The fact that they are talking about future experiments does not prove that it's happening now.
This sounds simple and logical at first. But are things really like that? Keep it simple, stupid - Simple is best? Always? Or would this be riding roughshod over the fine, important details?
Can we just say something like that, or do details matter, details that we might now know about?
Can we give such an assumption about fuel additives without knowing about such things in detail? Aluminium? Barium? Strontium? Viruses? In airplane fuel? How hot do these engines burn? Would the airplane engine suffer from additives? Would someone notiice after 25 years of it going on all around the world?
Aviation logistivcs, material science, combustion chemistry, regulatory oversight etc etc!?
Are jet fuel supply chains centralized or not?
Some interesting analysis on the fuel-additive theory

What a populist politician "expert" like hin says isn't that relevant.
