NORD STREAM EXPLOSIONS

The governor of the German state of Saxony, Michael Kretschmer, has called for the repair of the sabotaged Nord Stream pipelines, arguing that operators are running out of time before the vital gas link becomes unusable.

In an interview with Germany’s Funke Media Group on Saturday, Kretschmer said that while “the issue of Russian gas is not on the table” as long as the conflict in Ukraine is ongoing, Germany must preserve the option to “buy something other than expensive liquefied natural gas after the war.”

Therefore the Russian-German consortium responsible for Nord Stream “must ensure that the pipeline can be repaired.”

“We’re running out of time. If the damage is not repaired, Nord Stream will become unusable for a long time.”

Russia: The US is directly involved in the Nord Stream pipeline explosions

The Russian FM accuses the West of wanting to end the ‘Russian question’ – ‘Isn’t this racism and Nazism?’

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today accused the West of supporting Ukraine to end “the Russian question” and took particular aim at European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen, who is visiting Kyiv.

Von der Leyen “stated that the outcome of the war must be Russia’s defeat, and such a defeat that it will not rise again for decades,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview on Russian state television. “Isn’t this racism, Nazism, and an attempt to solve the Russian question?”

Lavrov also said Russian forces would respond to the delivery of longer-range Western weapons to Kyiv by trying to push Ukrainian forces further away from the border to create a safe zone.

The Russian minister said everyone wants the war in Ukraine – which Moscow calls a “special military operation” – to end, but Western support for Kyiv plays an important role in how Russia approaches the campaign. “We are now seeking to push the Ukrainian artillery back to a distance where it will not pose a threat to our territories,” Lavrov said.”The longer the range of weapons provided to the Kyiv regime, the more we will have to push them out of the territories that are part of our country, ” he added.

Lavrov also said in the same interview that Moscow does not need help from its former Soviet allies in its campaign in Ukraine.

According to the Russian minister, Russia has everything it needs for the conflict and has not asked the members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (a Moscow-led alliance that includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan ) to provide material support to Moscow’s “special military operation” in Ukraine.

Lavrov also claimed that the United States was directly involved in the explosions that last year caused major damage to the Nord Stream gas pipelines at the bottom of the Baltic Sea.

President Vladimir Putin has previously accused Britain of blowing up the pipelines, which London has denied.

In his interview, the Russian foreign minister also said the West is lying that Russia refuses to negotiate over Ukraine and is trying to turn Moldova, Georgia, and former Soviet states in central Asia against Moscow.

Lavrov also emphasised that Moscow’s relations with China have no boundaries and, despite the fact that they have not entered into an official military alliance, the relations between these two countries are of a much higher and broader nature.

The United States, Norway and NATO have Committed an Act of War Against Russia

During the final minutes of my radio show last night, I told my audience I wish I didn't know some of the things I know. Now, one of those things has become public: It was the United States that bombed Russia's Nord Stream 1 & 2 Pipelines in the Baltic Sea. Norway participated by flying-in a sonar buoy which gave off the Detonation Signal. NATO is an accessory, by willfully using BALTOPS 22 "Exercise" as a cover to plant the bombs. War is now likely.

In an article written by long-time, world-renowned Investigative Journalist, Seymour M. Hersh, the truth has now come out.

First, from Wikipedia:

Seymour Myron "Sy" Hersh (born April 8, 1937) is an 85 year old American investigative journalist, and political writer.

Hersh first gained recognition in 1969 for exposing the My Lai Massacre and its cover-up during the Vietnam War, for which he received the 1970 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting. During the 1970s, Hersh covered the Watergate scandal for The New York Times and revealed the clandestine bombing of Cambodia. In 2004, he reported on the U.S. military's mistreatment of detainees at Abu Ghraib prison. He has also won two National Magazine Awards and five George Polk Awards. In 2004, he received the George Orwell Award.

Hersh accused the Obama administration of lying about the events surrounding the death of Osama bin Laden and disputed the claim that the Assad regime used chemical weapons on civilians in the Syrian Civil War. Both assertions have stirred controversy.

In his "substack" web site, published about nine hours ago (about 7:00 AM eastern US time today) Hirsh published a story entitled "How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline" with the sub-title being "The New York Times called it a “mystery,” but the United States executed a covert sea operation that was kept secret—until now." (Direct Link to Story)

It's a long read, but worth it.

In the story, Hirsh reveals that the Operation was planned for nine months. It was planned in the top floor of the Old Executive Office Building, on the grounds of the White House. The biggest concern: How to leave no evidence tying it to the United States.

The story reports that the explosives were placed during the annual NATO Naval Exercise "Baltic Operations 22" (BALTOPS 22) by US Navy Divers. The NATO exercise was used as a "cover" for the explosives to be planted.

