruited Marshallese women “and offered a significant amount of money to place their babies for adoption,” was arrested in Arizona after an 18-month investigation.

Petersen is also charged with 11 second and third-degree felonies in Utah, including human smuggling, sale of a child, communications fraud and pattern of unlawful activity.

Petersen allegedly began setting up his child trafficking operation in the Marshall Islands when serving there as a Mormon missionary.

Prosecutors say Petersen used associates in the Marshall Islands, where he had served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, to recruit pregnant women by offering many of them $10,000 each to give up their babies for adoption. Petersen would pay for the women to travel to the U.S. days or months before giving birth and live in a home that he owned until delivering the baby, according to the court records.

Petersen charged families $25,000-$40,000 per adoption and brought about $2.7 million into a bank account for adoption fees in less than two years, according to court documents. (Source.)

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich reportedly has stated that he is not concerned about where these children went:

Brnovich said the Arizona investigation focuses solely on the alleged fraud to the state’s Medicaid system and stressed that his office was not pursuing families who adopted children through Petersen’s law office.

“It’s unfair to the adoptive parents, and it’s also unfair to the hard-working Arizona taxpayers,” he said. (Source.)

Really? Given Arizona’s known problem of licensing pedophiles as foster parents, should not every single baby who was trafficked to Arizona be tracked down to make sure they are in a safe environment?

The REAL horrors of child sex trafficking are so terrible and evil, that there is no reason to dramatize it, as Sound of Freedom does.

Tim Ballard and the O.U.R. organization admits that much of the film is dramatized, including the scene where Tim infiltrated the cartels in the jungle of Columbia by posing to be a doctor bringing in vaccines.

Tim went into a Colombian jungle by himself to rescue a little girl. FALSE

In the film, Tim poses as a doctor and goes into a jungle somewhere in Colombia to find the little boy’s sister, shortly after Operation Triple Take. This did not happen.

However, in real life, Tim did lead a group of O.U.R. operators, posing as doctors, into a jungle on the border of Haiti and the Dominican Republic a few years after Operation Triple Take in search for Gardy.

No one was rescued, but the operation did advance the search for Gardy, and operators were able to provide medical care to many children in need. (Source.)

As I asked in my original review of the movie after watching it, what kind of “medical care” did these “operators” who were admittedly fake doctors provide to the children in Haiti? Did they inject them with vaccines?

I continue to be attacked and ridiculed for publishing the truth about this fictional movie, with one person suggesting that I must actually support child sex trafficking if I am publishing negative reviews of Sound of Freedom.

This movie is very clearly a psyop and distraction from the REAL child sex trafficking that is occurring with young children who are also often murdered for their organs and body parts.

This is happening in Ukraine, for example, and we have exposed this evil.
But the documentary published in 2021 by Polish film producer Patryk Vega titled “Eyes of the Devil,” is by far the most graphic description of child sex trafficking I have ever watched.

It has been viewed by over 7 million people in Polish, and several more million people in the English version.

It is NOT dramatized. It is a true documentary.

Patryk Vega is a Polish director, screenwriter, writer and film producer. He is reportedly a box-office record holder in Poland with a total audience of 14 million people.

The Eyes of the Devil documentary starts with Patryk explaining that someone from the criminal underworld tipped him off about a pregnant woman in Poland who was trying to sell her baby.

A child trafficking agent was in the process of brokering a deal for her that would allegedly bring in a large sum of money if she carried her baby to term and then allowed a child trafficker to sign the birth certificate as the father, so that the baby could never be traced or reported as “missing.”

This would typically happen outside of Poland, usually in Germany where pedophile child brothels exist for pedophiles. Although it is revealed later in the film that there is one such pedophile brothel in Poland also, mostly populated with young children smuggled in from Ukraine to erase their identity.

But COVID shut everything down, and she was not able to leave Poland, allowing Patryk to get involved.

He states at the beginning of the documentary, that his goal is to save the baby, and in the process create a documentary about the child trafficking business. The documentary films his conversations with the mother selling her baby, the agent handler, and the child trafficker, a Polish man who apparently worked out of Germany.

