What was strange, is the barrier that was crossed in 2020, when people felt empowered to stalk others and rudely demand that a face mask be worn; whereas prior to 2020 such behaviour was kept in check, perhaps kept to oneself versus boldly confronting another with an "in-your-face" personal demand born out of ignorance. Not to mention the 6 feet distance "rule" and plastic shielding between people, amongst other things.
