Now Texas Governor Abbott sends TANKS to the border after threatening to send gunboats - as Republican invokes invasion clause to deal with migrants flooding over border

  • Texas Governor Greg Abbott is deploying National Guard troops in M113 armored personnel carrier to various positions along the border
  • The news comes days after Abbott sent a letter to President Biden threatening to deploy gunboats and invoking a constitutional clause
  • Abbott invoked Article I Section 10 of the Constitution which forbids states from military action 'unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger'
  • Affectionately known as the 'battle taxi' by troops in the Army, the M113 is bulletproof and can withstand small explosions
  • The Texas Military Department said they ordered 10 of the vehicles and will train around 50 soldiers to operate them
  • Last month there were 230,678 recorded encounters between undocumented migrants and Border Patrol officers

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is deploying National Guard troops in M113 armored personnel carrier to various positions along the border after earlier threatening to use gunboats in an attempt to quell the influx of migrants at the border.

The news comes after Abbott invoked a Constitutional clause on Wednesday warning President Joe Biden that the Lone Star state would go rogue to defend itself from what he calls a migrant 'invasion' at the southern border.

Ticking Time Bomb: 500,000 Armed Foreign 'Soldiers' Are Hiding Inside Germany Awaiting Their Attack Orders

Hundred of thousands of foreign fighters, many of who are armed, have invaded Germany and are waiting for the signal to attack. The German government can no longer protect its citizens, that have been left armed and helpless by their policies.

Federal border police no longer speak of asylum seekers but soldiers storming their country. It is estimated that are 500,000 soldiers waiting for an order to attack. Meanwhile, Germany has 260,000 Bundeswehr soldiers (armed forces of the Federal Republic of Germany).

Police are being pressured not to speak of the invasion taking place. The same applies to vehicles coming over the Balkan route. They are sometimes checked, and if weapons are found, which often trucks are full of them, “they may not be confiscated.”

WATCH: Ecuador Fans Chant ‘We Want Beer’ at Alcohol-Free Qatar World Cup

With the World Cup in the strict Muslim country of Qatar well underway, the end of beer sales is being felt as fans from Ecuador are making their displeasure at the lack of suds known with an insistent chant from the stands.

Ecuadorian fans have been heard repeatedly chanting “Queremos Cerveza.”

That translates to “We want beer!”

The chant stems from a decision by the Qatari government to abruptly reverse its original decision to permit beer sales during the games. The decision to reverse beer sales came only hours before the games were set to begin.

The decision to stop beer sales surprised soccer’s governing body, FIFA, especially since officials had signed a $75 million contract with Budweiser to serve suds to fans.

Qatar has caused far more troubling questions, though.

A major sticking point among organizers, clubs and fans alike is the issue of homosexuality, which is outlawed in the strict Muslim nation.

The issue has been such a hot button that organizers set out to stress that the LGBTQ agenda is not welcome in Qatar and fans should leave their ideas about the gay agenda behind.

The questions over homosexuality already spurred the US Men’s National Team to change its logo to add LGBTQ colors in protest over the country’s laws.

Two planes diverted due to staff shortages at air traffic control

The British Airways flight from London Heathrow to Gibraltar operated out of Malaga on Thursday afternoon due to staff shortage at air traffic control.

“NATS was unable to provide an air traffic control service at Gibraltar Airport after 3pm local time,” an MOD spokesperson told the Chronicle, adding this was due to staff sickness.

The affected inbound flight, BA490 from London Heathrow, was diverted to Malaga and the outbound flight, BA491 to Heathrow, left from Malaga.

A press officer for British Airways said: “The flight was diverted due to air traffic control restrictions.”

Issues of staff shortages have caused numerous flight diversions and airport closures this year.

To address the issues NATS, the company that operates air traffic control under contract to the Ministry of Defence, pledged it would hire more staff, with a recruitment and training process started earlier this year.

Israel’s Elbit Sytems Unveiled Micro-suicide Drone, and It Has a Mother Ship

The palm-sized Lanius UAV was developed from racing drones and employs artificial intelligence to fly inside buildings, gather tactical intelligence and kill enemy fighters with its lethal explosives.

Israeli defense company Elbit Systems unveiled over the weekend a loitering micro-drone called Lanius, designed to carry out pinpoint targeted killings in urban areas as well as gather tactical intelligence in built-up areas and even inside buildings.