The voices and faces are altered. But these conversations reveal for the first time in public, at least for me, just how these businesses operate, and how utterly evil they are, referring to these children as “merchandise.”

Patryk is very clearly a man of faith (he begins the film by quoting Matthew 18:6), and throughout the film he explains his personal encounters with the devil. (Full article.)

This is the film to watch if you want to truly know about child sex trafficking, but most of you probably cannot handle a film like this.

U.S. Government Wants Facial Scans of All Children: To “Protect” Children or to Traffick Them?

The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) of the federal U.S. Government is considering allowing businesses to use biometric facial scans of children under the age of 13 as “a new mechanism for obtaining parental consent.”

The Federal Trade Commission is seeking comment on an application from the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) and others for a new mechanism for obtaining parental consent under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Rule.

ESRB, which currently operates a COPPA safe harbor program, was joined in its application by Yoti, a digital identity company, and SuperAwesome, which provides technology to help companies comply with parental verification requirements. The companies have requested approval for the use of “Privacy-Protective Facial Age Estimation” technology, which analyzes the geometry of a user’s face to confirm that they are an adult.

Under the COPPA Rule, online sites and services directed to children under 13 must obtain parental consent before collecting or using personal information from a child. The Rule lays out a number of acceptable methods for gaining parental consent but also includes a provision allowing interested parties to submit new verifiable parental consent methods to the Commission for approval.

In a Federal Register notice, the FTC is seeking comment on a number of questions related to the application including whether the proposed age verification method is covered by existing methods; whether the proposed method meets the requirements under the COPPA Rule; and whether the proposed method poses a privacy risk to consumers’ personal information, including their biometric information.

The public will have until August 21, 2023 to submit a comment. After they are submitted, comments will be posted to Regulations.gov.

As the FTC noted in this press release, “Under the COPPA Rule, online sites and services directed to children under 13 must obtain parental consent before collecting or using personal information from a child.”

So are parents of children under the age of 13 the ones complaining about online sites collecting data on their children and petitioning the FTC to protect their children?

No, businesses are the ones petitioning the FTC to allow face scans of children under the age of 13, allegedly as an “age verification” system.

US seeks comment on age-estimation idea to protect children, Yoti requests approval

Businesses are asking U.S. regulators to approve facial age estimation as a tool for segregating people online by age and, in turn, the government is seeking comment on the idea.

The businesses are digital ID software company Yoti, Epic Games subsidiary SuperAwesome and the Entertainment Software Rating Board. They want the Federal Trade Commission to allow online content and services firms to rebuff children by using software that analyzes facial biometrics with a degree of privacy.

Specifically, the three petitioners want it to be legal for companies to add the age-estimation software to other tools the industry can use under the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA. (Full article.)

When corporate America and the U.S. Government promote a new solution to an alleged problem, we need to always look and see what this alleged “problem” is to justify some new government intervention.

So what exactly is the “problem” with children that the Big Tech companies and the U.S. Government now want to start scanning the faces of children in order to “verify” their age?

Here is an article published earlier this month (July, 2023) that gives an example of this “problem.”

E-scooter fatality shows gap in remote ID check process for age restrictions

The unfortunate death of a 12-year old boy in England has highlighted the difficulties with enforcing age restrictions using remote processes, and raised the possibility that biometric authentication may be more widely needed.

The e-scooter rented by the youth was supposed to be restricted to riders 18 years and above, but a 14-year old friend of the boy transferred an account with e-scooter rental company Voi to him using a verification code sent to the mobile device it was created on, the BBC reports. (Full article.)

The death of a 12-year-old boy is tragic, no matter what the cause, but does this single incident signify a growing threat to children under the age of 13? Does it compare to how many children this age die in car accidents, drown in a swimming pool, or die after receiving a vaccine or other pharmaceutical product?

I think there are far more serious issues facing children today that parents need to be concerned about, and many of those issues will not be solved by scanning the faces of America’s children to “verify” their age.

For example, there are many situations that put children in danger that are “legal” where they currently do not need their parents’ consent.

