Censorship - Is Censorship Sweeping the Nation?

This is a personal message from that comes from my heart on the week that Rumble went public on the NASDAQ as ticker RUM. I debated for a while on whether I should release this, but after talking to a few mentors of mine we decided to go with it. It explains the reason why I'm doing what I'm doing at Rumble and why its so important for our world.

Australian Police have announced counter-terrorism teams will be monitoring “anti-vax conspiracy theorists” who show “concerning behaviour” (which they regard “conspiracy theories” as).
They are also encouraging Australians to report anyone who engages in what they deem as “conspiracy theories” to contact police directly, or contact crime stoppers.
They advise they will be looking at all social media material for conspiracy theories being posted, who is looking at those sites, where those people are located, with a plan to “go and speak to them”.
Please share this message to let Australians know we have done nothing wrong, we are not afraid, and we will not be silent.

Doctor discussing vax blood clots on live T.V. gets cut off to switch to weather report…

It’s ITV in the U.K., about as gross as BBC or CNN.
Doctor starts explaining the induced blood clots, so they interrupt her mid speech and tell her they have to switch to the weather channel, because obviously that’s way more important.

The United Nations is about to criminalize anyone who spreads misinformation that causes social disorder and hatred. Draft versions of the documents =reveal that the UN may criminalize social posts that promote “hatred” – including “ideological” and “political” – in addition to the vague term “extremism.”

MTG calls out former Twitter exec Yoel Roth for failing to remove child porn but banning her account

"It's amazing to me, Mr. Roth, as the head and trust of safety at Twitter, your ability, or should I say inability, to remove child porn," Greene said.

During a Wednesday hearing of the House Oversight Committee, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene slammed former Twitter Head of Trust and Safety Yoel Roth for banning her account while allowing child pornography to thrive on the social media platform.

"It's amazing to me, Mr. Roth, as the head and trust of safety at Twitter, your ability, or should I say inability, to remove child porn," Greene said.

"And here's something that disgusts me about you. In your doctoral dissertation entitled 'Gay Data,' you argued that minors should have access to Grindr, an adult male gay hookup app. Minors? Really?"

Greene noted that once Elon Musk took over as the new owner of Twitter, 44,000 child pornography accounts were banned. Referencing Roth, Greene said, "You permanently banned my Twitter account, but you allowed child porn all over Twitter."

Greene also referenced a tweet from Roth posted in 2010, in which he said, "Can high school students ever meaningfully consent to sex with their teachers?"

"In 2021, while you were the director of trust and safety on Twitter, an underage boy and his mother announced a lawsuit against Twitter because Twitter was benefiting from and refused to remove a lewd video featuring this boy and another minor. That is repulsive," Greene said.

Greene said that instead of child porn accounts receiving a violation, she did, adding, "what were my tweets? Okay, let’s talk about them."

"I was talking about the deaths being reported on VAERS [Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System]. By the way, that's on the CDC website. I was also saying that I didn't think any entity should enforce a non-FDA-approved vaccine or mask. Guess what? A lot of people agreed, with me but you call that COVID misinformation. By the way, I'm a member of Congress and you're not. I also said the controversial COVID-19 vaccine should not be forced on our military. You want to know something, Republicans stopped that in the NDAA," Greene said.

During her comments, Greene spoke to former FBI general counsel turned Twitter Deputy General Counsel Jim Baker, Former Head of Legal, Policy, and Trust Vijaya Gadde, and former Twitter employee-turned-whistleblower Anika Collier Navaroli, as well as Roth, stating that "You can consider your speech canceled during my time because you canceled mine."

Speaking on how Twitter banned her personal Twitter account which was used also for campaigning, Greene said, "let’s talk election interference, shall we?"

"This was the account that I would put my campaign ads on, raise money on, fight back when attacked with lies, and be able to talk to my voters in my district, but you banned it."

"And then let me explain, my account was not reinstated until November 21, 2022. That was after my election on November 8."

"You know, at your company, or your former company where you worked, Twitter employees, over 98% of them, donate to Democrats. So while you coordinated with DHS, the FBI, the CIA our government, and outside groups to permanently ban, shadow ban conservative Americans and candidates like me, and the former President of the United States President Donald J. Trump, you were censoring and wrongfully violating our First Amendment free speech rights," Greene continued.

"Guess what? None of you hold security clearances. None of you are elected, and none of you represent 750,000 People like I do."