Lanius is a very small and agile drone, capable of navigating its way through complex locations (like enclosed spaces, for example), taking images and mapping out sites before soldiers enter. It uses the fuselage of a racing drone and carries the Jetson TX2 artificial intelligence computing device made by Nvidia.

This is not a new technological combination, with research in the past conducted by the Robotics and Perception Group at the University of Zurich and Zurich’s ETH Institute. Led by Prof. Davide Scaramuzza, researchers have published numerous articles about the use of AI to teach drones to perform complex, acrobatic maneuvers in complex environments.

The Lanius is designed for combat in urban environments where troops don’t have a direct line of sight to the enemy. The drone is hand-portable and enters a structure through windows, doors or other openings, with the operator directing it towards its target and then detonating its payload, or the explosives in the drone.

The system is designed to enable the drone to identify people automatically and distinguish between those who are armed and constitute a threat and those who aren’t.

However, object identification and classification systems based on deep learning can make critical errors, which in the case of targeted assassinations may end in disaster. Elbit stresses that even if the drone can fly on automatic pilot, the decision to detonate remains exclusively in the power of the human operator.

The Lanius can reach speeds up to 72 kilometers an hour (about 45 mph) and carries a lethal payload or a non-lethal one designed to minimize casualties. Elbit declined to say what kind of payload is used in the latter case.

According to specifications released by Elbit, the drone’s maximum weight at takeoff is 1.25 kilograms (2.75 pounds) and it can carry a payload of as much as 150 grams (0.33 pounds). By comparison, an Israel Defense Forces’ grenade contains about 160 grams of explosives (not counting the casing that produces shrapnel from the explosion), so that it is likely that the Lanius is most lethal at short ranges and in enclosed spaces.

Elbit calls the Lanius a “loitering munition,” similar to the Harpy made by Israel Aerospace Industries and the Shahed-136 made by Iran. But, in contrast to those drones, Lanius has a relatively short flight range due to the size of its battery, which allows it to remain aloft for no more than seven minutes.

A promotional video released by Elbit offers what may be a solution for the Lanius’ limited range – a kind of “mother ship” in the form of a larger drone that is capable of carrying several micro-UAVs and launching them as needed.

The connection between the micro-drones and the mother ship is not passive, where the micro-drone will simply be held. The bigger drone is part of a platform Elbit has developed comprising a series of autonomous and semi-autonomous robotic tools. Called Legion-X, the system allows the operator to plan, operate and manage all types of unmanned platforms.

The Insane Scale of Europe’s New Mega-Tunnel

EU Calling for International Tribunals in Ukraine for Alleged Russian War Crimes

HUGE developments on the world stage, as the member Nations of the EU are pushing to create a “specialized court” for “International Tribunals”, backed by the UN, to be held in Ukraine, to prosecute Russian military and political leaders for “starting the war” in Ukraine.

This comes in response to Russia’s push at the Ninth Review Conference of the BWC, to makes changes to the UN Security Council to address the US/NATO biological military research being conducted in Ukraine. Russia have no way to hold the US accountable via BWC investigation, due to diplomatic immunity held by the United States as one of the 5 permanent seats on the UN Security Council.

Now, the irony is, the West are trying to use the UN to investigate Russia, but the West are unable to do so because Russia is ALSO one of the 5 permanent seats on the UN Security Council. The actions today by the EU show that the West are looking to circumvent the rules of the UN so that Russia cannot veto an investigation. The same rules of International Law that Russia have been following, the West don’t want to follow them in return.

Russia responded today with a statement from Ambassador Gatilov, from the Ninth Review Conference of the BWC in Geneva.

See statement below:

Essentially, the West are looking for cheap and frankly non-legal ways to “prosecute” Russia with no standing in International Law. The West are trying to hold show-trials as a means of propaganda/theater against Russia and more importantly as means of DEFLECTION from their legitimate crimes against humanity committed in Ukraine, because they have lost their control on the narrative.

While Russia have been operating through the proper diplomatic channels to sound the alarm on US/NATO war crimes in Ukraine via biological production and usage, the West have been dismissing these allegations as “Russian Disinformation” for months, despite the large body of incontrovertible evidence.