In the State of California, for example, a minor child can choose to get certain vaccines, including the HPV Gardasil vaccine and COVID shots, without their parents’ approval, and they can now also choose to have transgender surgeries and drugs without their parent’s consent.

In many states, a minor child can choose to use birth control or even have an abortion without their parents’ consent.

Facial recognition software to “verify” a child’s age as “a new mechanism for obtaining parental consent” will not protect them in these dangerous situations, because a parent’s consent is not even needed.

So allowing businesses to scan the faces of America’s children under the age of 13, is not really an action that the FTC is considering to help parents, but to help businesses identify young children and verify their age.

They claim that the images collected are “privacy-preserving”, but the mere act of allowing a young child’s face to be scanned “with their actual month and year of birth” (source) means that they are stored in a database somewhere where pedophiles will now have access to that information.

And those pedophiles are not just cartel members living in the jungles of far away places like Columbia.

No, they are working in our government, in our nation’s child welfare system in child “protective” services, in our schools and in our churches, as we have so often documented here at Health Impact News over the years.

How Much Do You Really Love Your Children?

The United States today is perhaps the most dangerous country in the world to raise a child, and every parent needs to understand that their child is in constant danger of being abducted, usually by our own government, and being trafficked.

What can a parent do to protect their children?

First, stay as far away from vaccine-pushing pediatricians and “children’s” hospitals as possible, as medical kidnapping is a real thing and happening to thousands of families all across this nation every single day. See:

And lastly, while your children remain in your home, keep them away from the technology that allows them to be accessed through the Internet. That means no cell phones.

But how many parents will actually take this advice?

And to those who will not because they will be ridiculed and ostracized, especially by their own family members, for protecting their children this way, I have to ask you: How much do you actually love your children?

The Corrupt, Criminal Enterprise known as “Child Abuse Pediatric Doctors”

This film clearly exposes how a medical doctor who in reality is not even practicing medicine, but is acting as a forensic criminal investigator with ZERO training in law enforcement or forensic evidence, the corrupt pediatric specialty of “Child Abuse Specialist” which is a recent specialty started around 2010, has the enormous power to destroy families, as judges are all too quick to accept their “advice”.

The doctor in this case, Sally Smith, is one we are all too familiar with here at Health Impact News, as we have seen her repeatedly commit these crimes against other families in Florida.

The USA Today Network reportedly investigated hundreds of Dr. Smith’s cases, and:

…found more than a dozen instances where charges were dropped, parents were acquitted or caregivers had credible claims of innocence yet suffered irredeemable damage to their lives and reputations.

Beata Kowalski, a 43-year-old mother of two, died by suicide in 2017 after Smith accused her of Munchausen syndrome by proxy — a rare disorder in which a parent fakes a child’s illness for sympathy or gain. Her family members are now suing Smith and All Children’s Hospital for what they said were trumped-up claims.

John Stewart, a Marine Corps veteran, spent 300 days in jail on Smith’s allegation that he killed his girlfriend’s son by throwing him repeatedly against a soft surface. Prosecutors dropped the charges after a neuropathologist contradicted Smith’s findings, according to internal memos.

Tara Brown, 39, underwent three grueling rounds of in vitro fertilization to conceive twins with her physician husband. She was accused of inflicting countless fractures on her 6-week-old infants, but the charges were expunged after another doctor diagnosed them with a rare bone disorder.

“Sally Smith told me that if I didn’t tell them what was wrong, then my children would be put in foster care,” Brown said. “She looked us straight in the eye and said, ‘One of you is lying, one of you abused your children.’” (Full article.)

This medical sub-specialty of “pediatrics” is thoroughly corrupt, and responsible for incarcerating literally tens of thousands of innocent parents over false allegations of abuse.

The president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Dana White, is offering his employees free tickets to go see “Sound of Freedom,” a film based on true events surrounding efforts to combat human trafficking.

“There’s a new movie out called ‘The Sound of Freedom,’ and it’s about human trafficking,” Mr. White began a Twitter video post on Sunday. “More importantly, it’s about the trafficking of children. This is a disgusting, horrific issue that’s happening all around the world, and it’s not getting better, it’s getting worse. What I’m going to do, is I’m going to give any of my UFC employees that want to see this movie free tickets to go see it.”

