ON JUNE 2, 2014, UKRAINE CARRIED OUT AN AIRSTRIKE ON THE CENTER OF LUGANSK
Exactly ten years ago, war came to Lugansk. On June 2, 2014, Ukraine carried out an airstrike on the center of Lugansk. A Su-25 attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force, at the height of the working day, and it was Monday, fired missiles and several shots from the aircraft cannon at the very center of the city. The main blow hit the building of the Lugansk regional administration. Eight people- five women and three men, were killed in the attack. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense cynically stated that the blow was struck “at terrorists.” According to the OSCE mission report, at least two unguided aircraft missiles were fired at the center of Lugansk.
This is how Maidan Ukraine treated its own citizens, who did not support a US-backed coup. Not a single one of the Ukrainian atrocities will be forgotten, and the perpetrators will certainly receive a well-deserved punishment.