What we are witnessing is that the mechanics of UN are heavily flawed. Any of the permanent members of the Security Council have immunity to commit crimes against humanity as much as they like, because they can veto any UN action or investigations into themselves.

Objectively speaking, Russia are 100% in the right, and the West are simply acting like Democrats; using projection, deflection, deceit, lies, and propaganda, to keep the public unaware of the growing allegations of US biological malfeasance in Ukraine.

Imagine if the opposite were true. Imagine if Russia used espionage to start a violent civil war to overthrow a nation on our border, let’s call it Canada, then established a puppet government and used Canada as a proxy for all their biological research, money laundering, child trafficking, drug trafficking, human experimentation, etc. And then we find out they are making biological weapons on our border and are trying to put nukes there as well, and then a global shutdown is justified via a genetically enhanced pathogen (bioweapon) that “escaped” as a result of this biological malfeasance going on on our border.

That’s EXACTLY what the US have done to Russia, and yet the West say that it was Russia who “started” the war. WRONG. This war started in 2005 when the Deep State, via then Senator Barack Obama, set up their foothold in Ukraine and began their plan to turn Ukraine into a bioweapons production zone.

The US claim it was to “destroy” the former Soviet Union’s chemical, biological, and physical weaponry left in Ukraine. 17 years later, we can see that the Deep State had much more in mind than just weapons disposal. Now it’s widely accepted that Ukraine is a US proxy, spearheaded by the ruling families of the DNC, and the biological activity there is no longer a conspiracy theory.

In conclusion, the West are trying to divert attention away from the exposure of their biological network in Ukraine. They are deploying the old nazi/DNC go-to play of “accuse the other side of that which you are guilty”.

Just like the Deep State launching ANOTHER propaganda probe into Trump as a response to the Hunter Biden investigation launched by Congress. They rely on a counter narrative to prevent the sheep from waking up to their crimes. The EU and US Democrats use the same playbook because they belong to the same entity. The Deep State.

However, their level of panic suggests we are winning. The Deep State can’t keep the lid on the biolabs in Ukraine. Even the mainstream media admit that the public are widely aware of the nefarious biological activity in Ukraine.

26% of Americans are now aware of US bioweapon manufacturing in Ukraine, and the rest of them are in denial.

As per CBS via the Economist.

Do not relent. We are winning the Information War. We must continue to drown out the West’s propaganda.

Russian tycoon, 53, is killed in helicopter crash near Monaco in latest crypto mystery death - 'after another passenger cancelled at the last minute'

  • Vyacheslav Taran, 53, died after the helicopter he was travelling in crashed near the resort town of Villefranche-sur-Mer after taking off from Switzerland
  • They mysteriously crashed in good weather - and after another passenger reportedly cancelled last minute
  • Taran is third cryptocurrency entrepreneur to die unexpectedly in recent weeks
  • It comes just days after businessman Tiantian Kullander, 30, died 'in his sleep'

A Russian tycoon has become the latest cryptocurrency businessman to die in mysterious circumstances after his helicopter crashed in good weather near Monaco.

Entrepreneur Vyacheslav Taran, 53, died after the helicopter plunged near the resort town of Villefranche-sur-Mer after taking off from Lausanne in Switzerland.

Taran is the third cryptocurrency entrepreneur to die unexpectedly in the past few weeks.

Tiantian Kullander, 30, died 'in his sleep' last week, while fellow crypto millionaire Nikolai Mushegian, 29, drowned on a Puerto Rico beach after tweeting that he feared the CIA and Mossad were going to murder him.

He said he's not afraid.

'I've been waiting since I moved here to see Mauna Loa go off, it's supposed to be spectacular,' he said. 'It's kind of exciting that it´s finally erupting.'

Double trouble! Incredible helicopter footage captures 'rare and sacred' moment Hawaii's Mauna Loa spouts huge lava fountains while its sister volcano 20 miles away ALSO erupts

  • Mauna Loa, the world's largest active volcano, erupted Monday morning on Hawaii's Big Island
  • United States Geological Survey says there is no risk of magma fall but an ash fall advisory is in place
  • Some residents on Big Island have flocked to see the dangerous event, despite warnings from the governor
  • Mauna Loa last erupted in 1984; today brings an end to its longest ever quiet period
  • Others are cautiously watching for lava flows and have been told to be ready to evacuate if necessary
  • The last eruption lasted more than two weeks - but did not flow into any of the island's communities

Captivating aerial footage captured close-up views of a jet of lava spewing up from Hawaii's Mauna Loa volcano after it erupted late Sunday for the first time in decades.