The UFC president is not only encouraging people to see “Sound of Freedom” but recommending other executives follow his lead and help cover the cost for their employees to see the film.

“I would like to encourage other executives to do the same at their companies,” he said.

The film’s release has also gained the support of actor and filmmaker Mel Gibson. After the UFC president concluded his video message calling for people to see the movie, he played a video message from Mr. Gibson, who said, “One of the most disturbing problems in our world today is human trafficking, and particularly the trafficking of children. Now, the first step in eradicating this crime is awareness. Go see ‘Sound of Freedom.’”

The film is based on the life of Tim Ballard, a U.S. Department of Homeland Security special agent who worked in anti-human trafficking operations. In 2013, Ballard left that career to found Operation Underground Railroad, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works to dismantle child trafficking organizations and rescue children from trafficking and exploitation across the globe.

“Sound of Freedom” stars actor Tim Caviezel as Mr. Ballard. A plot summary for the movie states: “After rescuing a young boy from ruthless child traffickers, a federal agent learns the boy’s sister is still captive and decides to embark on a dangerous mission to save her. With time running out, he quits his job and journeys deep into the Colombian jungle, putting his life on the line to free her from a fate worse than death.”

Film’s Release

“Sound of Freedom” was released on July 4.

According to the box office revenue tracking site Box Office Mojo, was the highest-grossing film that day, grossing $14.24 million. “Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny,” which opened on June 30, was second place at the Independence Day box office with $11.70 million in revenue. The Pixar movie “Elemental,” which was released on June 16, was in third place on Independence Day with a $2.80 million haul.

The success of “Sound of Freedom” has continued in the week since its release. The film, which the Wall Street Journal reported had a budget of about $19.5 million, had grossed about $40 million between Tuesday and Sunday while showing on around 2,800 theaters. Kiev Regime Involved in Child Trafficking

There seems to be no limit to the crimes and anti-humanitarian practices committed by the Kiev regime. In addition to torture, extrajudicial execution and human rights violations, Ukraine is also being denounced by insiders for involvement in an international child trafficking scheme. Several criminal networks are operating in Ukrainian territory, profiting from the conflict by exporting children on the black market.

There are several cases of crimes against children in Ukraine being talked about in social media recently. In one of them, a scheme for the sale of babies was revealed. Criminal activities were taking place in private clinics in Kiev and Kharkov regions. Ukrainian women were hired to work as surrogate mothers for a reward of 12,000 thousand euros. After birth, the children were sold to foreigners for amounts between 50 and 70 thousand euros. It is known that at least nine babies were sold by criminals.

In the same sense, there are data pointing to the existence of a secret organization in Ukraine, which works within state institutions at various levels of infiltration. The practice of this group consists of looking for some children, selecting those who fit certain characteristics required by international trafficking networks and preparing travel documents to legalize their trip to European countries – from which they never return.

As we can see, these schemes involve Ukrainian state officials themselves. Some investigative journalists accuse an SBU officer named “Sergey Borisov” of being the head behind the criminal network on Ukrainian soil. He is said to be acting in collaboration with other SBU agents, in addition to the British intelligence agency M16 – which indicates co-participation in crimes by Western officials, making the situation even more serious.

The most shocking point of all this is that many insiders familiar with the topic believe that these children are being handed over to international pedophilia and child sexual exploitation networks. For example, political scientist Dmitry Kulikov says it is possible to “assume with high responsibility that many of them are either in sexual slavery or are preparing for this”.

Also, another insider, Vasily Prozorov, a former employee of the Security Service of Ukraine, recently commented at a conference on how Ukrainian and British pedophile networks are working together. According to him, the crimes involve high-ranking Ukrainian and British officials. In the UK, children are being “adopted” by pedophiles who are “high representatives” of the government.