Citing federal law on voting rights, Greene stated, "No person shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to stop any other person for the purpose of interfering with their rights to vote or to vote as he may choose," with Greene noting that her Democrat opponent wasn’t banned.

Greene said that not only were her rights violated, but they violated the rights of "countless conservative Americans."

These were Americans that included doctors speaking out about the usage of ivermectin on covid patients, parents speaking out about woke ideologies infiltrating their children’s schools, as well as people questioning the results of the 2020 election.

"On Twitter, people could question elections such as 2016 saying Hillary won, but in 2020 no one could question elections saying Trump won," said Greene.

"You abuse the power of a large corporation, big tech, to censor Americans, and you want to know something? Guess what? I'm so glad that you're censored now. I'm so glad you've lost your jobs. Thank God Elon Musk bought Twitter."

Censorship WORSE Under Musk

The Leak Was the Op – White House and Congress Demand New Powers, Think Restrict Act, in Aftermath of Classified Intel Leaks

Never letting a crisis go to waste is very useful tool, especially when the government creates the crisis. As CTH has said from the first discussion of the classified intelligence leaks, the “leak is the op .”

The intel leak is the operation created by the Intelligence Community to support new expanded powers for the Fourth Branch of Government. It should not be a surprise to discover the institution now leading the charge to give more power for U.S. intel agencies, is…. wait for it….. The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

The SSCI is the organizational institution that supports the Fourth Branch of Government, the intelligence branch. The SSCI previously created a bipartisan Restrict Act, to deal with dangerous information on the internet.

According to SSCI Chairman Mark Warner, ‘The Restrict Act’ will give more power and authorities to the Executive Branch to deal with internet danger. Now the SSCI sees the classified intel leaks as evidence for the importance of the Restrict Act.

Tucker Carlson hits out at 'liars trying to silence honest people' and powerbrokers who are 'hysterical and afraid' in blistering video following his shock firing from Fox News.

Tucker Carlson has hit out at 'liars trying to silence honest people' and powerbrokers who are 'hysterical and afraid' in a blistering new video after being fired from Fox News.

Speaking two days after he was fired from his position as America's most-watched cable news host, Carlson addressed his fans in a two-minute video that was posted to Twitter, and spoke cryptically about being silenced.

He said America's ruling class has 'given up persuasion: they are resorting to force.' But, he insisted, the 'honest people' would ultimately win.

'The liars who have been trying to silence them shrink, and they become weaker,' he said.

'That's the iron law of the universe: true things prevail.'

Report: Ukraine Asking FBI To Censor Facebook Posts & The FBI Complies, Even If It’s True

Well, this comes as no surprise. The crimes of Fascistbook and our fascist government continue because justice has not been brought up on the heads of the wicked who desire to control the narrative and spew the lies they tell in order to deceive the people. Now, even a neo-Nazi country like Ukraine is demanding that the Federal Bureau of Investigation censor Facebook posts, even if the posts are true and the FBI is going right along with the violations of the people’s right to tell the truth.

Reclaim the Net reports:

The FBI has been pressuring Facebook and other platforms to censor misinformation on behalf of Ukraine, even when the information is not necessarily untrue, according to a report by independent journalist Lee Fang.

Fang learned about the FBI’s alleged role in the censorship after interviewing the head of the Department of Cyber Information Security of Ukraine, Illia Vitiuk.

“Once we have a trace or evidence of disinformation campaigns via Facebook or other resources that are from the US, we pass this information to the FBI, along with writing directly to Facebook,” said Vitiuk.

“We asked FBI for support to help us with Meta, to help us with others, and sometimes we get good results with that.”

They also flag information that might be true.

“When people ask me, ‘How do you differentiate whether it is fake or true?’ Indeed it is very difficult in such an informational flow,” said Vitiuk. “I say, ‘Everything that is against our country, consider it a fake, even if it’s not.’ Right now, for our victory, it is important to have that kind of understanding, not to be fooled.”

From the report:

“During the panel, Vitiuk thanked the Ukrainian government’s many public and private sector allies in the United States, including Mandiant, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Clearview, Google, Amazon, and Starlink, among others. Cyber security support from American partners has helped thwart Russian cyber attacks on civilian and military infrastructure and have been a “psychological game changer,” Vitiuk said. He emphasized that the FBI has been his agency’s ‘top partner.’”

While such tactics are a common, but controversial, warfare practice, the FBI is supposed to have the First Amendment to think about.