Worsening matters, is that the momentous occasion - which has put the tens of thousands living Hawaii's Big Island on high alert - has been compounded by the fact that its sister volcano 20 miles away also erupted, something that has not transpired since Loa's last discharge in 1984.

Loa, the largest active volcano in the world, erupted for the first time in 38 years Sunday night, attracting scores of onlookers desperate to catch a glimpse of the event - while scaring off others all too aware of the risks.

The rare 'dual eruption' marked the end of Mauna Loa’s longest quiet period in history, and came four years after an eruption from the Kilauea volcano, located 20 miles east on Hawaii's big island, left 700 residences destroyed.

Areas in the immediate vicinity of both volcanoes have since been deemed by local officials to be at 'extreme risk' of encountering lava flows from the simultaneous eruptions - despite assurance provided by scientists Monday that the lava had deviated to an area where it does not pose a risk to communities.

Still, the uncertainty was unnerving for many who packed up and left their homes on the scenic isle, which is home to a handful of A-list stars such as Pierce Brosnan and Matthew McConaughey.

Loa's eruption nearly 40 years ago lasted more than two weeks - but did not flow into any of the island's communities. Officials said Monday that should be the case this time around as well, but warned to be wary of the lava and emissions left by the simultaneous disasters.

Martial law in the UK?

Army may be deployed to ease possible strike disruption, Nadhim Zahawi says

A statement from Number 10 said the decision on whether troops would be deployed was yet to be taken, but that personnel "are part of the range of options available should strike action in these areas go ahead as planned".

The government is considering deploying the army to help ease possible strike disruption over Christmas, Conservative Party Chairman Nadhim Zahawi has confirmed.

Mr Zahawi told Sky News' Sophy Ridge on Sunday programme that military personnel could be "driving ambulances" and working on UK borders under the proposals.

The Conservative Party chairman also suggested that pharmacists will be called on to help break the NHS strike action, saying "we have to be able to deliver safe levels of treatment and support to patients".

"We've got to try and minimise disruption," he added.

The government has said that military personnel, civil servants and volunteers are being trained to support a range of services, including Border Force at airports and ports, amid fears of Christmas chaos.

A statement from Number 10 said the decision on whether troops would be deployed was yet to be taken, but that personnel "are part of the range of options available should strike action in these areas go ahead as planned".

The UK faces a wave of strikes this winter, which will affect services including transport, the NHS, education and delivery drivers.

Tens of thousands are expected to take industrial action as the UK is gripped by recession and the cost of living crisis.

Mr Zahawi told Sky News that "this is not a time to strike".

"If you chase inflation or above inflation, in some cases pay, then you will embed inflation for longer and hurt the most vulnerable," he said.

"In fact, our message to the unions is to say, you know, this is not a time to strike. This is time to try and negotiate.

*"*In the absence of that, it's important for the government. It's the right and responsible thing to do, to have contingency plans in place."

He continued: "We're looking at the military, we're looking at a specialist response force... surge capacity."

A statement from the Cabinet Office said around 2,000 military personnel and civil servants are being trained to support a range of services - including Border Force at airports and ports - in the event of strike action.

They include up to 600 armed forces personnel and 700 staff from the government's specialist surge and rapid response team, as well as other parts of the civil service.

"Decisions are yet to be taken on deploying troops to these tasks but they are part of the range of options available should strike action in these areas go ahead as planned," the Cabinet Office said in a a press notice.

"The priority over the coming weeks is to protect the public who may need access to emergency services support and limit disruption as much as possible, particularly at a time when increased numbers of people will be travelling for the festive period and NHS services are under huge pressure due to the impact of COVID."

Military personnel were previously deployed to drive petrol tankers and deliver COVID jabs during the pandemic.

Royal College of Nursing general secretary and chief executive Pat Cullen dismissed a call by Mr Zahawi for the union to drop its pay claim because of the war in Ukraine.

"Using Russia's war in Ukraine as a justification for a real-terms pay cut for nurses in the UK is a new low for this government. The public does not believe this kind of rhetoric and wants ministers to address our dispute," she said.