It also reveals that months later, after receiving the "Go" signal from CIA Director Burns, a plane from Norway's military dropped a special sonar buoy into the Baltic Sea which gave-off the Detonation signal, triggering the explosives and destroying the pipeline.

Ladies and Gentlemen, make no mistake: This was a crime. It was a criminal conspiracy to commit a bombing, and later, the actual commission of that bombing. It seems to me, as a layman, the people who engaged in this are personally guilty of federal Felonies.

The planning for this crime was so thorough, they even chose the use of a specific US Navy undersea dive team which would NOT trigger any reporting to the US Congress about its activities!

Now, I could go paragraph by paragraph to report and analyze Seymour Hersh article, but it is much better if you go read it yourselves.

Very long story short: The President of the United States ordered his staff to come up with a way to "deal with" the Nord Stream Pipeline. They did. It got blown up. This was a crime. It is also, an Act of War against Russia.

I suspect the Russians are absorbing and analyzing Hersh's article. As Russians are well known to do, they will think about this for a good while. Then, they will take well-thought-out and thought-through action.

We have committed an Act of War. Russia now has a Casus Belli - a cause for just war.

I suspect that Russia may publicly demand President Biden be Impeached and criminally prosecuted, along with the other Conspirators. I also suspect that Russia may add, if Biden is not impeached and prosecuted, and the Conspirators not prosecuted, then it will be war.

Knowing that the US Government will never agree to impeach its apparently now-criminal President, nor hold accountable the other Conspirators, I also suspect war is coming -- a lot faster than any of us think, and a lot worse than any of us know.

UPDATE:

The Biden regime said an article by Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh claiming the United States was behind the explosions of the Nord Stream gas pipelines was “utterly false and complete fiction.”

“This is utterly false and complete fiction,” said Adrienne Watson, a spokesperson for the White House National Security Council.

Spokespeople for the CIA and State Department said the same thing, according to Reuters.

Tucker Carlson on the reports of Biden administration blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline: "Joe Biden denied any responsibility. He blamed Russia. Now we have the actual answer to what happened. It is not possible that it's not true. It is true."

State Dept. Denies Latest Allegations that US Government Blew up Nord Stream

Veteran investigative reporter Seymour Hersh charges the US military was behind the explosion. Ned Price dismisses claims despite US government statements. Says administration abides by WPR.

Sam Husseini : I’m sure you’re aware of the new report from Seymour Hersh, “How America Took Out the Nord Stream Pipeline” and the White House’s denial of any involvement. Given the longstanding US opposition to the pipeline, Secretary Blinken’s calling its demise a “tremendous opportunity” — and under Secretary of State Nuland’s saying that US officials were pleased with the destruction of the pipeline — especially Sweden's secretive investigation, do you think that the US government's denial of involvement is credible?

NORD STREAM PIPELINE REPORT - WHERE'S THE INVESTIGATION?

US ‘lying’ about Nord Stream expose – Moscow

by tts-admin | Feb 11, 2023 | [(US ‘lying’ about Nord Stream expose – Moscow | The Truthseeker)

RT.com – Feb 10, 2023

Attempts by the US State Department to brush off Seymour Hersh’s article about the sabotage of Nord Stream pipelines as “nonsense” are overt lies that display shocking ignorance of American history, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters on Friday.

The veteran investigative journalist reported on Wednesday that the US was behind the destruction of the Baltic Sea pipelines in September 2022. American divers planted charges under the cover of a NATO exercise, and a Norwegian airplane detonated them remotely when the time came, Hersh wrote.

“It would not be typical for us to engage allies and partners on something that is utter and complete nonsense,” State Department spokesman Ned Price said on Thursday, answering a question about Hersh’s article.

Zakharova said she was astonished by Price’s audacity to call “nonsense” what US President Joe Biden and Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland openly described as their preferred outcome.

“The US is once again lying live on air, openly mocking journalists who asked fully justified questions,” Zakharova said.

Washington also has a history of targeting civilian petrochemical infrastructure, Zakharova noted, citing the 1983 CIA sabotage of a pipeline in Nicaragua as an example.

“You did this, you do this, and you will do this until you’re stopped,” the spokeswoman added.

As for bringing allies and partners into “nonsense,” Zakharova argued that this was precisely what “trans-Atlantic solidarity” means in practice, referring to the 2003 invasion of Iraq as one example.

“Twenty years ago, Secretary of State Colin Powell brought to the UN Security Council a vial of something, and called [on] allies and partners to invade a sovereign state, without any evidence, over claims that proved to be utter nonsense. Ned, do you know your own department’s history?” Zakharova said. “I have no doubts that at the State Department they are bad with the history of their own country. That’s why we are where we are.”

