She is identified as a gynecologist and researcher. She gives a personal account of what she and others have been seeing. Babies with black eyes are born without conjunctiva (the white part of the eye). She also mentions that these and other conditions (low birth rate) are a result of the parents being jabbed before conception.
They have seen a 6000% increase in (spontaneous) abortions, due to blood clots and the fetuses not getting a supply. This seems consist with other research about spontaneous abortions.

She made a valid point – "We don't know" in referring to pandemic babies – "We know that they have different characteristics... Are they going to have the capacity to reproduce? We don't know. Are they going to live two or ten years? We don't know. Or twenty? We do not know."
