15 MINUTE PRISONS

Oxford County Council is about to impose regulations on its residents so extreme that it will fundamentally change the lives of nearly all its 150,000 residents, and few, if any, know it's even happening.

Oxfordshire County Council, which is run by Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the Green Party, are planning to divide-up the city of Oxford into six ‘15 minute’ districts. In these districts, it is claimed, most household essentials will be accessible by a quarter-of-an-hour walk or bike ride, and so, they say, residents will have no need for a car. On the face of it, providing more facilities locally sounds like a good thing. But the council's motivation is not to give you more of anything, only less; much less.

Under the new proposals, you will only be allowed to travel outside of your district on 100 days per year. if any of Oxford’s 150,000 residents dare to drive outside their designated zone more than their permitted days, they will be fined £70, for every occasion.

Do not leave your allotted zone, is the Council's message here, like a plot from the Hunger Games. Continues

Something is afoot.

Oxford Councillors in 'Fear for their Lives' After Vision News Reveals their Plans to the Public

Turns out Oxford residents don't much care for Marxist-style authoritarianism after all.

Oxford City and County Councils have rushed to local media claiming that they are now the 'victims' of abuse after their plans for a Communist-style dystopian city were revealed by Vision News last week.

The Oxford Mail states: both Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council have been forced to release a joint statement after an article published on 'Watts Up With That' went viral. The councils have said staff and councillors have been 'subjected to abuse and the misinformation' has resulted in both councils receiving numerous calls and social media messages from worried residents.

Vision Editor Darren Birks debunks their claims of claiming they aren't doing what they're doing.

Will the Oxford traffic filters be physical barriers?

No.

Oxfordshire County Council, supported by Oxford City Council, is proposing to install traffic filters as a trial on six roads in Oxford. The trial is currently planned to begin in 2024.

The traffic filters are not physical barriers of any kind and will not be physical road closures. They are simply traffic cameras that can read number plates.

If a vehicle passes through the filter at certain times of the day, the camera will read the number plate and (if you do not have an exemption or a residents’ permit) you will receive a fine in the post.

Debunked

In the original Vision News article there is NO MENTION of 'Physical Barriers'. We correctly referred to them as electronic gates: electronic ,as the are ANPR cameras and Gates because the word GATE was used BY THE COUNCIL themselves about the roadblocks before changing the name to the more friendly 'filters'. TRUE: Oxfordshire County Council ARE Planning Climate Lockdown Trials in 2024

[Coming to a "Smart City" near you, or as Gibraltar wants to be a "Smart City", then to you.]

This is happening in Oxford, England. Spread the word NOW, or soon the control systems will be installed in YOUR neighborhood.

Oxfordshire County Council, which is run by Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the Green Party, wants to divide the city of Oxford into six ‘15 minute’ districts. In these districts, it is said, most household essentials will be accessible by a quarter-of-an-hour walk or bike ride, and so residents will have no need for a car.

On the surface, these 15-minute neigbourhoods might sound pleasant and convenient. But there is a coercive edge. The council plans to cut car use and traffic congestion by placing strict rules on car journeys.

Residents will have to register their cars with the council and they will be tracked to count their journeys through the key gateways. It’s the social credit scheme that starts with your car and works like anti-frequent-flyer points.

Under the new proposals, if any of Oxford’s 150,000 residents drives outside of their designated district more than 100 days a year, he or she could be fined £70.

Climate lockdowns coming? You will be tracked in your suburb and happy about it.

Geofencing

Beware Geoofencing being sold as for the good of all.

Geofencing is a virtual fence that controls vehicles’ movements within a geographical area. By restricting vehicles from moving outside specific areas and control the speed limit. - Geofencing - Smart City Sweden.

How Geofencing Technology Is Helping In Smart City Developments

Without using Geofencing technologies, the aims of the smart city developments cannot be achieved. This is because this technology is fueling the ways in which the location data can be used to make data-driven smart city decisions.

Geofencing system can easily track elderly people and kids that might be wearing GPS bracelets. Parents, guardians or family members can create a geofence around a child, elderly person or a pet so whenever they move out of the designated area the system generates an alert.

For the ones who survive the population culling, they will be imprisoned with all this technology. Thank God, that isn't going to be The End.