Explosions that damaged both Nord Stream pipelines near the Danish island of Bornholm cut off the flow of Russian natural gas to Germany. US officials tried to blame Russia for the blasts, while expressing delight at the destruction and calling it an “opportunity” for Europe. The White House has denounced Hersh’s report as “utterly false and complete fiction.”

Zakharova noted that Denmark and Sweden had refused Russian offers to assist with the investigation, while Norway declined to provide aid citing EU sanctions, adding that this shows the three governments were not interested in finding out the truth, but rather covering it up.

Nord Stream sabotage: Seymour Hersh, the journalist behind an investigation into the US role in the Nord Stream pipeline blasts, reveals the pressure he's facing by mainstream media to divulge his sources. The Europeans seem to be far more concerned in tracing his sources than the US. (QS : much more to hide. In the main the governments in the "Liberal Democracies" could find very little to support their policies without the say so of the "approved press" - they in turn are often paid to publish what their governments offer them, as well as being "appropriately briefed". Most of the approved media should have died a natural death with the advent of the internet and social media. Government payments (of our money, via communications departments) encourage them to cling on). The source, if they were to be named, would be put in jail, as the perpetrators just stay free.

"The fear was Europe would walk away from the war," Hersh says.

When the Nord Stream pipelines carrying natural gas from Russia to Germany were damaged last September, U.S. officials were quick to suggest Russia had bombed its own pipelines. But according to a new report by the legendary investigative journalist Seymour Hersh, it was the U.S. Navy that carried out the sabotage, with help from Norway. Citing a source "with direct knowledge of the operational planning," Hersh writes on his Substack blog that planning for the mission began in December of 2021. The White House and the Norwegian government have since denied the claims. Hersh joins us for an in-depth interview to discuss his report and says the U.S. decision to bomb the pipelines was meant to lock allies into support for Ukraine at a time when some were wavering. "The fear was Europe would walk away from the war," he says. Hersh won a Pulitzer Prize in 1970 for his reporting on the My Lai massacre. His reporting on CIA spying on antiwar activists during the Vietnam War era helped lead to the formation of the Church Committee, which led to major reforms of the intelligence community, and in 2004, he exposed the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal in Iraq.

ARREST BIDEN FOR WAR CRIMES — HUGE BREAKING NEWS: China & Germany Join Russia In Demanding Urgent Investigation Into Biden’s Connections With Nord Stream Pipeline Sabotage

After Russia, now China and Germany are also requesting an investigation into the sabotage of the Nord Stream 2 pipe and any connection to Fake President Joe Biden.

About a week ago, Sey Hersh dropped a ‘BOMBSHELL REPORT’ tying Joe Biden to the sabotage of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. The pipeline was blown up last fall and Hesh accused the Biden regime of being behind this attack.

A few days after releasing the report, Hersh doubled down on his reporting.

“It was not a hard story to find, it’s obvious that Joe Biden was involved in the Nord Stream attack,” he said.

Immediately, Russia asked the United Nations to look into the report.

If Joe Biden did blow up this pipeline then this could arguably be an act of war that only Congress has the right to make per the US Constitution. This alone is grounds for immediate impeachment.

Along with Russia, China and Germany are also asking for immediate investigations.

As reported by RT:

Beijing has mocked mainstream Western media for its apparent reluctance to look into recent allegations by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh, that the US was responsible for blowing up the Nord Stream undersea pipelines last year.

The sabotage of the natural gas routes last September had a major economic and environmental impact and caused global concern over the safety of cross-border infrastructure, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said during a press briefing on Thursday.

“An immediate investigation is vital,” he added.

A German MP is also asking for an investigation into the matter:

Lawmaker Sevim Dagdelen made her appeal after allegations that the US was behind the Nord Stream blasts.

“Berlin must not obstruct the creation of an international inquiry into the explosions on the Nord Stream gas pipelines,” Sevim Dagdelen, a German MP from the Left Party (Die Linke), said on Tuesday.

This is yet another act by the Fake Biden administration that damages our country and its citizens.

NORD STREAM UPDATE: In lengthy interview with the Berliner Zeitung, Seymour Hersh offers more intriguing details about his source's account of the attack

The biggest development is an interview that Hersh gave to the Berliner Zeitung. It was published yesterday and contains many new details. For example, Hersh tells his interviewer that the plan was to detonate “eight bombs … near the island of Bornholm in the Baltic sea,” of which only “six…went off.” This is the first confirmation we’ve had anywhere of an obvious point, namely that the operation wasn’t fully successful, and that this is the only reason that Pipe B of Nord Stream 2 escaped intact. He’s also more explicit on the involvement of Denmark and Sweden, saying “I was told that they did what they did [to facilitate the planting of explosives] and they knew what they were doing and they understood what was going on, but maybe nobody ever said ‘yes.’”

