The policy enforcers can pretend to be mistreated by the people they are physically assaulting after fomenting the riots themselves, and then escalating the violence exactly as planned, but that is nothing more than shameless propaganda.
The policy enforcers have brought all of this on themselves by escalating the division between themselves and the people, with decades of the ever-increasing militarization of their weaponry, armor and equipment, and the training they receive to be as ruthless and brutal as possible (using the Israeli treatment of the Palestinians as the model for their behavior).
This is a plot that Ray Charles could have seen coming:

con people into believing a fake storyline/fake “news” that the common cold is now some contagious deadly virus that requires shutting down the world economy and locking everyone inside of their homes;

have the fake media produce fake news with their fake numbers of infected, fake death tolls, fake scenarios, fake projections from fake doctors and politicians about their fake pandemic;

use the fake pandemic to whip up as much fear and hatred as possible, with all of the fake rules based on fake threats of catching the fake virus (common cold), unless (of course) you follow their fake rules and fake/pseudo-logic and wear their fake PPE and keep their made-up oxymoronic (anti) "social distancing" to further divide people against each other;

once the people have been pushed as far as possible with this unprecedented level of fake, made-up nonsense/total b.s.--which has bought plenty of time for them to continue preparing for the next phase of their faked "benevolent" response to their fake crisis, complete with its fake caring for the people so the fake leaders (politicians) can claim they only want to "save lives" with their fake, crocodile tears--it's time to unleash the fake protests, with their fake protest leaders/agent provocateurs and their fake vandalism (of the taxpayer financed police vehicles they don't mind sacrificing anyway because they don't have to pay for them), and use their fake intel, fake threats and fake rules to justify further violence by the fake law enforcement ranks (policy enforcers) against we the people;

leading up to their planned, fake "second wave", which will invariably include some more fake virus stories, fake threats, and fake rules, coupled with more fake protests and fake human interest stories about the poor, poor policy enforcers (fake/pretended law enforcement there to "protect and serve") in full body armor, with shields, face masks and armed to the teeth, who have supposedly been mistreated by the poor, unarmed and defenseless people they have forced into this situation by following their fake and unlawful orders from their fake corporate governments with their fake leaders;

so this entire fake tune can reach its shattering crescendo in the form of a fake promise of a fake cure for this fake problem/scamdemic in the form of a fake vaccine to likely be administered at gunpoint by the same fake policy enforcing jack-boot thugs who are just following their fake orders to inflict as much REAL damage on people and property as they can, using their fake/crypto-Jew Jesuit-written playbook known as "Sun Tzu - The Art of War" to get people to submit to murdering each other or to being murdered through their wars, civil wars, fake rumors of wars and fake vaccines;

which will in turn have the survivors of this planned and fomented chaos and destruction clamoring for the fake world order with its fake one-world government that the parasitic criminal class scum have always wanted, but could only attain by faking EVERYTHING, including their fake corporations, fake corporate banks, with the fake corporate governments those fake corporate banks own along with the fake corporate courts, with their fake, made-up rules and fake, black-robed judges, their fake, corporate western medicine with its fake doctors and fake pandemic projections, the fake, corporate media to spin their fake stories, fake news and fake government propaganda, and of course the fake, corporate policy enforcers and the rest of the grunt stooge storm troopers, to carry out the fake orders of the fake leaders of this entire fake mess.
No wonder we need a New Song. We've been singing this same old fake tune for way too long and it's starting to sound like a broken record.