"Nursing staff cannot afford their food and other bills and still fear the worst on energy this winter. But our campaign is about more than today's cost-of-living crisis - it's a cry for help for an NHS that's had a decade of neglect. Record numbers of nurses are leaving because they feel undervalued and patients are paying the price.

"Ten days until our strike action is due to begin, I reiterate my commitment to meeting with ministers to address our dispute. Instead of negotiating with nurses, they are choosing strike action."

Labour's education secretary Bridget Phillipson could not confirm whether her party would increase pay in line with inflation in the public sector.

She told Sky News her party want a "fair deal" for workers.

Brazil Military Kills “Red Command” Cartel Leaders, Prepares Take Over

In an unusual step for the military, the Army has invaded favelas of Rio de Janeiro and killed top leaders of the Comando Vermelho (Red Command) drug cartel, which supports the Communist criminal Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Observers take this to indicate the beginning of a federal military intervention. The drug gangs were the only ones to celebrate the alleged election victory by criminal Lula Oct. 30, firing automatic weapons in the air in the favelas . President Bolsonaro cracked down hard on the Brazilian drug gangs.

Hundreds of thousands of Brazilians were protesting again on the weekend, standing outside army bases and pleading for the miltary to save their country from the Communists and cartels.

What to Know About the North Carolina Power Outages

https://www.yahoo.com/news/know-north-carolina-power-outages-192603014.html

A power outage in Central North Carolina over the weekend has upended daily life, prompting officials to open at least one shelter and impose a nightly curfew potentially through the week while authorities investigate what left an entire county in the dark.

The outages in Moore County, about 90 miles east of Charlotte, have drawn the attention of state officials, including Gov. Roy Cooper, who said at a news conference Monday that the attack was intentional and damaged the entire community.

Here’s what we know so far.

When did the power outages start, and what caused them?

The power went out just after 7 p.m. Saturday. Two electric substations were damaged by gunfire in what state Sen. Tom McInnis called a “terrible act” that appeared to be “intentional, willful and malicious.”

There were no immediate details about a possible motive or a suspect; the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation were looking into the matter. It was also unclear if the vandalism was tied to a drag show in the area that had faced backlash.

“Regardless of motive, violence and sabotage will not be tolerated,” Cooper said.

“Moore County is very strong,” the county sheriff, Ronnie Fields, said. “And I can promise you to the perpetrators out there, we will find you.”

The damage is likely to be in the millions, he said.

Tens of thousands of people are without power.

Customers were slowly getting their power back, with about 7,000 connections restored Sunday night, said Jeff Brooks, a Duke Energy spokesperson, at a news conference Monday. Repair technicians were hoping to restore power to a few thousand more by the end of Monday, he said.

However, the majority of the remaining about 38,000 customers would be without power until repairs were fully completed, Brooks said.

On Sunday, the number of customers without power was about 45,000.

When will power be restored?

It could take days. Officials said Monday that many customers’ outages could last until Thursday, causing concern that the combination of chilly evening temperatures and no heat could spell disaster for some residents.

Moore County residents have seen power failures before, particularly during snowstorms and extreme weather. The parts of the substations that were damaged need to be replaced, unlike when pieces can be repaired in place after weather events disrupt power.

A state of emergency was declared.

A countywide state of emergency was declared Sunday alongside a nightly curfew that was expected to last as long as the declaration was in effect. Citizens were also encouraged to conserve fuel.

A shelter was opened at the Moore County Sports Complex, which can accommodate about 250 residents, officials said. It will remain open until it is no longer needed. Schools were also closed Monday and a decision on whether they will reopen on Tuesday will be announced Monday evening.

Germany arrests 25 accused of plotting coup

Twenty-five people have been arrested in raids across Germany on suspicion of plotting to overthrow the government.

The group of far-right and ex-military figures are said to have prepared to storm the parliament building, the Reichstag, and seize power.

A minor aristocrat described as Prince Heinrich XIII, 71, is alleged to have been central to their plans.

According to federal prosecutors, he is one of two alleged ringleaders among those arrested across 11 German states.

The plotters are said to include members of the extremist Reichsbürger [Citizens of the Reich] movement, which has long been in the sights of German police over violent attacks and racist conspiracy theories. They also refuse to recognise the modern German state.

Other suspects came from the QAnon movement who believe their country is in the hands of a "deep state".