“There is a criminal group operating in Ukraine that is involved in the export of children and their transfer to the UK, where they fall into the hands of pedophiles – [who are also] high-ranking representatives of the British establishment”, he said. It must be noted that, in addition to being a former Kiev intelligence agent, Prozorov is currently involved in an investigative project called “Ukrleaks”, focused on exposing the regime’s anti-humanitarian practices. So, he is a reliable source who knows the Ukrainian situation from inside.

However, as shocking as these cases are, they are not really new. It is known that since 2014 Ukraine has become a real haven for pedophiles and all sorts of sexual predators. The high levels of institutional chaos and corruption favor the penetration of criminal networks, which operate with impunity. Usually, criminals look for children from low-income families, in situations of social vulnerability. Children are forcibly removed from their families and sent abroad with fake documents, making it virtually impossible for their relatives to get them back.

This information should also be read in light of recent report by investigative journalists Eva Bartlett and Christelle Néant about human rights violations committed by Ukrainians in Artyomovk/Bakhmut region. Among the crimes, the Ukrainian action of kidnapping ethnic Russian children in the city through agents called “white angels” was described. With the excuse of “saving” children from the conflict, Ukrainians forcibly removed them from their parents and never returned them. Considering the recent news, it is possible that these captured children were handed over to British pedophiles.

Furthermore, it is necessary to remember that the protection of children was never a priority for the neo-Nazi regime. In addition to kidnapping local children and selling them to international sexual exploitation networks, the Ukrainian government is also known for its open persecution of children considered “enemies” – those of Russian ethnicity and residents of Donbass. As previously reported, hundreds of Russian children are included in the Ukrainian kill list “Myrotvorets“, which is enough to show how the regime treats minors.

Moscow is doing its best to protect children in the midst of this conflict scenario. In addition to militarily confronting the neo-Nazi forces that abuse minors, Russia is involved in several attempts to seek a diplomatic and legal solution to this situation. For example, the Russian NGO “Foundation to Battle Injustice” has acted intensively in denouncing these crimes. At a recent conference, the NGO and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly denounced the existence of “barbaric criminal schemes in Ukraine related to the transportation and sale of children to other countries, as well as their inclusion in the lists of the Ukrainian nationalist website ‘Myrotvorets’”.

Unfortunately, international organizations seem unwilling to listen to Russian reports. Since the start of the special military operation, Kiev appears to have been given “carte blanche” by the West and international institutions to commit all sorts of crimes, including barbaric acts against children.

LONDON — The organs of members of marginalized groups detained in Chinese prison camps are being forcefully harvested — sometimes when patients are still alive, an international tribunal sitting in London has concluded.

Some of the more than 1.5 million detainees in Chinese prison camps are being killed for their organs to serve a booming transplant trade that is worth some $1 billion a year, concluded the China Tribunal, an independent body tasked with investigating organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in the authoritarian state.

“Forced organ harvesting has been committed for years throughout China on a significant scale,” the tribunal concluded in its final judgment Monday. The practice is “of unmatched wickedness — on a death for death basis — with the killings by mass crimes committed in the last century,” it added.

In 2014, state media reported that China would phase out the practice of taking organs from executed prisoners and said it would rely instead on a national organ donation system.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday was not immediately available to comment on the tribunal's findings.

In a statement released alongside the final judgment, the tribunal said many of those affected were practitioners of Falun Gong, a spiritual discipline that China banned in the 1990s and has called an “evil cult.” The tribunal added that it was possible that Uighur Muslims — an ethnic minority who are currently being detained in vast numbers in western China — were also being targeted.

The tribunal is chaired by Sir Geoffrey Nice, who worked as a prosecutor at the international tribunal for crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia.

It would seem like the perfect situation for a convicted sex offender on the prowl.

A woman home alone in the middle of the afternoon. And a suspect with a residence on the same block, an extensive criminal record and no respect for the law.

Unfortunately, Jayson Magrum hadn’t counted on one thing: a modern descendant of Samuel Colt’s legendary equalizer.
According to the Arizona Daily Star, the 42-year-old Magrum was shot and killed on Aug. 11 after he attempted to break into a home in a rural area 30 miles outside of Tucson, Arizona.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Office said the man had attempted to break into the Three Points house where 54-year-old Sandra Tracy was at home alone.
