Good question.
Some more questions that I believe are good:-
-
The video you posted. Where is it from? Can it be trusted?
-
Who is narrating it? Is it a real person or a bot? Why does he pronounce desert wrong in the beginning? (There are other errors too)
Related to this, I recommend looking at the commenters of Borzikkman. On the Youtube mobile app it might be easier to see how some accounts have hundreds of comments and after some looking into them it's clear that they a product of "russian web brigades".

You said it...My only concern with Borzikkman is he hasn't been banned by YouTube yet...you seem to be a fan. Anyway thanks for the reminder, a new one just out.
If you didn't understand. I wished to point out that that video that you posted was NOT narrated by a young american fellow but that the voice was text-to-voice AI generated, just like for instance Borzzikkman but a newer generation. The voice still has some tell-tale-signs, but not for long.
So this is one interesting related point to your question "what is truth?"

Looks like a case of "friendly fire"? An odd name for a deadly mistake that kills people. Not sure if Russia will admit to their mistake if that is what happened.