The allegations that the FBI continue to be involved in online censorship is concerning, especially given that the FBI’s censorship efforts have already been exposed by Matt Taibbi and other journalists who released the Twitter Files.

The FBI is currently being investigated for those claims as Republicans in the US Congress are operating a subcommittee on the “weaponization” of the FBI, as part of the House Judiciary Committee. The committee is looking at suspected abuse of power by several federal agencies and departments.

Elon Musk’s Compliance with Turkish Censorship Demands: A Dangerous Precedent for Free Speech

Recent events involving Twitter and Elon Musk complying with the Turkish government’s request to censor political content during their elections have raised concerns about the potential consequences for free speech.

Late Friday evening Twitter released a statement noting “In response to legal process and to ensure Twitter remains available to the people of Turkey, we have taken action to restrict access to some content in Turkey today.” On Saturday some journalists picked up on this statement and noted that “free speech” Twitter was complying with foreign government demands for censorship.

In response to this, Elon Musk tweeted “The choice is have Twitter throttled in its entirety or limit access to some tweets. Which one do you want?” as well as “This is par for the course for all Internet companies – we are just going to be clear that it’s happening, unlike the others.” In other words, “everyone else is doing it so that makes it okay!”

A new bill proposed in the U.S. will allow the government to track users online and allow so-called “disinformation experts” to rule on what are called “behavioral codes.” The Digital Platform Commission Act of 2023 would establish a new federal agency that could “organize hearings, investigations, assess fines and establish rules through engagement in public rule-making.” The agency could designate some platforms as being more important than others and subject those to extra oversight and regulation. So for example, given that Elon Musk has thwarted government perks of controlling the narrative on Twitter, could this new federal agency supersede Musk’s decisions in the name of “disinformation”?

Missouri v. Biden was filed on May 5, 2022. Since it was initially filed, it has taken quite a trip through the court system. The complaint has been amended 3 times, with the most recent Amendment being to transform the case into a class suit – due to the overwhelming evidence of broad harm to the constitutional rights of all Americans. You can view the docket by using this link. Part I:

The complaint alleged that the US Government was not only threatening and coercing social media companies to censor Americans on social media, but they were also working WITH social media companies to accomplish that goal.

It alleged that topics surrounding COVID-19, the origins of COVID, the Great Barrington Declaration, election integrity concerns, the COVID shot, the Hunter Biden laptop story (and more) were under scrutiny by the White House and other government agencies – and that the government had very publicly threatened to take action against social media companies should they not act to censor viewpoints on those topics that were disfavored by the government.

The Plaintiffs in the case (the states of Missouri and Louisiana, along with several other private plaintiffs) moved for expedited discovery to be able to obtain a limited set of evidence as well as depositions of certain officials. They argued that this evidence would allow them to make the case for a temporary injunction to stop the government from infringing on the first amendment rights of Plaintiffs and their citizens.

Unlike what many have come to expect, the judge GRANTED the motion for expedited discovery and depositions. A struggle ensued between the Government and the Plaintiffs, with the government fighting against the judge in this case (Judge Terry Doughty) to stop discovery and certain plaintiffs from being deposed. They took those complaints to the 5th Circuit of Appeals and a court in Virginia – a court that usually is friendly to the government.

At the appellate court level, the government argued that NO ONE should have to leave their government jobs to sit for lengthy depositions in this case, but certainly not the HEAD of CISA, for example.

The appellate court wouldn’t play ball with the government and remanded the case back to Louisiana with some guidance on how the judge should proceed. If memory serves me right, this happened three times.

One particularly interesting exchange came with the deposition of former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. She made threats to social media companies from the podium. They sought to depose her about those threats. She left the office. The government said they had no responsive documents to explain her comments. So Missouri and Louisiana said, “Then we have to depose Jen Psaki.”

The court agreed and ruled that now private citizen Psaki needed to testify. The government and Psaki- represented by Rhee – went to a court in Virginia to try to get THAT judge to stop the deposition.

The judge, in that case, laid into both the government and Psaki. It was so stunning I literally read the transcript of the hearing as its own video.

EU commissioner reprimands Musk over disinfo

The Twitter CEO pulled the platform out of the voluntary Code of Practice on Disinformation.

European Commissioner Thierry Breton threatened Twitter CEO Elon Musk with “enforcement” in a tweet on Friday after Musk announced he was pulling Twitter out of the EU’s voluntary Code of Practice on Disinformation, warning he was not getting away so easily.
