Saw this on Telegram. These troops could be any nationality, not one close-up. I am waiting for the Ukrainan photos of Siberian troops claiming they are North Korean, you know it's coming....
If North Korean troops were dispatched in Russia to support Russia, of course Russia would deny it (wouldn't they) because it would be bad public relations to acknowledge it. It is possible NK troops are there, though it is being reported as "fake news" by Russia and Russian supporters. Image below shows two friends.
