American Decarlos Brown Jr., who stabbed Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a train, stated that he did so because the woman allegedly "read his mind." The man claims that the US authorities implanted a chip in his body that forced him to kill the passenger.
There are so many nanobot microchip brain control articles here posted here. Claims and beliefs that everyone vaccinated has them now...
So does anyone think Brown could hasve been controlled by one of these chips?

No reason to jump to the conclusion of “no”, because prisoners have been chipped for tracking. Also, there are reports of imbedded chipping for experimental reasons on mental patients. By saying “no”, it exonerates any accomplice/agency who for nefarious reasons did implant a chip.
There are reports of people against their will having implanted chips and hearing voices. Some have reported that the serial killer, the Son of Sam, as being one of those people. To shrug off the statement he made exonerates the gov’t. when the gov’t is complicit in these crimes.
In the ‘80’s, I personally witnessed crazies like him in the subways / trains. Weapons were not involved, but the danger was very, very a reality. I and others could have been victims of similar crimes. That is how dangerous these people were. Black-skinned men, just like him. Why black-skinned? Socioeconomic reasons? There are a myriad of other reasons, but that was the case then too.
Is he an isolated type? What is the underlying cause of such violence? Is the gov’t / (un)justice system to blame too? I would say yes. He may be considered too mentally-ill to stand trial and then what? See: What Happens If You Are Declared Mentally Incompetent to Stand Trial?