Hersh also provides more operational detail:
[T]there was a decompression chamber, and we used a Norwegian submarine hunter. Only two divers were used for the four pipelines. One problem was how to deal with Baltic Sea surveillance. The Baltic is monitored very thoroughly, there’s a lot of freely available data, so we took care of that, there were three or four different people for that. And what was done then is very simple. For 21 years, our Sixth Fleet … has been conducting [BALTOPS] … [F]or the first time in history, the NATO exercise in the Baltic had a new programme. It was to be a twelve-day exercise to drop and detect mines. A number of nations sent out mine teams, one group dropped a mine and another mine team went out to find it and blow it up.

US realizes that no one believes in its non-involvement in Nord Stream sabotage - diplomat

The problem is not that "the US" is the only logical answer to the oldest question in legal practice, Cui bono that makes any sense; the problem is that the Americans are simply lying, Maria Zakharova said

MOSCOW, February 22. /TASS/. The United States administration realizes that no one believes that it played no role in the blasts that damaged the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s official spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"The Americans claim they "had nothing to do" with the explosions of the Nord Stream pipelines even though the findings by renowned investigative reporter Seymour Hersh are widely available," she wrote on her Telegram channel late on Tuesday. "We know that they know that everyone knows that this is a lie."

"The problem is not that "the US" is the only logical answer to the oldest question in legal practice, Cui bono (who benefits?) that makes any sense; the problem is that the Americans are simply lying. I could tell you again about US Secretary of State Colin Powell’s vial hoax, but if you are tired of this story, I have plenty of others," the spokeswoman continued.

The US trace

As an example, the diplomat cited the situation in the Republic of Haiti, which has remained under the US occupation for decades.

"And now a few words about the real assistance from the United States. In 2010, a terrible earthquake occurred on the island, killing hundreds of thousands of people; the total number of victims, including those killed and injured, exceeded half a million. The US allocated $380 million. Does this seem like a lot? But a US presidential election is 15 times more expensive. By the way, Joe Biden promised Zelensky much more than to their ‘allies and friends’ from Haiti during the most terrible period of their history," she wrote.

In this regard, she also recalled the 2021 assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise and the failed assassination attempt on Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

"In 2021, Haitian President Jovenel Moise was assassinated; his wife, Martine, was also shot in the attack. And what was found? Suspicions that the Americans were responsible again emerged in the Western information landscape immediately," Zakharova continued. "Also that week, the US Department of Justice issued a short press release declaring that several Americans associated with American PMC CTU Security had been arrested. Official Caracas reported that CTU had earlier been involved in the failed assassination attempt on Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro."

"This is a very thought-provoking story for Zelensky, who so affectionately embraced Joe Biden in the centre of Kiev. How much must one hate their own people to consider a prospect similar to that of long-suffering Haiti for themselves?" she said.

"So, to what extent is the US "not responsible" for sabotaging Nord Stream - as much as for the assassination of Haiti's president? Or for the vial hoax of the invasion of Iraq?" the spokeswoman asked rhetorically.

Nord Stream sabotage constitutes use of force incompatible with UN goals — Russia’s envoy

"So now we know with a high degree of certainty not only who blew up our gas pipe, and also how they did it," Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said

UNITED NATIONS, February 22. /TASS/. The blasts that targeted the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines last year constitute the use of force incompatible with the goals of the United Nations Charter, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said.

"So now we know with a high degree of certainty not only who blew up our gas pipe, and also how they did it. Basically, these facts allow us to say that this was a use of force carried out in a way that is incompatible with the goals of the UN Charter," he told the UN Security Council on Tuesday.

More from Seymour Hersh:

FROM THE GULF OF TONKIN TO THE BALTIC SEA

The secret and incomplete history of US-Norway collaboration in covert operations.

Why Norway? In my account of the Biden Administration’s decision to destroy the Nord Stream pipelines, why did much of the secret planning and training for the operation take place in Norway? And why were highly skilled seamen and technicians from the Norwegian Navy involved?

The simple answer is that the Norwegian Navy has a long and murky history of cooperation with American intelligence. Five months ago that teamwork—about which we still know very little—resulted in the destruction of two pipelines, on orders of President Biden, with international implications yet to be determined. And six decades ago, so the histories of those years have it, a small group of Norwegian seamen were entangled in a presidential deceit that led to an early—and bloody—turning point in the Vietnam war.
